Don't get me wrong, the people are nice, but my husband and I decided to check it out and go on a little date for a pedi. They do not scrub your feet well. There is NO massage to this pedi. Zero. It's solely just rubbing in the lotion with a feather touch. So if you get pedis for the massage like I do, then this is not your place. So expect your feet to be in the same condition a day or two later (minus the polish). read more

This is my second review of Tiffany's nail and spa, now 3 years later. This time it is during covid. The salon has taken many precautions in keeping their clients safe. They now have shields separating the manicurist and the clients at both the nail and pedicure stations. Cathy and her husband, Le, wear masks. I noticed as I was receiving my pedicure, and as other customers were getting serviced, they were continuously cleaning the instruments they used with alcohol. The stations are spotless as well as the floor. It says a lot for the cleanliness of a salon. Cathy was kind and often asked what I would like. She did not rush the pedicure and did a terrific job. I would have never tried Tiffany Nails without the recommendation of another yelper. THANK YOU! I have struggled in Gainesville go find a nail salon that does a great job. I am very pleased with how my nails look and the quality of how they are holding up! This salon has no frills. It's not super cute, doesn't serve wine, is in a weird location, but I can't deny my nails look better than anywhere else I've gone! Price- I paid $40 for tips to be put on (my nails were short and broken) and got dip powder. There wasn't as large selection of dip powder colors as other salons have, but I found a few colors I liked. Service- I was hesitant because I read a few reviews that these people are rude, but I did not have that experience! Everyone I encountered was kind to me, and as they worked asked me if I liked the "shape, color" etc., and did exactly what I asked for. They weren't super talkative, but very nice. I will continue to go to Tiffany for now, and I'll update you guys as I go if I do end up having a bad experience. This is the first nail salon I've tried in Gainesville and I was impressed! I came in for a full gel mani and pedi. I walked in around 5:30 and was able to be seen right away. There three or so technicians working when I came in. Everyone was nice and gracious! I had one woman do my manicure and another do my pedicure. The one woman who did my manicure seemed to be in charge and sort of received anyone who came in while doing my nails. Personally, I was impressed that she was able to listen to other people's requests and direct them to the technician who could help them while also doing such a great job on my manicure but others might not prefer it. The mani and pedi were both perfect! Because I came in when the salon was empty, my service was very quick. I got the gel mani for $25 and the pedi for $20, definitely worth the money! The pedicure was very relaxing with nice and comfy chairs. Would 100% come back again :) read more

Overall I had a good experience and they did a good job with my hands and feet. I do not think they are used to having guys in this salon, just by how they acted towards me, but I still liked it. I went in this past Saturday and they asked me why I was there. I told them and they asked if I could come back in an hour. I came back and they had me sit down to do my manicure first. They really did not do much talking with me, but they went right to work on my nails and fingers. They were surprised when I asked for a clear coat, as I guess most guys do not ask for that. After they finished my nails they did the pedicure. They have two packages for the pedicure. The normal and the deluxe. I decided to go with the deluxe and it came with a few extra enhancements. Again the lady doing my pedicure did not talk to me much, but she did a good job overall. I really enjoyed the pedicure. They first shaved off the dead skin, then they worked on my toes and cuticles, after that they massaged my feat with a hot stone, and finished by putting cream on my legs and feet and massaged them. It felt great and they did a great job. I think overall they did great. I do not think they got a 5 star customer service, but they are good at the trade they have. So, I'm not really sure what happened, but they had some sort of staffing issue. I had wanted a pedicure and I got one, but my goodness was it mediocre at best. There was no pampering to be had at this location and the man that was working was angrily hustling the poor woman who was doing nails. He straight up told a lady that walked in that they didn't have time to do walk ins and to come back in an hour... just like that. She kind of looked at him like he was crazy and left. My nails were trimmed and the paint was added and then the staff member put her hand out for the credit card. That's the gist of the appointment. I mean, maybe I've just gone to super nice nail salons and have high expectations. But I know for certain I won't be back here. I stopped in for a short visit on a Friday morning to get my nails removed. I had gotten dip powder with acrylic tips at a salon back home. For only $8, they were fully removed in about 30 minutes. The nail technician also filed and shaped my nails. The salon is pretty small and quiet, with three nail technicians working when I came in. The gentleman that checked me in made sure I knew how to work the massage chair, had the WiFi, and wasn't too hot (they had the door open but eventually closed it and turned the AC on). I still like Tiffany's but after my last experience there, I probably won't be back for a bit. Last time, I came with two other friends for pedicures. We scheduled our appointments for 5:00pm at least one day in advance. Even though they only have two people working right now, they said it's okay for my party of three to come--we would just have to be patient, which is completely understandable. During our appointment, while right in front of us, the two nail technicians were complaining about me and my friends, which we found out because one of my friends could understand them the entire time. Their main complaint was that we had arrived so late with too many people in the party even though we 1) came right at the time of our appointment (5:00) which was two hours before closing, and 2) asked if a party of three was okay when booking the appointment. I was disappointed because I've had such positive experiences at Tiffany's up until that point, but lesson learned: don't go here unless you're by yourself. read more

Don't bother going to any fancier establishments because you'll leave with poor quality work. Side note- the people that run the show here are friendly and don't try to up-charge you or talk you into services you don't want. Absolutely horrified with the recent gel mani I got, and the extremely poor customer service I was treated with. On Friday night I got a gel manicure, and by Wednesday afternoon, two of my nails were more than half peeled off. By this afternoon, two were completely off, and 3 more had begun peeling. I came into the salon and informed them I wanted to remove the gel manicure as I cannot have it redone only to come fix them again, and requested a refund. Both the gentleman and the main woman who do manicures proceeded to disregard me and she ripped off all the remaining gel with a nail clipper. I was refunded, but am absolutely shocked with how I was treated and how my nails were taken care of. I have been coming here for years, and never had an issue with my pedicures (the two main women who do pedicures, I believe one is Linda, are absolutely wonderful and sweet), but when you show proof of poor service, you get treated with no regard. Extremely, extremely disappointed. Will not EVER recommend another customer, nor will I ever return. read more
