I've been trying to call this office countless times and have left multiple messages just to set up…read morean appointment for my father, but no one ever calls back. The only way we were able to get an appointment was by physically driving there. When we arrived, there were at least three receptionists just standing around chatting, which made it even more frustrating considering no one seems to answer the phones or return messages. To make matters worse, even my pharmacy couldn't get a hold of them to verify a prescription. It's incredibly disappointing and concerning, especially when you're trying to coordinate care for a family member. Communication and responsiveness should be the bare minimum for a medical office, and unfortunately this place completely failed in that regard.

My first appointment went longer than expected, but the team was kind enough to bring me lunch! Lien was a breath of fresh air and ensured that my first visit was a great one! Emily and Iris did a great job setting me up and all the doctors that I interacted with were amazing. Please consider using their services as you will not regret it. Many thanks to Lien and all for taking good care of me!

I visited this doctor for some concerns about neropathy in my feet and hands…read more Parking can be an issue. You have the choice of attempting to find a place on the street in front of the building in which the doctor is located, or in one of the two parking structures loacted behind the building. The waiting room in the doctor's office is fairly small. Please note that it is always crowded with patients. Accordingly, you may have to stand while you wait to be called by one of the nurses into one of the examination rooms in the back. I noted even at 9:00 a.m., which is their first appointment of the day, and the time I arrived for my second appointment, it remained as crowded as ever. The nerve conduction studies are done in two parts. The first part is performed by an assistant. The accupuncture testing thereafter will be performed by the doctor.

We were referred to this doctor by my mother's primary care physician (he made a terrible mistake)…read more There are only five seats in the lobby, which is a shame because everyone we talked to had been waiting at least 30 minutes beyond their appointment time. We were shown into a room and met with the physician's assistant (who was lovely and kind by the way). She did preliminary tests and talked with my mother, who suffers from dementia. The doctor finally came in and was incredibly rude. He didn't introduce himself or even say "hello". He didn't really listen to us, just said "I don't know why you are here. She has dementia. it will get worse. There isn't anything to be done." He told my dad to stop giving her an anti-nausea medication, but had no suggestions on how to keep her from being sick. He finally ordered an EEG for her. I made a follow up appointment for her when we were getting the test. When we showed up for the follow-up, there was no record of the appointment on their books (even though I had an appointment card). They made it seem like I was the one who made a mistake. After I booked a new appointment, we went back to get the EEG results, we once again were met by the PA. We asked about the EEG results and she said the doctor was reviewing them. A few minutes later, the door opened, an arm shot into the room with a piece of paper that was thrust at the PA, and the door closed again - the EEG results. The doctor never even came into the room!!!! I could go on about his flip attitude during our initial meeting - "oh, she is falling? She has a vitamin B12 deficiency" - "This isn't even my specialty, I don't know why you are here" "If you are looking to get me to write a letter for Power of Attorney, I can't do that" (not at all why we were there). I have never been around such an uncaring and dismissive physician. I have never had this experience with a Sharp doctor before. I hope to never again.

After signing in and taking care of the paperwork she asked me to go ahead and have a seat. When I went to sit down I noticed a faint sound of me being at the beach. I heard waves crashing delicately against the rocks to and fro. I heard seagulls and a few other birds as well as a slight sound of wind. This was so cool. I looked around and found a white sound machine sitting on one of the tables in the well decorated waiting room. I was already so nervous and this completely calmed me down. I loved it! I was called in approximately 15 minutes after my appointment time and Dr. Jablecki introduced himself. We sat down and began to discuss my case when I noticed that he has five pens (my favorite ones too) in his top left shirt pocket. While he is talking I start noticing ink appearing on his shirt. I didn't know whether to ignore it or tell him. You know me Yelp peeps. I excused myself for interrupting and advised him that it was leaking. The Dr. removed the pen and got up to put white tape to cover up the ink so that it wouldn't bother me. How could he tell I was OCD? lol. That was a great customer service move! We went on with the intake and then went into the examination room. This room was very well decorated and homely at the same time. It was a cross between a doctors room and a vintage massage room. I noticed a complete wall with accommodations and degree wall of fame which also included an official award from the President of the United states certificate signed by the Secretary of State. My favorite was the award for him being an honorary Eagle Scout with The Boy Scouts of America! As I looked at the wall the only thing that I could think of was "I really bet that his Momma must have been so proud!". While I waited I was thirsty and the receptionist brought me some nice cold water (that is customer service). I did not like the process that I needed to have done but Dr. Jablecki made it more tolerable. He is very polite and personable. He will answer every question you have and not mince words. He tapes all of his findings with you sitting right there which keeps you in the loop of your prognosis even if you do not understand everything he is saying. My experience over all was exceptional. I would recommend you check out the health grades below if you are in need of his services please give him a call..
