On one visit, we sat outside and after 15 minutes hadn't even had an initial visit from our server, so we went back inside just to check if we'd been forgotten. The restaurant was generally clean, at least. The bigger issue: after our second visit, we discovered our credit card had been charged twice for the same amount. We didn't catch it until we were back home (out of state). When I called to resolve it, the restaurant told me I'd need to come in person, not practical once you're out of state. I followed up by email with management requesting a refund. And despite them admitting to me in writing of the error correspondence from them ceased before resolution, so I ended up having to dispute the duplicate charge with my credit card company.

Finally, after another 15m the hostess asked for our drink orders again and said she would get them as our waitress was taxed. OK. She comes over with two random beers and I look at her and am like, this isn't what we ordered (twice) and she just looks puzzled (about 5 minutes later after wandering and asking around it ends up being two drinks for the table next to us). We still have no drinks. We are about to leave when the waitress comes and apologizes and runs to get our beers. Then she gets our order and can tell we are little annoyed. I must say after this everything came out fast and we got out in like 20m after that - because who wants to sit around and be ignored anymore. Not a great experience. Food was fine.
