Thank you but unfortunately I cannot use the complimentary gift because it does contain some toxic and synthetic ingredients like propylene glycol, isopropyl myristate, cetearyal alcohol, PEG-40 stearate, parabens, etc. Photo is attached. The product is also not organic nor all natural. I'm very disappointed as the name, "Nailtural" is misleading, I expected better products. And I am not satisfied with 15% off as the damage was greater than that. My legs were burning for hours and it was very painful Even my friends said I should have not been required to pay. The pictures say it all. I do not feel comfortable coming back for a fix on the chipped nails as I don't want to be exposed to harmful chemicals and poor costumer service again. I hope you do a better job at taking care of your customers in the future. I will not be back and I will be spreading the news of how awful this salon is... Love this place! My first time going and they were very kind. I brought my 6 month old daughter with me and they were all so nice. Brenda did a great job with my nails and this was probably the first time I went to a nail salon where the nail tech actually listened to my request and did the job right!! The salon is pretty, they offer nice drinks, my techs were nice. That being said, I called day of for an appointment for dip nails and requested someone who could do nail art. There are specific women listed on the website and mentioned by the woman who answered the phone. I also requested a pedicure. When I got there, no one greeted me for ten minutes, so I waited, knowing that I have an appointment and they would eventually come get me. When they did, I went to the pedicure bowl and figured out the pedicure I want. My tech poured the herbs into the bowl. (Smelled great!) Then the person who schedules the appointments comes over to tell me that they only have time for one service. I said that my nails are more important to me. (I usually do my pedicure myself.) then they scrambled for some reason to get someone to do my nails. Not who I had requested to do nail art. My nails are important to me, and this place is expensive! Just my nails were $71 then an additional $15 for tip. My nails looked nice, but after leaving, I could tell that the gel was on my skin. When that happens hair starts catching underneath my nails. I am a hairstylist. I'm very irritated about not getting someone who could do the nail art, that I requested and they're charging more than other places for my nails to already be lifting on the sides. It's been one week and it's driving me crazy. I don't want to drive back over there, and I don't want to have to sit there again to have them fixed. If it costs that much, I expect them to great quality. read more

The Nailtural! Clever name;) I happened to see the Grand Opening posts on their Instagram account and was instantly drawn to the beautiful natural decor and style of the salon. My daughter and I booked a mani pedi for the following day. The location is awesome because it's right next to a Starbucks! Yay! And a Boba Tea shop too if you're into that. Upon entering you immediately feel like you're at a high end nail spa. There's steam that is emitting an essential oil with some plants and a cute little coffee & drinks counter. As I'm taking in all of the beautiful woods and stones and marble decor, the sweet lady addresses us and offers us a little menu of complimentary drinks and snacks before we're seated. So lovely! What a way to begin the pampering. We were seated at our stations right away and all the ladies were very attentive letting us know it wouldn't be long before our nail technician would be with us. I did wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time but I didn't mind since I was so comfortable and enjoyed the tranquil setting of the space. I snapped many pictures and caught up on things on my phone. Once Lyne came to start my pedicure I was given a menu with clear descriptions and prices of my options. I appreciated this. I chose the Coconut Milk pedi. What a great decision! It felt so smooth and smelled amazing. Lyne was friendly, gentle, and happy. That made me feel relaxed. She worked well taking her time on each technique and didn't hurt me at all. Thank you for that! The polish was done beautifully and my callouses were gone! Yes! [tl;dr ] If you're wondering if you should come visit the salon, at least for a fill- my recommendation is absolutely. Nail emergencies while 2500 miles from your trusted technician is one of my worst fears, and on Valentine's day Okay; maybe that's an exaggeration but I was in a panic when I fouled up two nails grabbing my luggage the day prior. And for Tammy at The Nailtural, she was my saving grace. I picked this salon, out of the scores of salons in Temecula within 5 miles of my hotel and I'll tell you why. First, an online booking site thats actually updated. Lord, can everyone get on this so we don't have to call to make an appt. Secondly, the reviews and photos on Insta and Yelp were diverse in styles and shapes AND done by several techs- not just one. And lastly price, I don't consider myself frugal when it comes to my nails, but I'm a simple girl who generally gets the same thing (black almond) every time and it's not a 100$ service. I arrived about 10 mins early, the incredibly polite receptionist offered me a seat to wait and a beverage. Too bad I couldn't take her up on the offer of wine or champagne, I went with water. Despite this being a holiday (so I generally allow some grace time to be seated) and the 100% packed salon I was my chair with Tammy no later than 10 mins after my appt time. She was attentive, checked in with me several times to make sure the shape, and design (gasp, I got a small heart) we exactly how I wanted. She was done with my hybrid gel fill, and color right around the 45 minute mark from when I got seated. If you're wondering if you should come visit the salon, at least for a fill- my recommendation is absolutely. Now it's too bad I live so far away, but I'm keeping this place in my back pocket for the next time I'm here. read more

