Chapel Hills Jewelry seems like it's frequented by the highfalutin Fox Chapelites, as there are always expensive cars parked in their lot when I walk by. I felt a little intimidated schlepping to their shop in my yoga pants and hoodie, but darn it, I needed my necklace fixed, and this place is right by my house! However, I had nothing to feel intimidated about...they couldn't have been nicer! The folks I dealt with were helpful, kind, and didn't make me feel like I wasn't worth their time just because I wasn't there shopping for thousands of dollars worth of jewelry. They examined my necklace, said they could fix it within two weeks, and delivered as promised. My necklace was as good as new! And despite the fact that I spent a whopping $16 with them, they treated me as respectfully as I assume they treat those who are spending much more.
