Whatever service you get should be appreciated..As educated designers work for nothing in hopes of a commission, after sales, driving to home and dedication...Such store owners dont trust the people will sell ? so they make them risk their time, working for commission only. What other fields do this? Auto sales? Its about time people pay interior designers! They dont even have a tip jar...and paid for an education. read more

We stopped in Woodbridge just by chance. We were looking for a traditional dining room table and chairs to add to our newly renovated dining room. We were greeted by designer, Lauren B. We explained what we wanted and she showed us some samples, explained the differences n the products then offered to come to our home so that she could better understand our needs. I cannot thank Lauren enough! She worked with us to get us exactly the room we wanted. She was very knowledgeable and talented and we highly recommend her design services. We absolutely love our Bermex table and chairs and can't wait to make memories in our new dining room! read more

First to see what I was looking for and then again to measure to make sure that everything that we picked out would fit correctly. Denise was such a pleasure to work with! Very recently I shopped for a new sectional and swivel chair for our great room and a Stressless chair for my husband. After looking in many area furniture stores, I chose Woodbridge Interiors in North Strabane (Canonsburg) to make my purchase. The store is very attractive inside, and there is a lot of selection. I absolutely loved working with Tamara. She was extremely helpful and very patient with me as I made my final choices. I highly recommend Woodbridge Interiors in Canonsburg and feel that it's the best furniture store South of Pittsburgh. read more

My husband and I purchased 2 Sam Moore chairs at Woodbridge Interiors in Canonsburg on 9/5/20. We were told at the time of purchase, we would receive the chairs in October (6-8 weeks). We did not receive the chairs in October nor did we receive a call with an estimated arrival. I called the store on multiple occasions and was told multiple times by multiple people that they would call the warehouse to look into it and call us back. Most of the time we did not receive call backs so I would have to call again. We were then told different stories each time we called (i.e.. our chairs are done and sitting in a warehouse but won't be shipped until other people's orders are complete so they can save money on shipping, our chairs have not been started because the fabric is on back order and on and on). Today is 12/5/20 and we have still not received our chairs and are now being told we will not receive them until January 2021. At this point I would like to cancel the order entirely since the latest story is our chairs haven't been started because the warehouse is waiting on the fabric, but apparently the sales person we are now talking with cannot get a hold of the sales rep or owner. I understand warehouse delays due to Covid, but that was not even mentioned to us in September when we bought the chairs. Clearly our experience with this company has not been a good one and I wish we had never purchased the chairs given the hassle and the fact that we still do not have 2 chairs that we've already paid a downpayment on. 10/11/21 update - We notified the store that the battery pack was not holding a charge in one of the chairs in Feb 2021. They said they would order another one from the company. Brought a new battery to our house and it also does not hold a charge. 8 months later we still do not have a working chair. I have never in my life had an issue like this with a company. We spent a lot of money on these 2 chairs. I cannot believe the store has not remedied this situation. read more

NINE months later - still waiting for them to replace a defective chair. Terrible customer service. We purchased 2 sofas and 2 chairs from this store when we moved into a new home. Now that I am ready to purchase additional furniture, this store is not on my list. Woodbridge Interiors has a beautiful selection of furniture in different price ranges to suit the needs of most buyers. Don't plan to rush your visit as there are so many choices regarding price, style, and especially a large array of fabrics from which to choose. Susan Rockhill, one of the interior designers, provided excellent help by visiting my home at no extra cost, drawing a plan to scale, and offered many choices for room design and style. They told me I got what I ordered. That's not really correct. What I did get was a half trained sales associate who proceeded to order me the wrong size couch (almost a foot and a half smaller than what I was expecting). The company rep and the manager didn't believe that the sales assoc. should be any more skilled at properly knowing how these furniture companies size their products than me. The manger also didn't seem to think that poorly trained employees misinterpreting couch sizes warrants any sort of money back either. Do not shop here!! If you do, absolutely only agree to pay in a way you can stop payment if you get the wrong item. read more

I purchased a love seat and sofa from David the Manager. I paid 3000.00 for the set after tax and warranty was applied. Prior to the item being delivered it was damaged. We noticed a thump every time we put the recliner down. Then after 3 months, the springs let loose. This item was dropped. The repair man came and looked at it and it had a bent mechanism. yes, it was dropped. It is a very heavy set. They are very nice to you on the phone and try to put you off saying things you want to hear. I have had it for 5 months now and they never once called me back to let me know if my new love seat came in or not. I called him 3/30/2016 and now he says the mechanism came in for it to be repaired. you delivered a bad unit to me when I paid for brand new!!!!! He left a message on my cell phone saying I would get a new love seat and when the order comes in he will call me. OH he doesn't remember this doe he. other people have complaints of broken merchandise. checked BBB. Don't shop there!!! go somewhere else. read more
