The lady who speaks the best english who works on the right at the very last nail booth has an issue with her mouth. First of all she kept making little passive aggressive comments about my 10 year old son hitting puberty soon when he said nothing to her rude ass. Then she continued to keep being aggressive with my toes after I told her I had a ingrown toenail on 1 of my toes she kept hitting it on purpose. She argued with me after I told her I wanted my feet washed before the wax after she cleaned my toes she left the dead skin up there anyway and threw the wax up there. She kept arguing with me and I told her I wasn't going back and forth with her about. She lucky I didn't tell her to shut the f up and do my feet. The lady that did my sons toes threw the wax in his bag and did not massage the wax between his toes at all the wax just sat at the bottom of the bag, she half ass did his feet and couldn't speak a lick of english. Paying for his wax was a WASTE! Towards the end of the pedicure she asked if we wanted something to drink and she walked straight to the refrigerator and brought me a hot water and my son a soda with a straw but I told my son don't drink it bc she never removed her gloves after cleaning my toenails. She ain't wash her hands when she brought us our drinks, she touched the fridge door and restocked the sodas and water without sanitizing in between and that is nasty, lazy, and careless. I always pay attention to that bc I have been in salons where they do not wash hands or take off gloves when they are serving wine and beverages in between feet service and this is one of them! I should have never came back to this place after the last time the inspector walked in and 2 nail techs ran to the back in the middle of doing the customers feet. Seemed very weird they hid in the back like that. I paid the $120 they did not deserve didn't leave a tip bc of that lady mouth and attitude. She needs to worry about her own damn kids don't say shyt about a customers child when they are paying you to do feet. I will never come here again. read more

While I did enjoy myself immensely and they did an amazing job, I was charged $90 for a Mani/pedi which is a bit more than I expected to pay. Add in tip and I splurged over $100 just getting my nails done today. This joint is definitely too hoity toity for going to on any regular basis. read more

I don't recommend this place to anyone. Out of all the salons in Fayetteville I promise you this is the last place you will want to go. I've gotten a full set and multiple pedicures and this place continues to disappoint me. It's not just one visit. They paint on your cuticles so your gel with chip and peel off faster, the owners husband is unenthusiastic and seems to hate doing nails, and the owner and her daughter are rude and push you to get more services. It doesn't matter if you come in for one thing-the woman will continuously pester you to get more things done even while you're sitting down. THIS time- I've waited over an hour in the pedicure chair for a gel pedicure. The women never checked on me and when I finally decided to get up and leave, none even offered a towel. Professionalism- All staff were welcoming, social and thrived on customer service. The owner walked around making sure everyone was more than taken care of. Skill- I had Michael, best pedicure massage I have ever had. Paint job was good, however he could have filed a little better. My friend had Nancy, she had no complaints. Nancy does great nail art! My favorite part about this place is that they time their massages. I got the Aloe Vera Pedicure, which includes a 10min massage. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE that led to a bad manicure and damaged my nails. The owner was rude and unhelpful and there was a cockroach running around. I would recommend everyone avoid this salon. I set up an appointment weeks in advance for a bridal party and paid a deposit to hold our spots. When we arrived they had held chairs for us but did not have technicians ready to start our pedicures. We slowly got technicians one at a time with the final member of the group not getting started until 45 minutes after we'd arrived. After the pedicures we were each taken to separate areas - nowhere near each other - to get our manicures. I got SNS or dip nails and it was clear the technician was not familiar with the process. I was moved to four different tables before they finally got me set up and then the tech ignored me the entire time my nails were soaking. This is also when I saw a roach running around so I had to pick my feet up. They had limited color options of SNS and after picking on the tech did my nails without speaking to me and gave me rude looks whenever I spoke to him. He did the manicure in a way I've never had them done before and I get dip nails every three weeks like clockwork. He skipped steps and at the end he used gel topcoat to set them. It wasn't a good-looking manicure but we didn't have time to get it redone so I thought it would suffice. Ten minutes later as we were driving to our next appointment, I looked down and realized the topcoat and polish were cracking in places. Apparently the gel polish didn't react well with SNS. And I looked down and my toenails were smudged as well. My nails were so bad that I asked for a refund - something I've never done before. The owner refused to give me a refund and even accused me of messing up my own nails because I'd been cheap and gotten regular polish. When I showed her I had SNS polish she realized it was her people's fault but still told me that it was my own problem that I didn't have time to get them fixed and would not give me even part of my money back. Where the polish was cracked my nails are now cracking as well. I'm having to keep band-aids on to hold them together until I can get to another nail salon. This was the most terrible experience I've ever had and I wish it on no one. Do not go. read more

The manicurist tore up my cuticles. The final product was nice. I was the only customer at that time and three girls came in and they all seemed to work there. One girl was fixing the other girls nail. They chatted like no one was there. It was sad and disappointing because they said some really insensitive comments about other clients that have come to salon. I won't be returning there. read more

I have found my new spot! they were so nice and efficient with my fill in, she did an alwazing job and making sure to pay attention to every detail and make sure that I was satisfied. over all with the fill and and my gel polish it was $33 which is not bad and a lot less expensive where I normally go. Went to get a nail dip manicure since my main place was too packed. The nail tech NICKED me multiple times with the drill. After she dipped my nails and applied the top coat my nails started BURNING and literally SMOKING. After I complained she tried to fix it by putting gel polish on top and my nails under the LED light which only caused my nails to BURN MORE! I complained and the manager and asked is this going to ruin my nails he told me he DIDNT KNOW. He tried to fix my nails but AGGRESSIVELY grabbed my wrist and filed my nails. I told him it was hurting and he told me I was LYING. I told him I didn't appreciate and shouldn't be made to pay for the service I got and he said he would take it off and let me leave. My mom and I have been looking around for a new nail salon and I think we have finally found one that we love. The facility is super clean, the stag very welcoming, and the atmosphere very relaxing. I had the pleasure of getting a pedicure and fill from Patrick. He was really sweet and gave me the best massage I have had in a long time. Normally I'm really ticklish when it comes to my feet, but Patrick was gentle and I didn't mind the pumice stone one bit. Not only were my nails done horribly but as soon as I said I wanted a different nail technician, they started speaking another language, telling me I'm wrong because this amateur nail technician wasn't finished and acting as if I was this crazy client who had never gotten their nails done before. A simple yes ma'am or not a problem would have been just fine. Don't get defensive, I'm the client whose paying you. Unfortunately that was only my 2nd time going there and it was my last. They didn't even apologize but I guess they didn't care, as long as they make their money. My service wasn't discounted either. I go to the Nail Bar every two weeks. Everything is kept very clean which is most important to me. They just currently remodeled and the place looks beautiful! The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff is friendly and wants you to enjoy your time with them. They ask questions to ensure you receive what you want. My nails always look beautiful and they last a long time. This is my second time going to this place and the first time I had a good experience and they took their time on my manicure and pedicure. I was bothered that they didn't mention gratuity was cash only but whatever, there are ATMs near by and a big one in the front of the salon. Today I called and asked if I could get a regular mani and pedi. They said I could come as a walk in and there would be a wait. I waited after telling them repeatedly what I wanted. They did my pedi first and then said I would need to come back for my mani because I didn't have an appointment and they wouldn't have time today as the place started to fill up. Why make other people wait as walk ins when I was a walk in first and you send me out with the job half done. This was unprofessional to me a customer who was already half serviced and paying! Won't be back to this place. She should have told me when I came in they wouldn't have time for both when I told her I was there for both. Work on your communication.
