I've been here twice. Both times the owner gave me great deals on like new products. Even helped me load into the car.

I love thrift stores but this one was terrible! Could not find one thing I would even take home for free.

I say that's not 50 % and they say management says we aren't combining. Um. The text literally was sent same day, and says 50% with the blue coupon and it being Sunday. I had the coupon and it was Sun. Plus, if they weren't trying to sca, Why not say before ringing up. Why not say when I gave the text and the coupon. It is bait and switch and also false pricing and neither of those is within legal selling practices.

My wife went by on her day off and was met with ridiculous prices, rude employees who talk smack in Spanish "they didn't think my wife understood" and overall a pathetic atmosphere. Personally, I've been driving past this place since high school and I highly suggest you all do the same, the only way to get rid of this place is by just driving by and letting it ROT. The owner should be ashamed of the establishment they have and should highly consider a change of management or a change of business. Thank you for proving to me that your store has always sucked!

If it's not for you, then just keep it moving; don't write bad reviews because you don't agree with the prices. This thrift store used to be one of my favorite places to find great items. However, I stopped…read moreshopping there for a while because the closing announcements began an hour and a half before closing and were repeated every five minutes. Although that situation has improved, the prices have become unreasonable over the past year. For example, I recently saw a basic Walmart plate priced at $12.99. My visit today was also frustrating. The store has two floors, but the registers are located only on the second floor. Shopping carts from downstairs cannot be taken into the elevator to pay, while the carts upstairs cannot be taken downstairs or out of the store. This setup is extremely inconvenient and does not feel customer-friendly. Unfortunately, the high prices and lack of consideration for customers have made shopping here unpleasant. I do not plan to return.

The energy in the store was so positive and genuine. I found some super cute pieces (and even a few luxury brands!) for prices that were so affordable. What really stood out to me was how faith-based the company is....it's refreshing to see a business that combines great style, community, and purpose. I met some amazing people, had such a fun time, and will definitely be back soon! Highly recommend checking them out if you love fashion, good vibes, and great deals!

My experience with BBPD has been disorganized, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. Months…read moreago, I confirmed by phone that BBPD accepts out‑of‑state consignments, including lingerie. I followed up by email on December 19, 2025, and at no point was I informed that consignment items must have tags attached--an unusual requirement for resale, especially for high‑end nightgowns and robes that were gifted and barely worn. My items were delivered to the Lilburn store on December 27, 2025, at 11:14 a.m. Despite multiple attempts to get an update, no one has been able to tell me where my items are or why I was never contacted if they were deemed unacceptable. My consignment contract included my full name, email address, phone number and physical address and was emailed directly to BBPD's business email address. When I finally reached an employee, they confirmed they received my items, but I was told the items could not be accepted due to missing tags, yet staff strangely could not locate my items for return. This is unacceptable. To date, I have received no explanation and no resolution.
