Went to get my nails done about 1 week ago after being gone for some months and there are all new ladies except for Denise. My nails look crappy and they play favoritism. After about 4 miserable nail salon experiences here in Fayetteville I was finally able to check out Linda's after someone referred them. All the ladies were super friendly and down to earth. And my nails looked better than ever and my fill lasted over 3 weeks. Definitely will be a returning client! read more

RUDE, FOR ONE. And second I went there for a eyebrow waxing and walked out with several blisters. And on top of that my eyebrows have 2 different shapes. One rounded one straight. She was blowing on my skin and kept waxing it (I was thinking damn she couldn't get that hair off) but no. She ended up saying "wow you have sensitive skin" witch everyone would if they literally have blisters from the waxing. This is the second time I've had a bad experience here. read more

I was recommended by a friend. Unfortunately the nail tech that I was requesting wasn't there. I ended up using someone else. My nail color and design was great. But the nails them self were uneven and very bumpy. I couldn't tell until the next day because my nails were very shiny. Later in the day i notice bubbles in the nails polish. The GEL polish started to chip after two days. I also sat in the chair for about two and half hours because they had the nail tech multi tasking between servicing other customers at the eyebrow station and doing my nails. read more

I love coming here! The vibe is nice, they are all super friendly! It's a clean establishment. I enjoy most of the nail techs but some just don't care enough to give you the nice nails and treatment you're paying for. Desiree and Denise are by far the best nail techs I've ever had and are the only people I let do my nails now. Very nicely priced! read more

So, this was my first visit to Linda's. I came in as a walk in and Toya (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) took care of me. She did a great job!! She was super friendly.... In fact, everyone there was super friendly...very professional, and courteous. She listened to what I wanted and delivered! I'll definitely recommend this salon to everyone! read more

First time here. Was a little skeptical because of the reviews but I absolutely enjoyed it. Got a pedicure and I loved it.

I'm giving Linda's a three star because the staff was friendly, funny, and genuine but the place needed to be cleaner and better organized, and the price was absolutely ridiculous. I didn't ask the cost before my nails were done, my fault there. I had gel nails with gel polish that needed to be redone and while they look great it cost me $80. Yes, EIGHTY DOLLARS. That's insane! So while they're super nice and Bree did a good job, I won't go back there to be five and ten dollared to death. read more

If you're not a regular or a stripper, they'll look at you as if your not wanted, 1st time, no one to greet me, all nail techs staring, no prices posted, I told the nail tech (who finally got up to greet me) what I wanted and told me what I shouldn't get, I felt like I was the employee and the workers were the customers for all the questions I had to ask when they are suppose to WANT more/new customers - customer service, where? read more

I just got my entire nail life at Linda's Nail & Spa!!!! The ladies are professional, friendly and super talented!!! The design I received from Liya was the best I've ever had. I love going to Linda's Nails. I discovered this place once two nail techs from my previous salon joined Linda's crew. I am so glad that I decided to give it a try. I love going to Krystina...she ALWAYS.DOES.A.GREAT.JOB. Her work is amazing and she takes her time to get you right. She is great with the designs. I wish I had not moved so I can still go to her. The only reason I would even give this place a single star is because the staff is very friendly and they were nice. But other than than that I was extremely displeased with my finished product. First of all I asked for coffin nails which seemed to be something they specialized in (due to the amazing pictures). I don't know if it was because of the distracting movie that made my technician continuously look away and hault her process or if she was inexperienced. Everywhere else I have been its been an hour TOPS to get my nails done. I was in a hurry as well due to my husband needing to work. I felt 2 and a half hours would be plenty of time. Turns out it takes 2 hours just to get my nails DONE. Then the nails were much shorter than I asked for. She cut them the right length and filed them down at least 1/4 to 1/2 inch shorter than i asked for. Then when she shaped the coffin it just looked awful. Im not sure if she didnt finish filing my nail due to being highly distracted or if she didnt even know what she was doing but she left my nails with a huge lump around the nail beds. DIdnt even try to thin it out to make it look somewhat natural like I asked for. I absolutely HATE lumpy nails. All on top of that I was in such a hurry to leave I didnt get a chance to inspect my nails or calculate how much she was charging me. I gave her $41 in cash plus a $5 tip and was still charged $29 on my card. My final price was SUPPOSED to be $50 even. I was OVERCHARGED $20!!! Then they told me they only overcharged $8 and told me they were going to refund it and never did. To make matters WORSE my nails FELL OFF only a few days after getting them done. If you are going to charge me $70 for my cruddy nails at least make sure your crap is going to stick! I was ripped off by this place and I am already a waitress so I dont make a whole lot anyways. I wanted to treat myself this ONE TIME and Im never able to afford these kinds of pleasantries. My nails were awful and Im not even a nail technician and could have done a better job than this. This was a lot for me and took a lot of funds and I had to save for a very long time to get one day to spoil myself and I was ripped off. I just wanted a nice product before I went on my first vacation in forever. I am extremely disappointed and will never be going here again in a million years. They are nice and reel you in and make you feel cozy then give you a horrible product and steal $20 from you. Again I will never be here again. I don't like to end my business with one mess up, so I gave a second try.. 1st offense my nail tech Bre. was discussing the cop shootings in Charlotte. Stating how police are trying to kill off all black race, are baby killers and murders. And so much more.. I sat there in such awkward shock and quiet.. hoping I can get out fast.. I told the manager and they never let her touch me again.. (I was a officer for many years) 2nd they filed my nails down so thin my nails were sore and I had to soak off and do gel polish till I could grow out. 3rd was today..I had station 2.. the nail tech had a cousin come in and he sat beside me. She talked to him looking at him the whole time talking. Then her phone kept going off!!! She would keep answering and talking holding the phone with her tilted head!!! The wondered why my nails were all uneven and crooked!! I told her to straighten them and she kept doing so while on the phone tilted head.. never got them straight and filed them down till I didn't have nails!!!!!! while she was on the phone talking about her school money or how she gets paid.. I took my had away and told her to finish her phone call.. I got up and walked away and asked the other nail tech if you can soak off gel.. she said yes and I was ready to do it.. well the now acting manager tried fixing my nails and she sculpted more nail with a clear acrylic powered to make my nails look pink, white, then.clear tip!! So she was okay with that.. by I suggested to paint my white tip to cover the clear and she did... then my nails were wavy, or lumpy, and there where two bubbles on the corner making it blunt n thick where I wanted sharp! I said I was happy to just go!! Wasted $50 bucks!!! And when to the salon of where the old manger moved too! She fixed me for free!!! Don't go unless your a certain type of social class.. they are defiantly biased to certain ppl. Customer service and lack there of will sink this place... read more
