These guys are so ignorant about used cars that they sold a riced up 20k mile Porsche 993 turbo, paint to sample (which they didn't know, they thought it was just a normal blue), for about 75k-100k UNDER the market price. I tried to inquire about a car through the Auto Trader website at this dealership. I got a 3-word response: ""So now what?" NO, 'Hi, (so and so) Thanks for contacting us. Yes/ No the car is still available. If you have any questions or want a test drive, please let me know. My name is (so and so) here is my contact info". Just that 3-word response. NO hello, NO contact name. That should have been a red flag right there. I considered not even replying. If I was the owner that person would not work for me. That is no way to treat a cash paying customer. I really liked the car, so I wrote back and asked how flexible they were on their price and if they had a reliable shipper since I live out of state. (I sent them 2 ads from other dealers for the exact same car, same year (one was a year newer), mileage, and both were $15k cheaper! They've had that car for sale since Sept 2024. It's now Jan 2026, you'd think they would be anxious to sell by now! I got NO response. I thought maybe the email didn't go through, so I sent another email. NO reply. I didn't want to get that rude salesman again, so I sent an email through their dealer's websites "contact us" link. Again, twice. Again, NO reply! Out of town purchasers be Aware! First off salesman Danny Wilder is a rude individual who acts as manager/owner of the business. After vehicle purchase through Ebay, he promised to ship stock parts from previous owner of the vehicle. He kept stalling until ebay feedback time expired. Soon as ebay feed back expired, his total attitude changed. They were avoiding purposefully calls and emails knowing that i am from out of town buyer. Left messages for mangers and owners and never got a call back. Finally when call was made using friend's cell phone from another state area code he picked up and when confronted about avoiding my calls Danny cursed me out and hung up the phone. This was worst car buying experience ever! not to mention car needed $6k worth of repair not even 2 months after purchasing the vehicle. First of all, we were accused of missing 2 payments to specialty auto leasing which is Jonathan Frank's finance company. The bank checks were verified by our bank and documentation was sent since he has a habit of misplacing paperwork. We also were responsible for paying the taxes which in a traditional lease is integrated into the loan/lease agreement. We decided to give back our 2014 911 turbo s and Jonathan was not up front and honest that we would lose our down payment once we relinquished our car with satisfactory payment history. Once he sold the car after 4 months we received not a dime. Terrible place to do business with!
