Javiar is an excellent teacher with explicit instructions and hands on help if needed. After each class we enjoyed the breads, cookies and foods we made and there is always enough to take home so you can share what you baked or cooked with your love ones. I have been making my own breads now since the first sourdough bread class I took at the studio. I enjoyed all the classes so much that I book whatever new ones come up as well as put myself on the wait list for ones I would like to participate in. No one would be disappointed at Vituperio studio, if they like taking hands on cooking classes. What a great place.

The Spanish Paella class appealed to me because since my trip to Spain I have dreamed about the paella I had there. I invited (2) of my friends and we all were excited to have fun! There was another group of (3) that signed up and this was the perfect class size so our instructor could provide and answer 1:1 questions! The instructor Iesha was so patient and informative! We all liked her energy and the information that she had to share! Let me say this..I am a novice cooker so I enjoy adding new skills to my cooking toolkit! The ingredients and food for our lesson was laid out and easy to use for 'step-by-step' directions! The end result was AMAZING! We had a good time cooking it and of course eating it was the bonus! Great time! I will return to take future classes!

His cabbage noodles are also excellent as is his pulled pork and BBQ. He's got great challah and cinnamon challah and he's always coming up with new things like stromboli, pork schnitzel, chicken parmesan, apple cider donuts, bacon wrapped dates, and other deliciousness to take home and reheat. Or if you're at Artisans Exchange he does hot meals when he's the featured vendor that are well worth the trip.

I melted a piece of cheese on the multigrain bread. Ken's (the owner) breads makes my somewhat quarantined life a lot better. I toasted a piece of cinnamon raisin bread and put peanut butter on top. I have to remember to pick-up Ken's delicious pasta when he has it. Life is easier with Ken's breads.

This flower shop is so charming it could easily pass for a fairy's cottage. Even though about half of the plants and flowers are artificial, they look remarkably realistic and blend seamlessly with the live ones. I also loved the variety of plants and flowers available for sale--from potted plants to beautifully arranged bouquets in vases. What truly topped off the experience was the warm and friendly service from every staff member I encountered in the shop. It's a wonder, then, that the café's customer service felt entirely different from the one in the store--hence, the loss of one star in my rating. Like what the other Yelper mentioned, I also noticed that the baristas seemed too preoccupied with their tasks than to assist customers. When I approached the counter, one barista spent a long time arranging a food order, while another was busy restocking coins in the cash register. Even though they could clearly see me and another customer standing right in front of the counter, neither of them acknowledged or greeted any of us. After standing there in silence for quite a while, I eventually gave up and didn't bother placing an order. At that point, a vending machine might have been a better option--it would've at least been more responsive.

The individual behind the counter did not acknowledge us for at least eight minutes while she was preparing another customer's order. Once she did, there was no smile or pleasant greeting. The soup was luke warm and tasted awful and the quiche was like a rubber display. It was definitely not money well spent. This is no longer a favorite place to visit.
