As my massage was prenatal, we ended up having separate rooms, but Cindy checked to make sure I didn't mind first, and we were totally fine with whatever setup worked best. Cindy made sure I had proper supports for laying down, and used a body pillow to hug while lying on my side when it was time to do my back. My aching joints felt so much better after the hour, and my husband's massage therapist was able to work out several tense knots for him as well; we both felt much more relaxed and less achy post-massage. Everything is very clean and professional. The massage therapists are wonderful. They really take your time and are incredibly talented. Each therapist has their own pros and cons. I will say one thing is that many of them don't speak English very well. A lot of them are Chinese but they do understand quite a lot and are able to accommodate your requests. They have foot massages too, which I have tried and very much liked, but my go-to is either a 60 or 90-minute massage depending on their availability. I would definitely call ahead to make a reservation since they do get busy especially on the weekends but they often are able to accommodate us as walk-ins even a few hours before. They are also one of the cheapest massages I've ever gotten. I found them off of a Groupon but I now pay full price in order to support them and their small business. Truly check this place out. Suzi Wilkoff who I saw was spectacular! She does The Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage (for fertility and other benefits) and John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (for structural optimization). She is very kind and thoughtful. She also is a teacher at heart and freely shares a multitude of resources for her clients. You feel safe while you are there and come out feeling well cared for which is important, especially if you are struggling with something as discouraging as fertility struggles or persistent body aches. Her art is a little unusual (don't go in expecting a regular massage), but highly beneficial. Inner Connections is perhaps a fitting word because I felt like she gave me the inner tools to find my own path to healing. Not all practitioners are so generous.
