The first time I came in nails were chipping and I was paying what I felt to be ridiculous amounts for a simple acrylic fill at almost $100 am I tripping or is that normal? So I took a little hiatus of not going because I felt the prices were getting steep, but then I had no choice but to come back due to time constraints and got a Mani Pedi and the nail tech that did my feet ended up cutting down my nails too short and bled ! Instead of apologizing, she just fixed it with their drops that make the blood stop, but I was in so much pain ! And not to mention when I finished my nails, the quality was OK but two of my nails ended up breaking one day later I tried to come in immediately to show them, but unfortunately, I work out out of town and could only come back in on the first available day that I was off so I came in to show them. They had me sit down at one of the nail stations and had me sitting there for 30 minutes with nobody even touching my hand to look at what was wrong . I simply got up and walked out because I had waiting so long ! I don't know I really miss the quality of work when I used to come in a couple years back especially from that particular nail tech but now it just seems like they're sponging money out of anyone who walks in there and not even giving the quality of work to keep the clients . I will say in the times that I did have good experiences. I did appreciate the clean environment and complimentary drinks are nice but not enough to keep customers . So this will be my last time there anyways hope this helps someone like me that isn't even from the state that was looking for a good quality nail shop !

He wanted me to write a review while I was getting my pedicure and literally tapped a QR code on my phone to pull up Google Reviews. I told him that I was not writing a review at that moment, especially while he was standing directly over me so he went away. He did come over to check on me quite a few times and I told him everything was fine. I always come here and have been coming for 2/3 years now and I like the service I get or I would not come back. When I went to check in, I told him I wanted acrylic and pedicure and asked for Hi and Hannah because they are the only 2 I have do my services. He told me Hannah had a 10:30 appointment but then added everything to the printout so I figured she would get me next after her scheduled appointment. He also put in a gel set which is about $10 or so more expensive then the gel instead of the acrylic I asked for. A nail on my left hand (the one I really need to look nice for photos involving the ring...) broke the day of getting them done. It barely lasted 8 hours. Went back the next morning after opening and she put another layer on a cracked nail with the crack very visible still, then told me that's all she could do and it was fixed. And she filed the sides down exposing my nail bed which was not visible beforehand. Not happy with this at all. Will not be returning.
