I came in because I got a piercing a couple months ago and there's a bump. I tried to see if I could get the jewelry changed. I spoke with Lauren, and she was so nice and sweet. She gave me some help, and also told me to get into TikTok to look into how to heal my piercing. She told me to give her a call or I can even send a picture to her to see how it is healing. I am so happy with our experience! My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced for her 5th birthday. I walked in with her, my best friend and my mother in law. Mo was so welcoming to our whole crew. She made sure my daughter stayed excited and didn't get nervous. Her and her colleague made it as fun and quick as possible! My daughter didn't even flinch or even say ow! I took my five year old to get her ears re-pierced and my overall experience was amazing! From the minute we walked in the door until we left, my daughter and I felt super welcomed! Alex was amazing and super kind and patient with my daughter. He talked to her the entire time and made her as comfortable as he could because she was so nervous! We took our daughter to get her ears pierced for her sixth birthday and it was such a great experience! Monica took such great care of our daughter, who was super excited but was also super anxious. She went above and beyond, even going to grab her phone so my daughter could be distracted by watching cartoons on YouTube when my phone wouldn't connect to the wifi. After the first ear was pierced, my daughter instantly began crying but Monica quickly grabbed a mirror to show her how beautiful the new piercing was! She was so reassuring to my daughter and the piercings are still perfect, two months later. As a bonus, this business was super cute and girly inside. Very clean inside too! Nice and informative. Went for my little one to get her ears pierced and they do ask for a birth certificate and you need your ID and that is all. Not sure what happened to the previous person below. I didn't have my daughters birth certificate (procrastinated ordering it.) and they accepted her birth facts. They gave my little one a toy to hold on to and keep, and were patient with her between ears. It has been 2 months since her ear piercing and she's healed up (we still clean it regularly) and perfectly placed. Glad we went here. read more

Came here to get seconds on my ear. Staff was very informative and kind. Establishment is clean and organized. They offer a variety of jewelry for sale and the prices aren't outrageous. They do require ID and you have to sign paperwork whilst there but this is standard for any type of piercing place. read more

Went there yesterday spontaneously for a navel piercing. Staff was very nice, the young girl who pierced me (forgot her name, short dark hair) was very nice and reassuring. Pain after my piercing is completely fine, so I believe it was pierced correctly. Prices were reasonable. Place felt very clean and laidback. Will definitely be coming back! read more

I found Mainline as recommendation from fellow Yelper Troy who I knew (visually) was experienced in the reception of art. He recommended Mainline. Top run professional operation. I reached out on Facebook to see what was needed for reservations and the response was more or less that unless I had an artist in mind, walking in was just as easy. They do have their artist work on Instagram or Facebook but, again, beginner here, I walked in. Took a bit of time to be greeted as they were busy (no worries, just hang out they'll come up). Erick (a.k.a. "El Chuco") was glad to help and we walked through the design. He rendered it visually and we agreed on the colors, shading etc. He got prepped and off we went. In my mind it would be very logo-ish (Star, H, some lettering) but he took it to a new level with shading, some blue bursts behind it, and artistic flavor. Loved it. Being white, the orange and white colors needed the blue burst behind. All of the logistics were professional. Very clean. Very meticulous in the art. Thorough with the care. It healed quickly with absolutely no degradation just something you get what you pay for. The aftercare recommendations were perfect with no complications. Would definitely go back. Don't ask me about price, seemed very reasonable considering this is a professional operation not a corner store.

