My service here was far below what I expected. The quality was very poor. My toenails were way too short! I spend $400 a month there for my daughter, my mother and myself. The manager wouldn't give us money toward our next pedicure. He would only give us a fill. My toe nails hurt from this botched pedicure and I developed sores and bruises. Beware. Why would we want acrylic toe nails? Please explain. So we would have to keep coming back? Sounds like a money grab fix. mAlso, your business is very lackluster. There's never anyone there anymore. i have never left a review but i had to because i felt i should warn others. i went to the tipsy nail in a different location and bought a full acrylic set for 70$ and loved it so much i went to this location because it's closer to my house and i was quoted 45$ for the fill. At first i loved the place i asked for red nails with white poki dots which is what i got last time but i got brown and he messed up to dots multiple times and he charged me 20$ for him messing up and 10$ to shape the nails that were already the same shape not only are my nails done terribly but i was charged 70$ for a fill for the same thing i got for a full acrylic at the same place. I want to love this place. The place is nice. It's clean. The people are friendly. The drinks are great, but some of the nail techs are butchers. The time before this time, I could barely walk because the nail tech nail took my ingrown nail all the way to the back mid nail on my right large toe. I do not have pictures of that moment. Today, I took pictures. I've had this nail tech before he was nice, but he was distracted. While cutting my cuticles, he would get my cuticle in the cuticle cutter and pull my cuticle before cutting it. I have 4 cuts on one hand. At one point I had to ask him loud and affirmatively to "please do not pull my cuticles before cutting it." My hands look like they were tortured. He kept painting and using the electric buffer over my bloody nails! I pray that he sanitizes the tip of that electric buffer. THANK GOD, I did not get my pedicure first because I would of paid a lot more and be in serious pain. I paid 30 dollars, plus 5 dollar tip (because the guy was standing right there when I checked out). I got regular red nail polish - I even joked that thank god the polished I picked was red because my nails had blood all over them. I've come here at least 8 times. But I am done. read more

I love this nail bar! The salon is pretty big with a separate pedicure room. I've had my nails done by Kenny several times. He always sees & comes through with the style I'm going for! They have an amazing array of colors to choose from. They offer a complimentary beverage upon entering (w/ or without alcohol) which is a nice touch. The only thing I don't like is that they don't accommodate for couples. The 4 times we went for pedis- even though we made appointments ahead of time & also reiterated upon arrival, we were sat far from each other. That won't stop us from returning but management should be able to work that out. read more

I got my nails done here before my Concert and completely regret it.... DONT COME HERE, the nail tech (female) did my nails and pedi - she sits like 3rd row to the very end. She had a horrible attitude, did my nails somewhat ok. But murdered my toes... I got a pedicure and the polish was never fully removed so you saw the polish from before & it was a bright color before on my toes and I addressed it to her and she thought I was making it up and she states she didn't see it. The manager was also a prick and wasn't stern or helpful enough to tell her to fix it and she gave him attitude too. I've been going to tipsy nails in West Palm for the years and just moved here thinking they would have the same reputation but I was wrong!!! I haven't had a pedicure in a while since my move. I got FUNGUS on my toenail!! It's thick and yellow all of a sudden. I've been trying to treat it & I have never in my life had this...... This place needs to be sanitized and cleaned properly. Very clean salon. Yes a pedicure is 37$ but they don't try to upsell you really. Winnie was my nail technician and she did great my big toes are always a problem and she really tried to make me comfortable. She was very pleasant and friendly. Lots or tons should I say of options for colors. I was impressed that they checked my temperature made me wear a mask and sprayed my hands as soon as I entered this facility.
