This little joint is hands down the coolest bar I have ever been to. It is unassuming on the outside, but you step in and it is a technicolor wonderland of nostalgic pieces and new art. There is an extensive craft drink list, and the two I had were expertly made. Even better...both were sub $10!! It is super clean, and you can tell that they take pride in their blue heaven. Walk past the genderless bathrooms and there is a separate room (with its own music) where karaoke is held on Saturday nights. There are coloring sheets and even a merch section made from the lost and found. Craft drinks, great decor, good music, and a DOG! Congrats to Levi (owner) and Lady (Corgi) for creating the vibes. To be honest, I'm not sure I've had a bad drink here. You can really tell the bartenders are proud of their craft, and it shows in their drinks. They even have great nonalcoholic options for non drinkers as well. They have a rotating monthly menu with a different theme so you always have something new to try. They can also make the classics if you're more of a purist. No matter your taste, they'll take care of you. Service was excellent - water was at the table before the wine, and our server / sommelier did a great job of describing the flavors of the wine. The Butcher's Board had 3 meats (Serrano Ham, Salami and one other, and it was supposed to have Corncicnons, but instead had sweet pickles and a nice pot of mustard. It came with around 5 pieces of a good bread, and was just what we needed. The wines were reasonable and good. The service was excellent. This is a place we'll stop in at regularly, if for any reason, to KEEP IT IN BUSINESS. We can't have nice things if we don't buy stuff from them, SO GET IN THE GAME AND STOP IN!
