They play classic shows like Golden Girls at a comfortable volume - loud enough to engross yourself in the show but not too loud where you cannot hold a conversation. My nail tech, My, handled the gel manicure portion, while another male tech handled the pedicure. The pedicure was comfortable - he got the ingrown our efficiently while also throwing in massages throughout the procedure. The manicure was a great experience - it did not feel rushed and I could see her efficiency caring for the nail bed and skin surrounding it. I had a great time at this salon - lovely nail colors but even lovelier techs. They're also very responsive to their Facebook page! The only improvement I would say is to make sure the pedicure nail polish is completely covering the nail. Some for the toe edges didn't have nail polish or there were some see through spots on the larger nails (not enough polish when coating) - I know most people don't see the imperfections but ‍.

Deeply Disappointed with My Experience at Angels Nail Salon…read more I visited Angels Nail Salon hoping to brighten my mood after losing a beloved pet the day before. I showed the technician a specific design and color I wanted--pink magnetic nails with heart details--but the result was nothing like what I requested. The color was different, the hearts weren't done at all, and instead of letting me know she couldn't do the design, she just continued without saying anything. My nails were also left uneven, with each one a different length. When I asked about using gel extender to improve the shape, I was told, "No, it's fine," even though it clearly wasn't. On top of that, the stickers were completely different--my reference photo had silver stars, but she used gold--and after only two days, they've already started peeling. This visit cost me $60, and I left feeling even worse than when I walked in. The lack of care, communication, and attention to detail was extremely disheartening, especially given the reason I came in. Only good thing I have to say is the pedicure was nice and I still tipped 20. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone else to have an experience like this.

A couple days later I noticed the gel bubbling, turns out it was my toenail detaching. Less than a week later, 2 more toenails fell off. It is unacceptable that I had to cut and file my own toenails after they pushed me off to an inexperienced tech after I made an appointment with a specific person to both my hands and toes. I have been to this salon multiple times without issue, but during my most recent visit I was treated unfairly due to a miscommunication between members of their own staff. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and working toward a solution, the owner and front desk employee were dismissive, argumentative, and appeared visibly annoyed that I raised a concern. Instead of providing good customer service, they chose to make me feel like I was the problem. The interaction left me feeling disrespected and singled out. Based on the dismissive attitude and microaggressions I experienced, I was left with the impression that I was not treated with the same level of respect and consideration I would expect as a Black customer. While I cannot speak to their intentions, I can speak to how I was made to feel. It's also worth noting that, despite visiting this salon several times, I have never seen another Black patron there. After this experience, I can understand why someone might choose not to return. I genuinely appreciate Ten's work, but customer service starts at the top. Because of how I was treated, I cannot recommend this salon and will be taking my business elsewhere.
