Don't expect a fancy spa experience here. This is reflexology and it is not meant to be a bougie spa treatment. That being said, it is a very nice experience for reflexology. I've been to many reflexology massage spots and this has definitely been one of my best experiences! When you first arrive they will show you a menu of treatments and ask you which you would like. Once you make a selection you will be taken back to a treatment room. Most reflexology spots have a communal space where everyone is being treated. Here they have partitioned off little rooms for everyone to have a more private experience. I noticed that there was also a communal space in the back and I assume that is for people who opt for a foot massage only. I chose the 60 min full body massage and was taken to one of the private rooms. There was a bed with sheets and a curtain so that it is completely private so you can undress to your comfort. For anyone who is familiar with reflexology, you are likely aware that many times you have no privacy and it can be uncomfortable. The full body massage mostly focuses on the back and neck and very little time on the feet which again, is very different from most reflexology experiences. The pressure was very firm the way I liked it and by the time we were done all my tension was gone. I also want to note that I had some friends check this place out in the past and they said that the pressure was not great but I had Steven and he was very strong! I noticed a lot of people complained about how loud it can be and that the therapists will take calls but that's just how most reflexology is. Still, it was actually very quiet when I was there. A couple in the room next to us were speaking very loudly to each other and my therapist actually shushed them. I took one star off because it can be a little pricier than most other reflexology massages but I still think it's totally worth it for the privacy and experience of a truly full body massage! read more

I'm pretty sure my guy fell asleep while massaging my feet. I was awake the entire time - I just couldn't get comfortable. I was ok with him taking a break for a few seconds, but when the massage pressure became lighter and lighter and finally stopped, I knew something was up. I'd occasionally open my eyes and noticed his eyes were closed too -weird, but fine. When it happened more than 3x, I told him he could stop. Of course that's when the massage finally got good. I'm only giving 3 stars because I knew better than to go here. I've never had a good experience here, but it's convenient and budget friendly. I must admit this place is pretty good. They only get 4 starts because they have a super loud phone that goes off and they don't exactly have a receptions at their desk at all times to answer it. I really like this place! I've been here a couple of times, but I think I've only checked in once. The other Yelpers were right! Lucy is FANTASTIC!! She gave me a deep and comprehensive massage and was very pleasant and caring. I was quite surprised, the place looked like it was closed a little after 9:30 pm on a Friday night, but Yelp said it was open till midnight and it was. I asked for a 90-minute combination massage and reflexology session and Lucy said no problem. Again, I was Really impressed by her! Once you walk in, you will enter a nice, dim-lit and calm environment. Before the masseuse comes, you will soak your feet in lavender salt water by the massage bed. It's quite relaxing. Since this was my first time coming to a reflexology place, be mindful that they will want you to take off your shirt (and ladies - even your bras). But I told them that I just wanted to leave my undergarments and tank top on, and they obliged. My masseuse was a male and he was a bit rough with me in the beginning - but communication is key. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, I just had to give him "thumbs-up" or just call out in pain to let him know if he needed to adjust his intensity, LOL! Overall, you will get a head to toe massage. From a scalp massage, face, neck, shoulders and all the way down to your feet. They offer combination and just feet for great prices I gave them 3 star only because I came for the 1 hr foot massage only due to shoulder injury and the lady kept trying to push me to do combination even after I told her what I wanted then she went on to say ok well how about 30 min because hr is along time for foot... why is it an option on your services then if it isn't something u guys like to do? The massage itself was good there was a little more stretching than I expected, thought she was going to dislocate my shoulder at one point lol the reason for 3 stars is because when we went to pay, I think she was the owner because she was the only one taking the calls was checking us out, asked if I wanted to leave tip on card and I said yes. The reason I feel that 2 stars is what they deserve is simply because as my buddy and I were paying they DEMANDED that we tip them the maximum amount. I have been going to A Spa for at least 10 years, and each and every person I had in those years were excellent. I've gone to other Spa's , but no one can compare. I now have Abel who is excellent, he knows where all my kinks are, and when I walk out of there, I'm walking on a cloud. 90 minutes is perfect for me. I was so sad when they closed for Covid, I was going mad , but when returned they were using the guidelines , which made me feel at ease... I just have so much mixed feelings about this place. I woke up with a kink in my neck earlier this week and always wanted to try a non-hotel massage so, figured this would be the time. I had been reading many yelp reviews about this place and knew not to expect "hotel" fancy massages but, I still wasn't expecting this. I had an hour massage where I was poked, and stretched, and massaged where I wanted to laugh during half of it. It reminded me of my yoga and pilates class that I wasn't expecting so, I couldn't breathe correctly....this in turn wasn't relaxing to me. My masseuse was very nice and kept asking me if it hurt; which it didn't....but, I just wanted to laugh when he'd lift my hand up and drop it. Felt like I was a dead body that he was playing with. ***Is that a weird analogy?*** He did work on my kink for a while but, this just felt all too routine for him. When I first saw this place I was assumed it was one of those "massage" places that you see all over Vegas. However, I looked at the ratings on yelp and figured that if shady stuff was going on, people wouldn't be writing reviews on yelp lol. I got off work the other night and my feet were absolutely killing me, so I was desperate. I walked in and told the man working at the front desk that I needed a foot massage. He motioned for me to follow him and led me into a small room. The room had two lounge chairs and was extremely dark. I sat there for about 5 or 10 minutes, not knowing what to do. Finally a woman brought a a bowl of hot water for my feet. Next, a man came in and started to massage my shoulders. I told him I came in for a foot massage...he looked confused. He asked "How long? 60 minutes?" I told him I just wanted to do the 30 minute foot massage for $18. He continued to massage my shoulders. So...communication was obviously an issue! After a lot of unpleasant massaging and awkward stretches, he ,moved on to my feet. The actual foot massage was pretty good until the man started smacking my legs. Then he tried to pull on my legs, but I told him to stop....twice!! I have back issues and can't have some random person doing things that could affect my back. Overall, I wasn't happy. Not enough time was spent on my feet and that's the only reason I went there. Not to mention, my back was feeling fine before I went in but I had to get a real massage the next day because this guy didn't know what he was doing!! One thing I find shocking is the fact that no one ever had me fill out any paperwork or sign a waiver like all legit massage places do! They are not chiropractors so they shouldn't crack people's backs and I'm not even sure they are licensed massage therapists. Don't waste your time or money! read more

