I started receiving payment notices even though no procedure was performed. When I contacted them for help, communication was extremely difficult and no one took responsibility. I was told they "could not reach the consultant," and I was left to deal with the loan company by myself. This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Please be very careful before signing anything--even a simple consultation or quote--because it may trigger financing without services being done. Make sure to double-check all paperwork and keep everything in writing. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I hope my review helps others avoid a similar situation.