The concept here is incredibly cute, their instagram is well done, and it's located in a busy enough part of town. Their website makes it convenient enough to schedule ahead, but that's where my experience fell short a bit. I had to wait 20 minutes before I was able to get seen. They did let me know it would be a bit of a wait when I arrived, but that's the point of an appointment. Normally it wouldn't be a problem, but I used this time during my lunch hour of work, so timing is important. They have fun snack and drink offerings. The biggest downside of this salon, in my opinion, are the massage chairs that are typically a bonus of getting a spa pedicure. They have lush and wide chairs, but nothing extra. read more

My mom and I were visiting from the Bay Area and decided to get our nails done. We used yelp to find a salon and saw Nailtural had great reviews. We decided to try the experience for ourselves. The ambience was rustic, homey, warm, and welcoming. There was also a very calming scent present throughout the entirety of the salon. Everything was clean and we were informed that all of the products they use are natural, no chemicals, hence the name. In addition to the vibe, the technicians, as well as the manager, were very kind and attentive. We were serviced by Ly and Trish. Ly did my pedicure and Trish did my moms mani/pedi. Ly did an excellent job on my pedicure. He made sure to do a thorough cleaning and gave me a nice massage. He also did a spectacular paint job. Likewise, Trish was extremely sweet and went above and beyond to ensure my mom and I had a wonderful experience. First of all, I want to acknowledge that staffs there are very friendly and offer complimentary drinks. I want to give them 10/10 for hospitality and the friendliness they showed to their customers and children who accompanied their parents. However, I am rating my experience 3 out of 5 stars because I did not receive what I asked for--not even close to the picture I showed at the entrance. The male nail technician glanced at my phone just once and that was the extent of our conversation. We had no conversation and he kept smiling which made me feel like he was expecting a compliment, and I didn't want to be overly harsh. I take part of the blame for not stopping him and redirecting the service because of the language barrier. At the end of the visit, the price for one color gel on very short nails, along with cuticle cut and four small stickers, was $75 plus tip. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I was happy with the results. The gel nails only lasted 2 weeks; two nails became lifted, one broke off at the corner and another broke in half. read more

