I can't even give enough stars!! We've had the pleasure of knowing Noelle for her expert services…read morefor approximately 7 years. She has always been available for us. Her daily rates are very reasonable considering the level of difficulty she deals with for our cat...(Miss Cleo), she's pretty mean, swats, hisses, etc. When we were still asking friends & family to help us, our cat was so stressed out by the time we'd get home. But now, even though she's so tough to handle, Noelle still brings her so much great care and sweetness. When we get home, our house is clean, the kitty litter is immaculate and our cat is groomed and happy! Noelle is more than a petsitter, she's a new friend for your little furry loved ones (sorry that's cheezy but it's SO true!!) :)

I worked here for a few months semi- recently. As someone who worked there, I can confidently say…read morethat they do not take as good care of the dogs as they say. The owner is rude to her employees, and they use methods such as shaking change in metal jars directly in the dog's ears until they are scared of the workers as a way to make them stop barking. They will also yell very, very harshly at them almost constantly. The reason why I don't work there is because I refused to take part in that. They will also put up to 25 dogs of all sizes and temperaments in one van for the daily beach walk, which exceeds the legal limit and results in the dogs getting in fights with each other. Again, as someone who worked there, please do not leave your beloved animal there. Your dog will be sad all day and will not get enough attention nor be treated appropriately. At first glance, it seems like a great environment, hence why I worked there. But your dog will only be let out once, and in the group photos they send, it's likely your dog won't even be in the picture. They use very outdated training methods, and it was incredibly hard for me to work there. Leaving your dog there is the equivalent of leaving your dog at an animal shelter.

Never more secure care for my dog anywhere! Luna. Very…read morehappy knowing she's in the most skilled highly educated obedience and tracking training that is unique on the coast. They have a shuttle service from Horseshoe Bay from Vancouver pets coming to Nopawblems Care, so book early always! The best is worth it. Reasonably priced, excellent staff, good food or bring your own. I have trusted her with several daycare 11-4 p.m. Just to see her getting used to the other dogs, kennel and owners. She's highly sensitive husky mix. It took a few visits. We got to a weekend, a week and one ten day stay. When the last thing you want to worry about on vacation, on a tight budget, is your dogs well-being ... I trust Nopawblems. She's is a little highly stimulated each time. She prefers home. But she's not upset or frightened. I am secure with my choice. If anything comes up she is in the best hands.

I have taken my dogs here for 9 years. to this exceptional kennel. It is a large and beautifully…read moremaintained facility in a rural setting. My pets have always received the best care possible. I took one of my young dogs to a session with Joyce for help with his aggressive behaviour. I had sought help previously from a series of recommended trainers and vets. In one session,Joyce provided me more help than all the others combined. One of my very old ( 16+) dogs refused to eat one day. Realizing that this was not normal for him, and knowing his age, and after trying unsuccessfully to reach me, they took him into their home and sat with him. He passed away peacefully in a few hours, in the company of loving humans. After speaking to me, they took him to a local vet and had him cremated and gave me the ashes. It was a hard sad time, and I cannot imagine a better way to end a long life. This is absolutely the best place for a dog to be. The only drawback is that they are so good- and it is not easy to get a space.

I initially looked…read moreinto a dog walker for Camilla when she started to resist walking in the door of her doggy daycare. Alison takes a maximum of 5 dogs on the group walks, so Camilla has plenty of attention in a less overwhelming environment. Most importantly Camilla gets to run off-leash and explore the local parks! Alison typically takes Camilla (& now my other dog, Jasper) for several hours, despite the "one hour" price. Both of my dogs are high energy, so the off-leash adventure walks are a great way to physically and mentally tire them out. Alison leaves a note stating the time she picked up and dropped off the dogs, along with a little sentence about where they went. We've bumped into Alison at the dog park several times and the dogs are always beyond excited & happy to see her!! I know Alison truly cares about all the dogs in her pack - on what I thought was Camilla's last day with the group before I moved, Alison took Camilla for the ENITRE DAY! Luckily, Alison was able to make our new location work, so Camilla & Jasper can continue their adventure walks with the group

Allie and Mark are completely responsible for leash training our dog, Jaina. As she got older, they slowly transitioned her into 5 days a week with group walks. They really got to know Jainas personality and matched her with dogs accordingly. She is typically out for over 3 hours every day on fun excursions with Allie. She just turned one and we have our sanity thanks to Allie! She wares her out and keeps her fit. Thank you Mark and Allie you guys are amazing!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a caring and affordable dog walker. :)
