I went to this adorable baby/kid store during my spring break in March. The store has such unique items I went a little crazy had to get my items shipped to my house ! My Godson loved the bath tub jellyfish .My class went crazy over the slide and balls I put it on the window by water play . I wish I had a store like this in my hometown ! read more

I've been bummed this last year on the service of one of the workers. I love all the toys and clothes but she is so OCD that she is a step behind you in fixing everything up to a millimeter from you touching it. It feels like a glass museum instead of a toy/kids store. I used to come here for most of my gifts for friends and a nice gift for my kids birthdays. And used to so enjoy looking around. One of the workers is making me not want to go and she is staring at you so the whole time making sure you don't mess anything up. So bummed! read more

I've made several purchases from TNB. My most favorite purchase was the diaper below. This diaper is made by Grovia and it s swim diaper. They come sized from 1-3 and work well on infants as well as toddlers. Below my son is wearing a size 2 which he has plenty of time to grow into. This diaper is called Abalone and is from there most recent release. I like that the diapers hold that tiny breast milk poop in so very well. This color is one everyone must have! read more

I apologize in advance for my long post but I want to warn everyone of some of the employees here. I don't think I've ever felt more disrespected at a store in my entire life... on two separate occasions by two different people. We bought a shirt there that my 38-week pregnant wife really liked. When we checked out we asked if we could return the shirt if it didn't fit. The lady said "yes of course, just make sure you have your receipt and the card you bought it with". It was a good first experience there... Unfortunately the shirt was a little big... so we came back a couple days later to return it. On the first occasion, the lady there said there are absolutely no returns and that unfortunately we were stuck with the shirt. When we told her that the employee that helped us told us we could return it, she rudely said "do you not see our sign?". I said, we do see you're sign, but the lady before insured that we could bring it back if it didn't fit. She replied (again very rude), "well I doubt anyone told you that because we don't allow returns"... I was fed up at this point. I couldn't believe that this lady was actually accusing us for making this up! I asked her when someone else would be working (hoping we would get the person we dealt with first) and told her we'd come back then. 2nd attempt... Walked in, it was a different blonde lady. We explained to her the situation and she said, "sorry, we can't return that". Again I pleaded that one of their employees promised us we could return the shirt with no problems!!! We wouldn't have bought the shirt in the first place if we had known better!! She said (in a disgusted tone), "Fine! I'll give you a store credit! It's not something we ever do but I want you to be happy." I replied, "well I'm really not happy, first, you're being very rude and second, you're still not giving me the refund that was promised to me". Then she snapped, she almost yelled, "you know what, fine! I'll give you a refund. Are you happy now?". This was in front of other customers who were looking around. They all looked startled and one lady even looked at me and cringed. I finally got the refund but how crazy is that?? All this for a $35 shirt that had never been worn and still had the tags on it. I'm not a picky guy but I also own a small business in Bozeman and we work our asses off to make sure our customers are happy, so I'm sorry but i couldn't keep quiet about this. I hope this has been helpful. Please do not support these people with your business. Bozeman has been built by great people, who treat others with respect and integrity. I purchased a few items that my wife suggested for a co-worker. My wife and I cloth diaper and she's always trying to convince someone to use cloth. So I purchased some newborn cloth diapers, stay dry inserts and a wet bag. I figured the AI2 system would be the easiest to use. I'm happy to report that my co-worker and his wife are now using cloth diapers full time! I love that they are great for the environment and cut down on waste. UPDATE: Yes, the company FINALLY called to let me know my product was available. Yes, I was angry when I received the call. Yes, I hung up after telling the sales associate the product took too long to arrive and because I never received a call about the status of my order. To clarify: I called the store each Monday from the week after I order it until I finally gave up. Each time I called, I was told the order was 7-10 days out and that the store needed to have a minimum amount to place an order. At no time was the issue of the product being back ordered ever brought up. Just be honest if that was the case. I would have been a lot more understanding about the back order than being jerked around, being told my order had been placed and it just wasn't in yet. Again, how disappointing that the store won't even take any responsibility for the issue. A simple and honest response in a timely manner goes a long way. read more

Some pretty cool stuff, however, often they aren't very good with customer service. The fastest way to fail as a business in Bozeman is to be snotty, judgemental and have lousy customer service. I decided to take my business elsewhere, which is a bummer for them because we purchased three full sets of cloth diapers, strollers, carseats and tons of similar items. They lost over $2k of our business. My suggestion is this: if you are looking to fullfill some fantasy of looking "cool" or trying to live up to what you think these other "crunchy" mothers think is best, this is the place to go. Be warned, you will spend on average 25% more, you may be treated like trash and you may regret ever stepping foot in there. read more

Went in to buy a baby carrier and was helped right away. I ended up buying a Tula carrier and they had every color choice in store so I didn't have to wait. Everyone working was friendly and very knowledgable about their products! They showed me how to adjust and use the carrier and even told me not to buy an infant insert that a rolled up swaddle would work just as well! We ordered the new diono rainier car seat from Amazon however even though we did a preorder Amazon did not get enough stock to send us ours at the time we needed it. I read on facebook that this particular company had some in stock in Montana and I called them to order it. While I did end up paying $40 more for the car seat from this company instead of Amazon and the shipping took longer they were definitely very pleasant to work with offered me free shipping and got the seat out right away. This by far is the best place locally to buy cloth diapers (CD). When I first started along the CD path, my daughter wasn't a newborn. I attended their CD class to learn about the different methods (and even was offered a discount that night!). The staff was knowledgeable on their brand as well as the other brands of CDs. In addition to the free classes, they participate in the Great Cloth Diaper Change around Earth Day (very cool to know my daugther is in the Guiness Book of World Records!) and sponsor a number of local publications and events. I haven't purchased much else than CD at the Natural Baby Company, but there are some cool toys in there too. I'm sad that my kids have outgrown that shop. Shop Local, Bozeman! read more

I received gifts from my registry and bought from this store's website and have experienced the worst customer service to date. I had a problem with some of their soaker pads and they told me to 1) buy more of their products and 2) strip them (which takes a lot of work). I did both, only for these suggestions not to work and they told me that I ruined the diapers and that there couldn't possibly be a defect. If that's the case, then all of the diapers I have would be ruined since they've been exposed to the same environmental factors. A simple fix would have been to offer a replacement or store credit, but instead they refuse to admit the products aren't working as advertised and have taken the issue too far. The customer service person and owner/founder are not helpful, rude, and disrespectful. I would not buy from this store or GroVia products again. read more
