I wish i could give 0 stars! i rarely leave reviews but this place was terrible. I left shaking because they were so rude. i readjusted in my seat and the lady threw my hand and said she couldn't file my nail while i was moving. Then they proceeded to charge me $30 extra dollars and when i asked why they said because they had to trim my nails... what?! i got a fill in and was charged $60 for something that took less than 45 minutes and was nothing special! One solid color and a fill in.. no broken nails or anything. i will never be back. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. When they told me $70 I was in shock. She starts doing them and I asked for French. Not hard. She's looking and says I can't do them because they used powder last time instead of gel. So I told her. Okay then just take them off and start over. She did NOT add the tips to make my nails longer she just put the acrylic on my natural nail. When she went to put the white on she starts doing them thick. I had my reference picture laid out for her the whole time and she ignored it when I said I wanted that exactly. So I told her to fix the white and make it thin. She got mad and literally put a straight line across the top. Didn't curve the corners or anything. So u can imagine my surprise when I had to pay $70 and didn't get a massage or anything. I don't recall the name of the Tech who did my gel-mani and toe nail polish change... but she was FANTASTIC! I was in Blue Ridge, GA for a wedding. This Salon was 1 of the few still open. They were very accommodating to my last minute appointment & time constraints. My mani is now over 4 weeks old & I'm still receiving compliments. Idk what type of polish they use but by now, my French gel polish would be discolored & possibly chipped. But NOT THIS ONE! It's grown out but is still intact! I would highly recommend their services to any given person, on any given day! As you'll see in the pics, they've clearly grown out but unless I point it out, people can't even tell from afar!! read more

Clean, friendly and fast service. Stopped in after breakfast on a Saturday morning for a walk-in Gel Manicure. They were able to take me right away and did a fantastic job. Gel manicure was $30, a fair price considering they were done extremely well and I was walking out the door in about 35 minutes! read more

You're not going to believe me when I say this.... but the lady that did my nails was waiting on my nails to cure. And what does she do to kill time? Uses the nail file she was using on me to file her own nails. Shocked is not even the word. I don't even know what to say about that. Not to mention they cut my cuticles to pieces. Nor did I see any type of barbicide or anything to that nature anywhere. They were just slinging dirty things back in drawers. I just can't help but laugh because I was in such disbelief. Henry was great for my manicure and did a very nice job on my gel nails. He was very detailed and gentle, but did not talk much which is ok. I was surprised that he removed most of the old gel nail polish using the grinder and just dipping my nails in remover instead of wrapping the nails in foil with remover and sitting for 10 minutes which was faster, but I am not sure how good for my nails it would be on a continuing basis. The owners of the place are NOT very welcoming and condescending. Everyone speaks English with heavy accents, but Henry did fine. I would suggest to the owners to be nicer and more welcoming- pay more attention to your customers and quit playing with your phones although they were not busy at the time. The place looked clean and did have what looked to be nice pedicure massage chairs. Better music would have been nice, but then I am an oldie so maybe everyone else liked the music. Cost was $30 for gel nail manicure which is standard and Henry was quick. They do NOT accept checks, but will take credit and debit cards. I'm only giving this place 5 stars because of the freaking amazing nail tech. I didn't get her name but I went in for a manicure and had to wait 45 mins (no fault of their own, it was packed which is a good sign) but when she finally got to me it was nearly perfect. She even cut down my calluses on my hands from weight lifting. $10????? Are you insane? I'm used to paying $25. Will be back! read more

Not only was she rude, she told me she didn't have time to help me find colors and rushed me into doing something completely different. If a place has more negative reviews than positive pay attention and avoid it! This place is AWFUL! My mom and I came by on a Saturday and it was fairly busy, but not overly crowded. There was a lady getting her nails done and three of her friends came in AFTER us and she told the manicurist "they are with me, we are in no hurry". I wasn't paying attention since every nail salon I've ever been to is first come, first serve. We picked our colors and sat in the pedicure chair as instructed. We sat in the chair for over 45 minutes without being spoken to or even told sorry for the wait. Meanwhile this "party" who came in after us are all getting their nails done. When we got up to walk out no one even said anything! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. This place is a joke! read more

Rose is super rude. When asking for recommendations of nail colors she was short and snippy saying " I told you to choose." After that she was totally short and condescending. The most horrible experience at a nail salon in my 45 years. They were busy and rushed through my pedicure so they could get to the next person and skipped filing, hot towels, lotion and massage. Then wanted to charge me the same as some ones before me that I watched get everything done. When I asked to pay less since I didn't get a full pedicure he argued with me. I asked to please hear me out to allow me to give him feedback and he kept saying no no no. When I insisted I B would not pay the same amount he screamed at me and told me to not come back. After charging me $2 less. Wow! They had nails on the towel from someone before me. I said something about it and they simply dumped them on there for then put the same towel back. I about threw up. The nail files were disgusted, the tables were disgusting and I know for certain they were reusing hot towels on people. I was sitting there just watching all of this in disbelief. This place needs to be shut down. My friend and I sanitized ourselves after leaving and I refused to alter them to do my full set after seeing how disgusting it was. After the pedicure and the other persons nails on my towel it was time to leave. read more

I have avoided this place because of one single review. Shame on me! I was so delighted with the service and skill. This is a very well run, clean Vietnamese owned business. The hours are great and even open on Sunday afternoons. I was quite observant because the previous review kept me away. I noticed that 8 out of the 10 customers were long time repeat customers. The customer relationships were very warm and friendly. My request for a mani pedi was honored, although I had to wait. They service their customers with appointments first. I certainly will be back and with a scheduled appointment. This is my go-to nail salon in Blue Ridge. The only downside is parking area is small. Also, I learned that trying a business for myself is important. Happy Nails! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! The nail technician is VERY INEXPERIENCED! Took 1 1/2 hours to do my nails and it looks like a 3rd grader did them. Pedicures are crappy! They do not scrub the bottom of your feet. Very unsanitary! You have been warned, stay away!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. read more
