The new principal, Mr. Rothwell, staff and teachers are dedicated caring passionate people. They do go the extra mile to foster a warm, loving, safe environment for the kids to grow, learn and develop in. We moved here and didn't know a lot about the schools. The guidance counselor, Mr. Hintz, warmly greeted us and gave us a tour and answered our questions when we were going through the school choice process. The enthusiasm around the school is contagious. Typically a word you don't want to hear about when it comes to schools. However you, your child, and your family are bound to catch it. Parents are friendly and welcoming, whether they are part of the PTO or just coming and going to and from the school. There is plenty of room with large play yards and play structures. Ample parking and a very safe drop off and pick up process. Pleasant street can be a bit busy so drive with care during school hours. Check in at the office and your bound to find more friendly faces willing to help you out. Ms. Silverman is incredible and keeps things pulled together and moving smoothly. If you need help or have questions the health educator, Ms. Kinsella, and nurse, Ms. Pratt, are also ready and willing to step in and put your child at ease. Mr. Wisneski is an outstanding person who does not only teach but brings fun, I mean fun, into the class every day. Every person I spoke to before the beginning of the year had so many wonderful things to say that it helped put my mind at ease. Given our short time at this school I don't know each and every teacher. However, they all work together for the kids and fold them all in. Everyone at Brophy has helped to make the transition smooth, fun, and easy. How can you not learn when you are having fun and excited to be there? So the down fall, if there is one, is the kids grow up and move on.

My kids can't pick a favorite teacher because they've loved them all. My kids have grown tremendously both socially and academically. I took 10 driving lessons with Maxim at Ashland Driving School. Before that, I had only been behind…read morethe wheel a couple of times, but I didn't really know how to drive and felt very unsure of myself. Maxim was incredibly helpful--he explained everything clearly, showed me where and how I should behave on the road, and answered all of my questions. The platform they use is very convenient--it shows exactly when and at what time your lessons are scheduled. You can choose from different packages and lesson plans, and there are reminders sent 2-3 times before each lesson, which is super helpful. After completing the first 10 lessons, I took my driving test but unfortunately didn't pass because I made the same mistake I had been making during the lessons. I then decided to take another 10 lessons, and after just 8 lessons, I went for my test again--and this time, I passed with flying colors, making no mistakes at all! I now feel much more confident behind the wheel. I'm really grateful to Maxim for helping me learn how to drive and, more importantly, for eliminating my fear of driving. I now have a strong desire to drive and gain more experience on the road! I'm even planning to take a highway lesson to further build my skills and confidence. I highly recommend Ashland Driving School! You won't regret it--you'll love it!

Shout out to Arsenio who built up my daughter's confidence. Anna Sab is great-straight shooter. Her husband was at the RMV for road test day. Communication between CS and parents was great. Attend any zoom meetings and watch videos as a parent. Getting instructor hour appointments was sometimes tricky in beginning-but tell your kid not to give up and keep trying to sign up for instructor hours when it's sign up time or get on waiting list for cancellations. Highly recommend paying the extra $ if you can afford it to have CS Driving School sponsor the road test and use their driving instruction cars. Made things much easier and honestly, it was better for me not to be the sponsor in the backseat of the road test car. IMO parents must practice driving with their kid as much as possible-above and beyond the required parent supervision hours. As hard, scary and frustrating as it can be! I spent hours at night practicing parallel parking with my kid the "CS Driving School way" (also 50 ft back up, parking on a hill maneuvers, and 3 point turns). My kid passed the road test because of her commitment to learning to drive, CS Driving School instructors, and the practice driving hours she did with me. Thank you CS Driving School for preparing my kid to drive on the very busy streets of the Watertown area, where adults with drivers licenses don't adhere to basic traffic rules & laws, buses and Amazon trucks drive like no one else is on the road, bicyclists don't adhere to rules of the road, and very few drivers in MA seems to USE THEIR BLINKER ANYMORE!

Took her on a couple times anyways. As a person who is always running late for everything, the power and ability to take the highway if I want or need to will be invaluable. Getting ready to head back over to the dealership. (I was also there last night.) Hopefully we can close and I can ride her off the lot today! My first purchase was private sale and ended up being more of a project bike than I had time or money for. I'm hoping this bike will be ready to go with no issues for the foreseeable future! This driving school is a masterclass in how to make a stressful process even worse. The office…read morestaff are supremely unhelpful, condescending, and shockingly lazy. It feels as though they go out of their way to ensure that teenagers and their parents struggle unnecessarily. Communication is virtually nonexistent, and when you do get through, the tone is dismissive and arrogant, as if asking a simple question about scheduling or requirements is an outrageous imposition. Their class sign-up system is confusing and poorly managed, with no guidance offered to help navigate it. Every interaction leaves you with the distinct impression that they take pride in being as unaccommodating as possible. My daughter's peers, who attended other driving schools, had smooth and straightforward experiences. By contrast, every step with this school has been an exercise in frustration. One Star - strictly for the organization, communication, and office staff. The actual driving instructors were wonderful. Parents, save yourself the headache and choose literally any other school. This one is a nightmare wrapped in arrogance.

"I will be processing a refund shortly. I do not need any customer sending me idiotic emails and not do their part." This is an incredibly disrespectful and inappropriate way to speak to a customer and a parent. If a school has an issue with a customer, there are professional ways to communicate it. Calling a customer's emails "idiotic" is completely unacceptable. Parents are paying for a service and deserve clear communication, professionalism, and basic respect. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those things. I would strongly advise other parents to think twice before choosing this driving school. Based on my experience, I absolutely do not recommend Newton Driving School.

I changed an instructor and things got better after then. After taking the lessons I was able to pass the road test easily near the driving school.
