I started coming here about 10 years ago. My feet were a disaster. I can honestly say going here for a pedicure, it saved my feet. The owners and their family members have taken care of me throughout these years. They use top of the line ingredients to make sure that your skin is in good shape. Even though this is primarily for women that come here, as a man I need to have good feet. This establishment has excellent customer service and a great vibe. I recommend this establishment very highly. read more

I stopped in without an appointment last Friday, with two friends, all in the mood for pedicures. Though they have about 10 chairs, 2 were not functioning, and all the others were taken, so we had to wait maybe 20 min. The ladies in the salon/spa were all very nice and apologized for the wait; we picked out our polish colors, looked for the designs we wanted on Pinterest and otherwise occupied ourselves with our phones. No problem. Because they were so busy, when they finally took us in to the back only 2 of us were able to sit together and the 3rd person sat across from us. Not exactly what we wanted but since we didn't have appointments, we were OK with it. Our pedicures were standard: warm bath to soak in, followed by scrubbing/polishing with that tool that scrapes away dead skin, basic foot reflexology and massage, etc. The same as anywhere else I've ever been. My one friend had gel polish on her toes and fingers and wanted that removed in addition to having her toes painted. We asked repeatedly if they charged for this and they only answered it was 'no problem' so we assumed that meant it was included in the price. But my friend was charged $5 for removing polish on her fingers and another $5 to remove polish on her toes. For myself, I wanted each toe to be a different shade of green. I showed pictures to the person working with me and she did a great job. She then asked if I wanted to add 'style' like polka dots? I thought that sounded cute so said sure. She did a great job adding small and then teeny tiny dots to all my toe nails, and I was very happy with the result. However, she also charged me an extra $10 for this 'style'. The additional charge was never mentioned. From start to finish, in terms of the service and the quality of the work, I felt they did an average job. And though I was very happy with the way my nails looked, as were my friends, I felt that the upcharges were unexpected. I paid them because I assumed the services were included in the $25 basic pedicure fee and did not confirm prior to them rendering the services. But I feel this is a shady practice, thus the 3 stars. I would not return there because I think paying $35 for a pedicure is absurd compared to what I usually pay ($15), but it's nice to know they can take you in without an appointment, and that their team is skilled to do nice designs. I will never go to another nail salon. I truly like coming here. The pedicure chairs are comfortable, and the environment is relaxed, not pretentious. If you're looking for fancy decor, this place is not for you. If you want great service and a reasonable price, this is your place. Great place to get nails done, esp by nick or his wife. Price is very fair and they do an awesome job. My husband likes to have a pedi while i mani-he also really thinks this is a good place to go. Walkins welcome. Plenty of parking. If you care or not, the decor is not like the newer salons, kinda worn out looking and tight on space, but this is a family operated business that has been here for over 20 yrs. read more

These people are so nice. The salon is clean and relaxing. I only needed polish removed from my toes and needed them cut. I have no complaints. I wish that I knew their names. She was more than happy to have a conversation. I will definitely be going back, and soon. read more

Wasted $40 on dip nails they looked horrible! Pedicure was okay but she did not do the massage because she forgot!???

I like the owner :) She usually asks jokes with me and just listens, which makes me feel less like a number. Unlike some people I am fat but she didn't call me out about it she told me I worked to hard that's all :) and it's nice to have someone so understanding even if all you wanted was a manicure , they took the time make it worthwhile. I like the pedicures there. I was relaxed and the music definitely soothes me to sleep. I actually enjoyed the service there, its definitely a place for me to just forget a little bit of reality :) It's not really classy or high class place! Actually if you prefer for a place that looks like a high class spa . This isn't for you ! This in a way is homely and comfortable. They don't judge of you ask for the basic and they don't make you feel bad for it. I didn't even get service here. I walked in the door and got yelled at from across the "salon" to come back in two hours they were too busy. I asked to make an appointment and they said they were too busy to make an appointment. The shop is small and cramped at best. I will never go back there. read more