However, when I wake up feeling achy and sore and I know that she's already booked up, this is where I usually end up. I prefer a massage on the lighter side and have been told that it doesn't need to hurt in order to heal. This place seems to be more in the hurts so good side of the spectrum. However, when I tell them to ease up they usually do.... Sometimes I have to tell them a few times but I think some of my spots are a lot more tender. I was very happy to find out that they open earlier than their posted hours on yelp and they were able to get me in right away. This is not the first time we have been here, it is a good place. Communication is not always understood here, we came in for a 30 minutes foot massage and were asked if we would like the full body for 1 hour. We talked about it and said yes that would be fine, we had the time. The lady took us into the cubby and said it would be about 2 minutes. Within a minutes two workers came in and just went to work. They were very good on the foot massage and worked our feet for a full 30 minutes and then got up and said they were done. We looked at each other wondering what happened to the other 30 minutes of full body and said, well, I guess we are not getting that today. When we went to the counter to pay we were only charged for the 30 minute foot massage which was fine. We will be back to this place as it has alway been clean, nice music, great cubbies, professional workers and with the music, you can drift off to any place year heart desires. So this place is right by my house and so it makes it convenient to come here. parking can be tough if going on a busy day.. if its later in the night there might be more parking avail. The place has a Spa sign on the front but the actual Healing Touch Reflexology is no where in sight lol. So when coming here just look for the spa sign! i was lost the first time coming here. Inside is dark and the separated walls made it seem private here. Its quiet and peaceful for the most part. The massage i normally get is the combo massage for $38 for 1 hour where they soak your feet, massage and stretch your entire body from head to toe. They also use hot stones and hot towels on you so its quite an amazing feeling. I normally tip 10 to 12 bucks which makes it about $50 total. not bad for 1 hour including tip. A lot of the other reflexology places charge as low as $20 to $25/ hour but in a big open space...but this place has private rooms with also hot stones is the major selling point for me. for $30 to $38 is the normal price i believe for reflexology here. Okay lets talk about service from people here. I enjoy the work that they provide.. but what I don't like is the communication with the staff when calling to book an appointment as well as how they function as a business. Once time in particular we asked for 2 male masseuse and even had specific names of the guys we liked. when we got there they started on us for about 5 minutes in before we hear a lady customer come in and asking for a specific guys name which my friend has him doing her shoulders.... well apparently the owner told him to go to the other lady and started massing my friends shoulders.. my friend was so irritated cause she wanted a strong man to massage her... I find it very unprofessional that they did that! SMH... we addressed our concerns about that and of course she acted it was nothing and that she was strong. Its just horrible management over there when it comes to that kind of stuff. The reason Im giving them a 3 stars is based on the pricing, the privacy and the actual massages that I get from when I get a massage which is very relaxing. Yes, it is still $30 for an hour of relaxation. Relaxing because it didn't hurt one bit, although I would have enjoyed it more if I do feel some pain. Maybe no pain because nothing is wrong with my organs/body??? Let's just go with that idea. I didn't get to chose my own bath salt, but Wei did let me know that a spoonful of the lavender bath salt will be pour into my water basin. The chair was super comfy and spacious. This place is one of the cleanest, nicest place I have ever been to. Please note that there is a small fee for using the credit card. I didn't know this until my card was ran and was ready for me to sign. In the end, the price and location is right. I will come back for more. Also, I was given a full bottle of H2O. read more

We came in for a 60 min foot massage for $35. The first 15 minutes is spent soaking your feet. The lady providing the foot massage basically knew only 3 techniques. During the massage she left to get the door, yelled to a customer to tell them which room to go to, spoke with the customer on the phone while giving me a massage. When they finished the total massage time was 43min. Upon paying we tipped 20%. She pointed to the tip chart of $15 on $35 would be 43% Tip. First of all tipping is a courtesy and the amount is based on the service provided. The massage was average and the customer service poor. We will not be coming back here again. read more

This place is fantastic! Priced right too! My job has sent me to Beijing, China many times for training and I miss the traditional massages. Reflexology is amazing and really works. Don't expect too much privacy because there are just small walls and shades dividing the massage rooms, but that does not bother me at all.
