I have had some issues in scheduling and they are really really booked all the time so sometimes you have to schedule longer than what you should be waiting. It seems like have more sales then workers but I wish they had more availability for people with a really busy or tight schedule. This is a medical treatment so you definitely want to do your research and make sure you really want the service and you're going somewhere reputable (ideally with RNs and doctors completing the treatments). One thing I will say is that it is an investment so it is expensive compared to just shaving and/or waxing but you get what you pay for. I went for a consultation on laser hair removal (LHR) yesterday, 12/10/18. After a $75 consult fee, I met with Dr. Grayman and received a pricing proposal from a member of her team. I was also advised that I should wait to purchase a package because the practice is in a "12 Days of Christmas" promotion and LHR buy one area, get one free would be coming up soon. I thought that was nice since they could have not mentioned it...Good looking out! The next day, today (12/11/18), a text arrives announcing a LHR promotion. Yay! I call, ready to purchase a few packages, only to be told that the pricing in my proposal would not be honored through the promotion and that I would be charged full price for certain areas if I wanted to take advantage of the promotion. No where, on the printed proposal does it indicate this is "special pricing", that would indicate that the promotion wouldn't be honored. I've had LHR before, and this pricing is in line with my old place in Ohio. This bait & switch is unethical and egregious. There are hundreds of dermatologists in the area. Don't be like me. Save your consult fee & go elsewhere.

I went in for my 8th laser hair removal session, expecting the same level of care I had previously received. Instead, I walked into a completely different business name--"You Just Better," formerly Ideal Image--with no prior notification. I initially thought the appointment reminder was spam because of the name change. During my treatment, two technicians worked on my legs, which is typical. However, the experience felt completely off. One technician appeared disengaged and not present, while the other, Virginia (whom I had never seen before), seemed to rush through the procedure. There was a noticeable lack of attention to detail--they missed multiple areas, and it did not feel like proper care was taken with the laser or its settings. Immediately after the session, I developed severe welts across my legs. While some irritation can be normal, this was far beyond anything I had experienced before. The pain was intense--burning to the point where I couldn't even touch my skin. I asked for additional aloe, but it provided little relief. I had a facial scheduled right after and had to ask the esthetician for help because of how severe the reaction was. Later, I realized I had sustained significant laser burns, particularly on the back of my legs. When I contacted the facility and spoke with Virginia, I sent photos as requested. Her only response was to use Aquaphor and that I would be "fine." When I asked for details about the laser settings used during my session, I was told she couldn't provide that information and would need to check with her supervisor. I never received any follow-up. Since then, I have made multiple attempts--calls and emails--to get a response, request my medical records, and document what happened. I have been completely ignored. My requests for my records have gone unanswered, and I've asked to cancel all future appointments and receive a refund, as I no longer feel safe continuing services with this business. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic patient care is unacceptable. Instead of addressing a serious issue, they have chosen to ignore it--likely hoping I will go away. Unfortunately, I am now left dealing with physical scars as a result of their negligence. I strongly urge anyone considering this business to look elsewhere. Choose a provider that prioritizes safety, communication, and professionalism--this one does not.

So far, my emails have not been answered and the information that I have acquired, has been because I have called or showed up at the office in person. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a loss--both in time and in money. I've invested a considerable amount of money into services I didn't receive and were mishandled due to their poor business practices. The receptionist took me to a room around 3:35pm and at that point I was sure that Janet will come soon after, knowing that no clients were there. I sat in that room and waited and could clearly hear Janet chatting with the lady who just came in across the hallway (seemed like the lady stopped by just to chat) They were loud and talking about personal stuff. Few minutes later, around 3:40pm, I opened the door and went to the front asking if Janet knew I was there and the receptionist seemed embarrassed and said "yes, I will go back and talk to her". I went back to the room again and at this point, their conversation continued angain about personal matters and Janet had no respect for a client waiting for an hour. Extremely disappointing. 5 minutes pass by and I left the room and passed them still chatting in the hallway with no consideration. I told the receptionist I was leaving and she looked so embarrassed because she could see and hear what was happening. I thought maybe they will realize what they did and call to apologize.