My nails are beautiful and toes as well they should be considering it took three hours for them to complete them!! If your looking for a luxury nail salon this isn't it very small the smell was overwhelming...Nice people not a place for ppl who are in a rush!! read more

Been coming here almost two years and the honeymoon was over a month in. Here is what I've learned. This is a family owned business run by husband and wife team (Nick, Nina and on occasion their two daughters) Nina has always done my nails, Nick has always done my daughters. I've seen several other employees come and go and witnessed many customers rudely turned away by Nina. Nina does an ok job, when she pays attention. I am there for a service in which I am paying for so is it too much to ask to give 100% and do your job. My time is just as valuable. She's easily distracted by personal calls/facetime, text and has blatantly spent time surfing You Tube during my appointment in efforts to share videos with her employee while going back and forth on my nails. Really irritating! All the distractions cause her to make many mistakes and she gets defensive if you bring these mistakes to her attention. My last visit was it for me as these places come a dime a dozen and nothing makes Nina or this nail salon any better than the other 500 nail dives in the area. Here are a few examples of my experiences 1) Nina is not capable of picking up where she left off when she is distracted and will repetitively file the same area until the nail is lopsided. This has happened over and over and I'll usually wait and file myself to correct later. Asked if she could fix this once and she said my nails grow crooked. They absolutely do not. 2) Both Nick and Nina have also torn and cut my daughters cuticles up multiple times. My daughter stopped going there a long time ago. 3) Final straw! I picked a gel color from their sample palette which was a dark purple. Nina made a complete mess with it. She tried to file the thickness and lumps down after it had dried and used the clipper tool to remove excess from my skin in which she eventually cut me with, see pic. Then she acts pissed when I'm not satisfied and told me "It your fault to pick that color, I'll take off cause you'll be back tomorrow". I picked a different color and she said, "no too dark". Guessing she's not capable of applying the darker colors clean and evenly. She suggested the red that you see in the pics and I went with it to get out of there and away from her as my level of irritation was rapidly growing. All she had to do was acknowledge it was bad and fix without attitude. I wasn't looking to blame her or find fault, simply resolve. She could've told me the polish was bad and I would have believed that. Ridiculous! Also, I was the only customer there at this point and it was obvious she was talking smack to Nick about me. He had nothing to say and seemed to be ignoring her out of boredom or consumption by his own electronic device. Either she's not smart enough to know or simply doesn't care (problem the latter) that you don't have to speak Vietnamese to comprehend tone and subject matter. And finally, as mentioned in my first review the décor, atmosphere and salon furniture is far from nice and often times they'll shut off the AC and open the front door. How can you relax with a pedi or mani when it's 80 degrees indoors and stagnant nail product in the air? Poorly run establishment, don't waste your time or money. read more

Awful! I am extremely unhappy with my experience here. My gel nails are peeling off after less than a week. My toe nails were cut crooked. Very little exfoliating was done to the bottom of my feet. The polish is already chipping off my toes. The people in the salon were very rude, barely speaking to us at all during the time we were there. Yelling across the salon to each other in a language other than English. Eating in the middle of the salon. This is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been in & I will never go back. I cannot imagine how they manage to stay in business. And, I doubt the sterility of their tools. Don't go here. Avoid it at all costs. read more

for a neighborhood nail salon...this place can come off real janky..but for a quick mani and pedi...i don't ask for too much =D great prices and Ly does a clean job on pedis...i'm a diva when it comes to services like this and very particular, and she's awesome! read more

I've been coming here for years and always loved my nails. I went in a little over a week ago & a young lady did my nails. They were cute for 2, maybe 3 days. But by the end of the week all of my nails were lifting. I was going to go back for a fill, but I noticed that all of my nails would need to be taken off and i would need a complete new set. My nails had lifted so much that i just popped them off, no soaking needed. Needless to say, I am a little upset. I paid $50 for a full set to come off in less than 2 weeks. read more
