My surgeon said if he re-cut the area I may end up with just another scar. Something about looking good, really kicks off that feeling good. Beside that. I'm not going to take it with me. If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again. Never walked out of a facial smelling bad and with a face full of zits. It was $130 to have my face washed and a mask.

I explained to Dr Steinwold that I was in pain in every place he did surgery. Instead of antibiotics or an examination, he blamed my disability for my pain. Huh? Blaming the disabled for having a disability? My disability does not affect my breasts or my eyes. Humiliating treatment. It has been 7 weeks since I asked the practice manager to contact me regarding my experience there ... don't you think it's very odd that she still hasn't called? I let there with an estimate to re-do my eyes $4600 and a brow lift $7200. I am astounded that they are so tone deaf to not understand that I would never subject my body, my safety, my health or my money with this business. Dr Steinwold said he'd fix my eyes for free. I'd rather go somewhere else with a refund, the solution they offered is not acceptable. This is the tip of the iceberg.
