She is outstanding- very knowledgeable. Keeps a record of my exercises each visit, did a body scan on day 1 so we can see my progress. She keeps you moving and great with stopping to have water, pause between exercises, stretching, and warm up & cool downs. I have already seen a difference in my body getting toned. I took a couple spin classes - Thursday morning and they were great! I signed up with a spin package of 10 at an affordable price. I like the lighting strips that outline the spin room, right amount of lighting and the spin instructor was great to guide me on the moves as they changed. I always leave here feeling like I had a GREAT workout. The gym is clean with variety of machines and classes. Look forward to checking out other classes. Highly recommend.

The dance floor for my Nia class was HUGE, with plenty of space to spread out/social distance and dance to your heart's desire. Btw, Nia is the most unique dance form I have ever practiced. It has so many Eastern elements, particularly from India. It also blends moves with sensuality and a lot of improvisation -- which doubles as a great cardio workout. They also had a beautiful shop with lots of stunning skirts and dance accessories. Enough free parking right outside the door as well (but mind you, quite a few steep steps once you open the door, so keep this in mind if you are mobility impaired). Expect words of wisdom, motivational phrases and an overall good time. Don't have spin shoes? Not to worry as they offer pairs to borrow and return. You'll also need to sign a waiver before your first ride. Be sure to bring a water bottle. They have a filtered water station in case you run out. They even offer towels for those who sweat *me*. A big disappointment for a gym that used to be a safe environment. Eddie and his wife are amazing, but they take the word of coaches, not members.

Special shout out to Morgan, Stacy, Lorenzo, and Mia, who make the experience feel like they actually care about everyone who walks through the doors. The workout classes, the gym, the kids zone, the pool, and the facilities are such a great value for what you pay. The YMCA is great for me to work throughout the day in between working out and also for my kids to have fun in the kids zone and summer camps! Each day, I'm finding out something new about this location that I didn't know and absolutely love it!
