Only two cashiers open with a decent line was the only thing I saw that needed work!

I happened to be wearing what was an evidently older version of a UA t-shirt based on the logo. The floor guy started telling me all about it, what generation it was, how well I've evidently been taking care if it based on the lack of fraying of the logo itself. Was really nice to hear from someone with so much passion for the brand. Having said all of that, this is NOT an outlet. Prices are pretty normal (high) though they have a lot of stuff at discounts. This time my son and I each got 30%-40% off of our shirts, plus mysterious UA gift card. So keep that in mind: great place to shop but don't expect outlet prices.

Because of me buying multiple ones at a time I was pleased to stumble upon an outlet like store here. The prices were a bit cheaper than what I was paying at a department store, but not that much cheaper. The store is stocked with a lot more colors than you can find in any department store that carries them. And the selection is great as it is not just hoodies, but every single thing that Champion can make. Sweat pants, t-shirts, socks, you name it. I purchased a hat here 2 years ago that I absolutely love from the legacy brand. This time I was buying a hat for the hubby who wished he purchased one when I did. Negative: The only negative experience I encountered during this visit is that when I was checking out, the associate who rang me up was so enthralled to see someone who was behind me in line and started a conversation with them (and ignoring me) that he completely forgot to take the security tag off my hubby's hat which I just found out when I gave my hubby the hat when I arrived home from our trip. I came in with a friend a few months ago. I was disappointed to see that they didn't have a very…read moregood selection of shoes and they were very expensive. My friend and I were talking to one of the employees to see if they had a certain shoe, and my friend had unknowingly put their foot up on one of the stools, not knowing it moved, and almost fell, while the employee (I don't know her name) ran to the stool and pulled it away and was very snarky and said that you're not supposed to do that. I understand you're not supposed to do that, but my friend had no idea, and when your customer is in danger and is going to fall?? I am sure if any damage was to be caused we would have paid to repair it. I think that if this store had a better selection, more personable employees, and maybe better customer-safety-values, things would have gone very, very differently. I really hope they can enhance this store in the future, as I am sure my friend and I are willing to give it another chance if that is the case.
