Found this place, of course through Yelp!, and decided that the last minute decision of marking our girls trip with a tattoo, that this would be the place! MANAGER TEXTED ME ABOUT HER HUSBANDS PENI$E. (Read the text messages in the photos) Had a bad experience at this shop. Treated like a CREEP and harassed by the Manager after trying to tell her about the situation that happened at the shop. I have been a customer of theirs on 3 occasion (1 tattoo and 2 piercings) when I went in to get a tattoo between the waist line and my "private area" (shaft) and a tattoo on my hand. The tattoo artist Dwight told me that ha cannot promise my top of hand tattoo would stay. I said I understand. He was very adamant about me not getting the tattoo where I wanted it. As for my other tattoo below the belt he didn't even ask me the size. Left me waiting for about 15 min while he sketched the tattoos. The sketches were off and pixelated, as well as giant lettering when I wanted it to be small. When he brought them to me. He also said that he could not do the hand tattoo to my liking and it would have no shading. I told him to give me some time to find another font. With and attitude he immediately walked away. 2 min later. A female tattoo artist said he could not do my tattoos. She also explained to me that she would be very uncomfortable to tattoo me below the belt. She then kept saying that it would take so long to do and it would be hard to have straight lines. On and on about it's hard. Then told me it would be expensive. Then said $300. For a 1X3 inch tattoo of 6 letters in solid writing. Basic tattoo. As for the hand tattoo she told me that it wouldn't come out good. That it would disappear . She showed me the bottom of her hand and said see the go away. But I'm getting in on top of my hand. At this point with the ridiculous pricing and them telling me that my hand tattoo wont work. I asked for the managers number. read more

The customer service was just great. My tattoo artist had another guy after me and he didn't rush anything and gave me a 1 on 1 experience on the process. He was very precise with his work and even after saying he was finished he took a better look and said he wanted to solidify some lines. I took my 17yr old daughter in today on Friday the 13th to get a double helix ear piercing. Even though it was very busy due to their tattoo special we were greeted right away. Izzy helped us and helped my daughter pick out her studs and was very informative about the process. Once she was done Izzy went over everything with us to care for the new piercings. Love love love this place! It's brand new and super clean. The artists are friendly and do great work! I recently went and had my sternum tattooed by Matty. Everyone made me feel comfortable. My tattoo took 2 session but it was well worth it! There is another session planned soon to add more details around the outside of the current tattoo. They even added on a really neat bandage that isn't like the old school ceran wrap. I can not wait to return and get my sleeve worked on. read more

Went in for a nose piercing the piercer recommended that I get a different stud which had an upcharge and i went for it , two days later my nose ring was sunken in my skin so bad I called and was told I would have to pay an additional $20 to get a longer bar. I then went to a different tattoo shop and when they took my piercing out they said there was no way they should've put such a small bar in my nose due to swelling after piercing and they only charged me $10 for the service and longer bar which i havent had any issues with . read more

I posted awhile back that I thought the neon jakle was really great! Apparently I spoke to soon... when we met the owner Mel, we thought she was pretty, and super cool! My fiance made his appointment with one of the artist and everything was great. Month's later my fiance makes an appointment with Mel, it's a surprise for me... he's says we have someplace to be Saturday at 830pm but it's a surprise. Saturday afternoon I received a text message from Mel... not my fiance but to me. She says... "Hey this is mel from the tattoo shop. Don't mean to ruin your surprise but depending on how low the tattoo is going I'll need you to do some prep work. Please shave completely today before coming (I don't shave people's private areas) so a fresh shave is necessary to apply the stencil. Also there's not really any privacy so if u wanna bring a towel or blanket to help cover yourself a little that's cool. Also wear like a loose dress or something easy to lift up and out of the way. If you have any other questions let me know :)" (Tattoo was going on lower abdomen, there was no reason she couldn't have text all this to my fiance) Of course I can't tell him... When we get there at our scheduled appointment time 8:30pm Mel is with a client the girl at the counter says it's just going to be a minute... 30 minutes later I get up to see what's going on... Mel says oh just a few more minutes. She had not even acknowledged us until then. Another 30 minute and we get up to leave... she follows us out and says these people had just come in right before our appointment and she only thought it would take a minute but things happen. There is a lot more to this story... but the bottom line is this was the worst Customer service I have ever experienced! Mel the owner of the Neon Jackle should not be in business. I am appalled at he lack of empathy for my fiance surprise, her horrible customer service regarding our paid for appointment time and her narsistic behavior of making us wait an hour! I feel sorry for her artist, how many customers has she run off with her horrible customer service skills. We will NEVER go back! I would rather throw my money in the trash than give her a dime.
