Waxing is a very personal and intimate service, and many clients prefer to maintain consistency with their esthetician rather than having a new person for such private procedures. The quality of service provided by Denae was excellent, and I was genuinely disappointed to learn of her departure. Honestly I don't cringe or cry when I go to her because she's so quick and efficient. Laura is a wonderful practitioner of her craft. She is always professional, practices good health/cleaning practices and is respectful of my time. The final result is always great. I love that she truly assesses my facial features and personality and gives me a look that truly compliments me (not just what might be popular on Instagram).