Since I wasn't with my regular tech, I even simplified the design I originally wanted. The only change I requested was to switch the blue glitter in the inspiration photo to pink glitter. When my nails were finished, they looked nothing like the reference photo. I didn't want to embarrass anyone or make a scene, so I paid, tipped, and tried to convince myself I'd be happy with them. What made the experience even more confusing was that I was charged more than I normally pay with my regular technician--even though I usually get much more detailed nail art than I did this time. After I got home, my children encouraged me to go back because they could tell I wasn't happy. They reminded me that I paid for something that simply wasn't what I had asked for. I returned as politely as I could, hoping the nails could be corrected. From that moment on, the atmosphere completely changed. I felt unwelcome for speaking up. The technician became rough while working on my nails, wasn't kind in her interactions with me, and spoke about me while I was sitting there. It made an already uncomfortable situation feel even worse. I never intended to insult anyone or make anyone feel bad. I simply wanted the nails I had paid for, or at least something much closer to the inspiration photo. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and honestly questioning whether I should return to a salon I've loved for over a year. I'm sharing this because I genuinely care about Honey Nail Lounge. One disappointing experience doesn't erase all the wonderful appointments I've had there, but the way my concerns were handled was far more upsetting than the nails themselves. I truly hope customer feedback can be received with kindness, because loyal clients should never feel uncomfortable for respectfully asking for a correction.

The Piercing Parlor exceeded my expectations! 10/10 If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, top-notch, and welcoming piercing parlor - don't bother looking any further! The staff radiates smiles and good vibes. Upon walking in, Nicole greeted me. She engaged me with friendliness right from the start of the process. The paperwork was organized and took no time at all. The pricing was reasonable - I ended up spending less than I had set aside. There were a plethora of piercing-earring choices and I had to take the time to consider which one I liked the best! (I picked out the rose gold hearts that I hadn't noticed until they were pointed out as smaller versions of the one I was wearing and would make a cute triad of hearts.) The piercing is done in a private room with breezy colors of blue and soft white. There's a little station to the side that holds the piercing equipment. I sat on a raised hospital-grade chair/bench/super comfy/maybe it's actually for a geriatrics room - lounger. Nicole showed me all the different options for the two cartilage piercings I got to join the current one. She never rushed me and showed me options I had not even considered. We landed on one above and one below. The process was smooth and painless because it only hurt at the point of piercing and for maybe an hour after - tops. At any rate, by the time I was home - the low to begin with pain had evaporated. Nicole explained the process - including the clamp to make sure the piercings were straight and the breathing technique she would guide me through to minimize the initial pain and remove any surprise. Nicole went over the simple care for my healing and adorable new piercings. I was also provided with a useful and simple pamphlet for aftercare. Suffice it to say, my new piercings are perfect! Straight, painless, and cute earrings. The cleanliness was top-top. The parlor is done in sea-foam blues and has a warm, bright, ambiance. Plus, Nicole is the coolest, kindest, and most genuine person. 10/10 If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, top-notch, and welcoming piercing parlor - don't bother looking any further! read more

I feel as though this is completely unprofessional and it is discrimination. My dog and I have been in there a few different times over the years and not once have we ever had a problem. All I did today was walk in the door and one of the employees walked up to me and told me my service dog was not allowed and when I let him know that he could not legally deny my service dog he completely denied me service. My dog and I were not being disruptive in any way and the employee didn't even know what I had come in for before these events took place. Just know if you have a disability this is not the place for you!

When he pierced my septum, it took about ten seconds long enough for him to say "oops" while the needle was still going through. That made me really uncomfortable. He didn't check my anatomy or even feel for my sweet spot he just clamped it and pushed the needle through. I'm honestly lucky my cartilage wasn't pierced, since he didn't check. From what I've learned, a septum piercing should never take that long, and the placement should always be checked first. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone please find a professional who takes the time to do it safely.

I went in with my friend to get 2 cartilage piercing and when he pierced me he didn't use a clamp…read moreand then decided to use a butterfly back instead of a flat back which for a new piercing will cause infection because it's hard to clean around it and it gives no room for swelling. I went to the tattoo shop to have someone take a look and upon farther inspection they were both pierced with a super bad angle and only one of the two piercings were salvageable. I had him re pierce the salvageable piercing with a flat back and I have to wait for the other hole to close so I can then get my other piercer to re pierce it. Really disappointed as I paid $100 for these piercing at valor which I feel is already super expensive and they didn't even know how to pierce correctly.
