We called ahead to make sure they could get all 4 of us ladies, and they said come right over! We knew we wanted Dinos and all wanted different ones! Tyler worked with us to get just the right size for all our tatts while we waited for the chair! MANAGER TEXTED ME ABOUT HER HUSBANDS PENI$E. (Read the text messages in the photos) Had a bad experience at this shop. Treated like a CREEP and harassed by the Manager after trying to tell her about the situation that happened at the shop. I have been a customer of theirs on 3 occasion (1 tattoo and 2 piercings) when I went in to get a tattoo between the waist line and my "private area" (shaft) and a tattoo on my hand. The tattoo artist Dwight told me that ha cannot promise my top of hand tattoo would stay. I said I understand. He was very adamant about me not getting the tattoo where I wanted it. As for my other tattoo below the belt he didn't even ask me the size. Left me waiting for about 15 min while he sketched the tattoos. The sketches were off and pixelated, as well as giant lettering when I wanted it to be small. When he brought them to me. He also said that he could not do the hand tattoo to my liking and it would have no shading. I told him to give me some time to find another font. With and attitude he immediately walked away. 2 min later. A female tattoo artist said he could not do my tattoos. She also explained to me that she would be very uncomfortable to tattoo me below the belt. She then kept saying that it would take so long to do and it would be hard to have straight lines. On and on about it's hard. Then told me it would be expensive. Then said $300. For a 1X3 inch tattoo of 6 letters in solid writing. Basic tattoo. As for the hand tattoo she told me that it wouldn't come out good. That it would disappear . She showed me the bottom of her hand and said see the go away. But I'm getting in on top of my hand. At this point with the ridiculous pricing and them telling me that my hand tattoo wont work. I asked for the managers number. read more

I took my 17yr old daughter in today on Friday the 13th to get a double helix ear piercing. Even though it was very busy due to their tattoo special we were greeted right away. Love love love this place! It's brand new and super clean. The artists are friendly and do great work! I recently went and had my sternum tattooed by Matty. Everyone made me feel comfortable. My tattoo took 2 session but it was well worth it! There is another session planned soon to add more details around the outside of the current tattoo. They even added on a really neat bandage that isn't like the old school ceran wrap. I can not wait to return and get my sleeve worked on. read more

Went in for a nose piercing the piercer recommended that I get a different stud which had an upcharge and i went for it , two days later my nose ring was sunken in my skin so bad I called and was told I would have to pay an additional $20 to get a longer bar. I then went to a different tattoo shop and when they took my piercing out they said there was no way they should've put such a small bar in my nose due to swelling after piercing and they only charged me $10 for the service and longer bar which i havent had any issues with . read more