Three times now my appointment has been 30-45 mins late. I understand wiggle room of 15/20 mins being a business owner myself. My fiance car is in the shop and we organized transportation. This has happened more than once so we're extremely frustrated. I was speaking with another client there today and she said they do the same thing to her so I believe they're intentionally stacking appointments versus respecting our time. I came in for a pedicure and asked for the "Smooth it Out" signature pedicure with a white french tip. My nail tech was Amy and she was so sweet! I absolutely loved her and we had many conversations. She did such a good job with my pedicure and white french tip. I loved the aesthetic of the nail salon and my favorite thing is they are all natural! Doesn't have that strong chemical smell like other salons. They use natural and organic products which I love. The prices match the quality and the products used that you receive. Probably the most disappointing nail service I've ever had. First of all this was the second visit where the receptionist didn't communicate what I had requested to the manicurist. When waiting to be seated I saw a panel of sample painted nails at the entrance and saw a jelly like effect in a bright cherry red and told the host this was exactly what I wanted. You can't remove this panel so I couldn't show it to the manicurist when I finally sat down but considering they were chatting and then she grabbed a red polish I assumed she told her what I wanted. Finally sat down (a while past my appointment time) and the girl began. She seemed sweet but barely spoke to me. While I prefer to not talk much during service appointments I do think the best thing to do is to check in with your client a few times throughout to make sure they're comfortable. She began doing my nails and everything seemed to be going the right way as I said it was red so how was I to know that she didn't get the memo about the jelly part. Thats when I realized the pedicurist was painting my toes a different color than my nails so I stopped her. In every salon I've ever gone to, they always ask if the color is correct after painting one nail. She had already done a whole foot so when I asked what the confusion was they said gel and regular polish look different. This is understandable so I asked if we could find a regular polish that matched my nails. Keep in mind my nails are a cherry red and my toes were now burgundy, if they had been a shade off I wouldn't mind but the difference was HUGE. After they discussed amongst themselves and asked me several times if I was sure I didn't like it the receptionist was called over. She seemed immediately annoyed and this entire back and forth which I didn't understand took like 5 minutes when they could've just gone to get another polish that matched. Finally they brought a new polish and started to paint over the already painted burgundy nail. I assumed she was doing one nail to show me and confirm I liked it. When I realized she was going to paint all my nails I stopped her and mentioned I could see the burgundy still. This was lazy, messy, and honestly half-assed. I couldn't believe I had to point out that I'd like the burgundy removed FIRST and then the new color painted. Like maybe this makes sense if you're putting a darker color over a light one but in my case there was a burgundy border peeking through a bright red. The manicurist looked at me dead in the eye and said "no, we can't remove the polish". I was so shocked! The receptionist was called over and they were all going back and forth in another language again so I'm here sitting embarrassed in front of everyone who must be wondering why there is yet another commotion happening above me. I genuinely wanted to tell her to just take it all off and I'd just leave. The receptionist was very clearly upset at this point so much so that she removed the pedicurist and took on painting my nails. Not only was she aggressive in handling my feet but she never once looked at me and rushed the rest of the pedicure. When she finished she said she'd do the top coat in 10 minutes (never once looking at me) and walked away. After all this tension and commotion, the manicurist is complete and for the first time I even have a second to look at my nails and I'm shocked again to see that they're not at all what I had asked (the jelly effect nor the shape). I'm so embarrassed and frustrated at this point that I don't even say anything. 15 minutes pass and the manicurist next to me says I could go pay now and I tell her that I'm still waiting for the receptionist to do my top coat. So then they all start talking across the room and someone else's pedicurist comes over and does it real quick then says I can go pay. While I'm packing up my purse and things there are two young teen girls getting pedis with a male employee raising his voice at them almost yelling "no more is this the color you want or no" and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I'm pretty sure I saw the girl next to me tearing up but I didn't want to stare because now the entire salon was. The receptionist then charges me full price, never once apologizes for the confusion or delay of it all, and then asks for tip for the services. I paid and tipped as usual but will never go here again. read more

I was actually really upset about our last services we got under the new owners... so expensive and they rush you out the door... the quality isn't there anymore.... didn't get offered champagne.... my husband's expensive 50$ only lasted like 15 minutes... my pedicure was a little better but my toes hurt! My nails were rushed... they look white instead of a natural pink... got them done Saturday and my gems already fell off! I have natural nails and I didn't get a manicure... under my nails are dirty with the old nail polish and wasn't cleaned the hang nails and skin around the nail wasn't trimmed off... so I'm trying to understand what I was paying for beside the gel polish removal and replacing?.... over 200$! I usually see Tammy for my gel-x, she does a wonderful job. However, with my schedule, I've had to result to walking in instead of booking ahead of time. Last time, the nail tech who did my nails made me not want to come back to Nailtural for my nails. For context, I've been coming here since they opened. My last appointment was truly uncomfortable and the results are disappointing. The nail tech was nice, but she absolutely hammered my nails. She used the drill so much my nail was burning and even worse kept drilling so close to my cuticles that it left them raw and I was unable to use any hot water for several days because I was in so much pain. My nails themselves have also not held up nearly as long as they normally do. I usually am able to go between 3-4 weeks for a fill. I've attached a picture at 2 weeks. 4 of my nails are completely cracked and bending. One is about to break in half completely. Nothing about my routine has changed and I could tell she made them so thin that I'm not at all surprised they are cracking. Overall, I'm completely mad that I spent 70 + tip on nails that barely lasted two weeks. I probably won't be returning because I don't want to ever be paired with this tech again. read more

I've been going to Tammy for over a year now!! I get a hybrid gel & she makes them look like acrylic nails. Thanks to her my real nails are strong and healthy :).
