He had such a resume I had to check this guy out and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Nathoo extracted a lipoma from the side of my head that was literally the side of a quarter if not bigger. I have to be honest I was kinda worried that I would have a nasty looking scar considering its size and it's location which was right below my hairline on the side of my head. It literally looked like an egg on the side of my hairline right above my temple area and was very noticeable in any photo that was taken of me. Dr. Rajiv Nathoo came into the exam room, took a look at it, touched it a few times and said with total confidence, " yeah, it shouldn't be a problem at all ". All I was thinking was there was no way I was going to get out of this without a serious scar because if it's size. I was also thinking either get it taken out now or it may get even bigger and I was sick of seeing it in photos. Well, what he said and his confidence was an understatement. He did such an excellent job that you can barely even see a scar after 2 weeks when they took out the stitches. This guy is a magic man. I couldn't believe it to be honest. I literally had tears in my eyes when I left his office and looked at it again in my car. He did such an amazing job. Thank you sooooo much Dr. Nathoo. Your the man !!!!! During my time there, Gail made comments about my weight, including calling me fat and telling me to "fix my diet." She also made comments about my glasses and told me that I couldn't be an esthetician because I wore them. Made comments on my mental health and as well She told me she would always be smarter than me, told me she never liked me, and said that she had only given me a chance because her daughter liked me and that she eventually realized it was a mistake. I was also told that I could probably find somewhere else to work. What was especially upsetting was having my depression commented on in the workplace as well. Saying that I had depression because I had gut problems . Gail doesn't know anything what I've been through. These were not comments I expected to hear from someone who was supposed to be in a position to mentor and help a newly graduated esthetician grow. I came into this job excited, motivated, and ready to learn. I was a new graduate looking for an opportunity to build my skills and begin the career I had worked hard for. Instead, I left feeling belittled and discouraged. I realize this review is several years after my experience, and I can't speak to what the workplace is like today. I can only speak honestly about what I experienced in 2022. I see the positive reviews from clients, and I'm glad people have had good experiences receiving services there. I trusted this place and spent a significant amount of money there, which makes this experience even more disappointing. When I went in for my first laser hair removal appointment, I specifically asked about the price beforehand. I was told it was about $400 for the two areas I wanted treated, and when I asked how many sessions that covered, I was told up to 10 sessions. Even the receipt listed the price by "area," not per session, which made it sound like the price was for treating those areas rather than a single treatment. During the appointment, I even made a comment to the technician saying "That's really expensive if I have to pay that every time." She proceeded with the service without clarifying that the price was per session, which led me to believe the price was for the treatment of the area overall. When I came back for my second session, I was shocked to be charged the same $400 again. I spoke to the manager explaining that the pricing had been miscommunicated to me, but they refused to take any responsibility or offer any type of refund. Instead, the manager made me feel like I was lying and insisted their technicians are "very well trained" in explaining pricing. I asked many questions before starting because I wanted to be clear about the cost, and the information given to me was not clear at all. This was especially frustrating considering how much money I've already spent at this practice over the years. To make matters worse, years ago I had a spot removed on my leg there, and the surgery resulted in permanent bruising on my lower leg. I went through multiple treatments with them to try to fix the damage, and eventually they wanted to charge me $500 per laser session to correct the issue they created. After already spending so much money, I refused and am now left with a permanent mark on my leg. I originally went there to improve my skin and feel more confident, but instead my leg was left worse than before. Between the lack of transparency with pricing, extremely high costs, and poor accountability, I cannot recommend this place. Unless you are extremely wealthy and don't care about pricing transparency, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I trusted the advice and spent a significant amount of money on this treatment, but my dark spots did not improve at all. After the treatment, when I sent photos to the office showing that nothing had changed, I was told that I would need additional treatments that were never mentioned during my initial consultation, and those treatments would cost even more money. I felt misled and extremely frustrated. I spent a lot of money based on their recommendations and saw no real results. Instead of addressing the problem, the solution seemed to be recommending more expensive treatments. That experience felt very disappointing and unprofessional.
