The kid's section is larger than I was expecting. There is a smallish shoe selection in the far corner, near the registers. Some prices were great, other not so much. For the most part, the store was well kept. A few areas were hard to navigate with a stroller. There wasn't much in the way of customer service. The only employee I interacted with was the cashier. He was fine. If you are a fan of the Columbia brand, there is a much larger selection here than at any outdoor or department store.

Another store associate dashed after us (we are both seniors), she stopped us in the bitter cold wind and started digging in our paper bag. Then, she turned her back to us and ran somewhere back into the store without talking to us. We were overwhelmed and had to follow her running and maneuvering between the store racks and shelves. While the manager was removing the security tag off our purchase, she said, "Good job" to this store associate. And merely dropped sorry to us. Is that what they consider a "good job" at LLBean's these days? Horrible, awful experience. No manners whatsoever. These rude people have ruined our day, our Birthday spirit, and our holiday. We didn't need a lot of items on this last trip but we also found a nice dress shirt for him for some of our nicer meals out. They offer Brooks running shoes, one of only two brands I use, though they usually clear them out for a couple of years and bring them back at a later time. The staff at this store have always been friendly and I bought a pair of Brooks shoes on clearance. While helping me from start to finish, they were never rude. I've been at some stores and the employees will sneer at you for not buying a pair for over $100, which generally ends in my leaving the store without buying anything. I have never had that experience with Finish Line.

All staff were wearing masks. This is definitely a plus. The store is a bit crowded. I don't mean people. The racks are close together and just moving throughout the store I knocked things off the rack at least once especially by the work out/athletic section. I was trying to find a pair of leggings and all the sizes and styles were mixed. I couldn't find what I was looking for. During my leggings search, I was approached by an employee about a rewards program. I don't shop at Old Navy very often, so I took a pass. As I navigated further into the store, the more crowded it became. By the clearance section, it was impossible to look through the racks as everything was packed and hard to move through the area. Plus, I docked a star because the entire back of the store smelled like pot. It was mostly empty of people, but a few.
