I am NOT the type of person who leaves reviews, but this experience was so awful that I feel obligated to warn others. I would never want anyone to spend their hard-earned money here and leave feeling as disappointed and disrespected as I did. I had a 5:30 PM appointment for a Gel-X full set and a gel pedicure. From the second I walked in, the attitude was ridiculous. No welcoming, no professionalism, just straight-up rude behavior. Danny did my nails. I showed him the design I wanted, which was nothing complicated. When he started shaping my nails, I asked him to make them shorter because I'm a NURSE who works with BABIES. Instead of simply shortening them, he laughed at me. I then chose a maroon color, and the color put on my nails was nowhere near what I asked for. I asked for a second coat because I wanted them darker, and once again, he laughed. I genuinely don't understand what was so funny about a paying customer asking for the service and color they wanted. The pedicure was somehow even worse. The woman doing my toes clearly had no idea what she was doing. I asked her to shorten my toenails, and she grabbed CUTICLE CUTTERS. I specifically told her about my ingrown toenails beforehand, and she didn't even attempt to address them. The polish was uneven, messy, and honestly looked like something I could have done myself at home. At this point, it was already 7:30 PM. I was exhausted and ready to get the hell out of there, so I told her I didn't want the massage. One of the men sitting by the door asked, "You don't want a massage?" I said, "No, I'm ready to go home." I had already been there for TWO HOURS and was completely over the experience. The worst part is that I walked in expecting a relaxing experience and walked out irritated, disappointed, and feeling completely disrespected. I have NEVER had a nail salon experience this bad. Bad service is one thing, but the attitude, laughing at me, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for what I was asking for made this experience unacceptable. I disputed the transaction with my bank because, in my opinion, the service I received was absolutely not worth what I was charged. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. There are plenty of nail salons where you can actually receive decent service and basic respect. This place will NOT be getting my business again. read more

Celine has done my nails twice now and she always does such a great job. She is so nice and sweet. I work nearby at Toast and go after I get off. She does a really nice gel manicure and she has also removed an acrylic set for me and it didn't hurt at all. She is so patient with me when I can't decide on a color. I went here to get a gel pedicure and manicure. Long story short my pedicure was amazing. Perfect! My manicure was a nightmare. The technician had to redo it 3 times because the polish color kept separating on my nail. I'm thinking it was old product. I left not satisfied. My friend who recommended this place who always leaves with amazing nails told me this was not their best work. And suggested I go back to have them manicure fixed. I did the next day. They totally fixed and and I left happy. But 2 days later the polish started peeling off. What a waste of money. I did not get a real gel manicure and I paid over $100. They're quick but lack of care/attention to detail. My nails are not clean around the edges. Expensive for what you get. $98 for chrome full set and reg pedi #3. Sonny did my nails and Mai did my toes. Sonny was a little aggressive with yanking my arm and no lotion was applied. The toes were done with two coats back to back (did not leave time to dry in between coats) so by the time I left, which was an hour later once my nails were done, my toes were still wet and somehow smudged hours later. There were also flies in there that kept buzzing around my face. No offering of water or any other beverage. Just overall poor customer service, especially for what you're paying. Just giving the customers a little more care could turn this place around but until then I probably won't be returning. read more

So bummed about the awful job done on my toes and nails. I had been coming here a handful of times and decided to go for my birthday since they offer a complimentary pedicure. I added on a gel manicure and spent extra on the $50 pedicure. Both came out AWFUL. Uneven, the older man at my toes spent no time at all Doing much of anything, clipped my toenails so uneven and disappeared, I had to ask the lady doing my awful gel manicure to fix it. What a bummer. These ended up being my birthday nails and the nails I delivered my baby in the hospital. I spent about $65 so I didn't just walk in for a free, terrible pedicure if that is the reason they did such a quick, awful job. I used to love coming here. My girls and I had a nice time but the last two times have just not been the same. We always make an appointment and we had to wait about 30 min past our appointment time the last two times. If you can't take our appointment that day just let me know, no big deal, but to say yes no problem and then have us waiting is just weird. We are truly sad cause we thought we found a good spot! But we all got different nails and we all got charged 70 dollars for just a normal style no designs on mine or anything and the length of each nail was different all short but different lengths of short. **STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE** On Saturday 6/1/19 I stopped here for a pedicure because the place I normally go didn't have any open appointments. I went on yelp and began calling local places with 4 stars or above. The pedicure itself was mediocre. The massage chair was broken. The lady across from me had a broken chair too. The girl who did my toes (her name was May or Mai) was not gentle...nor did she ever check to make sure I was okay as she dug at my toes. When I got home, both big toes were sore but I figured it was from her not so gentle touch. By Sunday, the next day, my big toes were tender to the touch and the sides were red. Sunday night I realized my toes were infected!! Gross!! I've never, in my 20 years of getting my nails done have had an infection after a pedicure. It just seems ridiculous. My pedicure literally lasted 15 minutes. I received no menu. I received no callus removal and the polish is patchy and bumpy.
