The chair I sat in during my service was super comfy and I even fell asleep because I was so comfortable lol. I saw Alex for a lash lift/tint + brow wax and I can't recommend her enough! The entire appointment took ~1.5 hours and she came out to get me right on the dot. Alex has a very chill, laid back personality which made it easy for me to sit back and relax during the appointment. You can tell she has great attention to detail and you can trust her to do a wonderful job. I love the way my lashes and brows turned out and she made sure to take my own preferences into account. I also felt like it's not like the quick experienced nail tech since it felt like she struggled to clip my toe nails. Also note that there's no parking validation and check out where to park beforehand. Parking right outside costed $8 for 1 hr. I'm newish to Indy and usually dont get pedicures so I don't have a regular spot. This works in a pinch but I think I'd rather go somewhere else that may be further away from downtown for a tech that can properly trim nails.
