The ladies are always very kind and nice with my mother, although sometimes language barrier gets in the way. I got my nails done here and after 4 days my nail cracked, I called they covered the crack up. Two days after that a different nail just broke off and they also repaired that. Now mind you this is only the first week. The second week the two nails they repaired popped off again and today I have five nails gone. I usually book with Angel but she was not working today. I prefer Angel but today my nail tech was Hannah and she was ready for me upon arrival ! My services were ; dip manicure and regular gel pedicure. Hannah did an excellent job. I will definitely request Hannah when Angel is not available. Stopped by Apple nails because i wanted to remove my gel nails and get a simple manicure. I did not make an appointment as i had time on my lunch run. I was paired with Mary who was just wonderful. She carefully took off my gel (they do not use the machine to basically smooth off your nail bed which i love). This service is only $5! The manicure was nice as well. Mary took her time cutting, filing and trimming cuticles. They put a nail hardener as my base quote and then i picked a beautiful dark green (OPI) for my color. Mary carefully painted two coats on for me. Perfect for the fall season! I was in and out in under an hour. In total the services cost me $17. Can't beat it! read more

I found this place by reading online views. It had 4.7 stars so I gave it a shot. I was looking for a decent nail salon that did dip powder because the original place I go to doesn't do dip powder. At first when I came to this building the boss was very welcoming and friendly. My nail tech or her coworker however didn't make me feel too welcomed at the beginning. But I have to say she did do a great job on my nails. She took her time and made sure it was done right. I am pleased with my nails and will definitely be back to get them redone. I wasn't thrilled with my experience at Apple Nails. I'm new to the area and booked an appointment for a gel manicure and regular pedicure based on a friends recommendation. I went at 5 on a Thursday and they were very busy, had to have 20 active customers. That said, I had an appointment, so I was disappointed to wait nearly 30 minutes for my service. The service itself was alright, but it was also the quickest appointment I ever had. My nail color on my toes was pretty sloppy, and my manicure was hardly painted to my cuticles, leaving a gap as if I had my nails done a week ago. The women were all very friendly and they give you a choice of various scents of heated hand lotions which was a nice touch. Been to quite a number of nail salons in the area over the years and never seem to find one that met my needs. My natural nails break and chip easily so in recent years, I tried gel manicures numerous times and was never satisfied with the results. I had heard about this dip powder technique from friends who loved it for its durability and shine. Decided to finally give this technique a try on my natural nails. I was skeptical but wow, the dip powder lasted 4 weeks!!! My natural nails were finally, with this technique, getting longer and looking great!! Very satisfied with the quality and service at this nail salon so I'm now on my second dip powder manicure. Will definitely be returning in 4 weeks time. It was very clean and not busy...probably because they're so new. They do the powder dip nails aka SNS for $35 and the nail tech I had did a wonderful job! I hope they last for a minimum of 2 weeks (I will follow up if they don't). I had another nail tech do my pedicure ($20 with the SNS service) and she actually let my feet soak...most places just let you barely get your feet wet. This salon is clean and accommodating. When I'm in the area I will stop by. However, they only take cash and the atmosphere feels more like a factory than a relaxing experience. Every time I come I just feel rushed. The last time the Technician left me in the chair for 10 minutes to go eat. I would have rather waited up front instead of in the chair for that. My pedicure looked good when done. However, the "spa" pedicure here is $10 more than my usual place and pretty much offers nothing additional. I'm willing to pay more if it's worth it. I was in desperate need of a pedicure after avoiding nail salons all summer. I decided to pamper myself and searched for nail salons in the area. I liked the check in process and they have a sink close to the front door so that you can wash your hand upon entering the salon area. They also have plastic partitions to block patrons from eachother. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing efforts were in place. I enjoyed my pedicure and it lasted around 45 minutes. I saw Nancy for a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure experience was fine but my toenail polish is sloppy. She rushed through the gel manicure and once again the polish was sloppy and uneven. My hands barely sat under the UV light before she pulled them out and told me I was done. Turns out the one hand was not properly set and she then blamed me for not putting my hand fully under the light. My fingers were hitting the back of the damn box but it's my fault?!! I informed the receptionist that I had dip nail color on my nails and wanted a gel manicure and classic pedicure. The nail tech, Sally, applied cotton soaked in acetone to my finger nails, wrapped in foil, and covered with ppastic gloves prior to my pedicure. When my pedicure was finished she pulled off the gloves and the cotton and foil followed and the polish came off completely. When my manicure was finished I asked for pricing. Sally said meet me up front. The cashier said, $70. I asked for price breakdown. Sally said we had to charge ypu $10 extra because it was a lot of work to remove tge dip polish. She flat out lied! I never has this experience at any nail salon and was shocked. I always tip 20% as well. DO NOT get taken over at tjis place which faips to disclose pricing up front. I've been trying to find my new go to nail salon since moving and I think that Apple Nail Spa will definitely be it! Their hours are convenient, they're open until 7:30pm on week nights which is nice if you want to stop in after work. I went on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment and I was taken right away. They keep track of your services/visits on the iPad you sign in on. It's nice to not have yet another punch card to hold onto and hope you have it with you when you're at the place. The place itself was pretty large, and it was definitely clean! They have single use tools that are opened for your specific service. I got the spa pedicure and it was $35. I found this reasonable and it included things that usually cost a lot more at other places (hot stone massage, callus remove) etc. I also got the dip powder manicure which was $35. This is the normal price of dip powders in the area. I found that they had a large selection of colors to choose from. I'll definitely be making this my new regular place! read more

It's a no for me. I paid 35 for a spa pedicure. I just wasn't really pleased. I could have gone somewhere and paid 20 and gotten a better result. I could have done a better polish job myself. Sitting letting my toes dry, I noticed the big toe was missing polish on the corner. I pointed it out. And got an attitude. She made excuses. My cuticles weren't pushed back far enough. She told me she didn't want cut me... Then when trying to paint the spot she missed, she used too much polish, and had to redo the whole toe. Then says "see this is why I didn't want to do too much, it mess up" I could have done a flawless pedicure at home for free ninety nine. ***2ND UPDATE*** I came back in for me free pedicure. The Owner Robert was very attentive to me, and made sure my services were done correctly this time. Definitely a difference in quality this time! I did bring my own Essie nail polish in. The brand they used last time was very cheap, and cracked and chipped within 24 hrs. The lady doing my pedicure (she was good) tried to dilute my polish bottle and I had to stop her! This is why your polish cracks! You're breaking it down! When I paint my own nails it NEVER chips! Stop trying to cut corners, and take your timeeee. ***UPDATE*** When you walk into this establishment, you are asked to check in. It requires you provide your name and phone number. After you leave it sends a text asking how your service was. Of course, I expressed my dislike for my pedicure. The owner called me within 15-20 minutes. I did not answer. A few minutes later he sent a text saying who he was and apologized. He offered me the same pedicure (worth 35) free of charge. Will update again IF I decide to go back. read more
