This BWW needs some serious help. They clearly do not have enough staff and the staff they have are running on empty and frankly doing a bad job with the customers they are supposed to service. We rolled into Roswell to do some sight seeing and this place was right behind our hotel - perfect. It was a Monday at 1:30p and the place was half full. Nobody at the hostess station, but we can see staff sees us so we wait and wait and wait. Finally we get a table and we realize, while the place is half full, there are 3 large parties (10+ people) and the bar is packed (not a seat to be had). We should have just left, but they grabbed our drink order and told us one of the groups was leaving and it was all good. Yeah, no, it wasn't. The Mormon missionary group of about a dozen next to us seemed to have a table, 12 waters and EACH individually ordered a take out meal and had to b checked out as 12 different tickets! The other table of ten on our right seemed to have put in drink and food orders and had been waiting for who knows how long. Finally, after another 15m the hostess asked for our drink orders again and said she would get them as our waitress was taxed. OK. She comes over with two random beers and I look at her and am like, this isn't what we ordered (twice) and she just looks puzzled (about 5 minutes later after wandering and asking around it ends up being two drinks for the table next to us). We still have no drinks. We are about to leave when the waitress comes and apologizes and runs to get our beers. Then she gets our order and can tell we are little annoyed. I must say after this everything came out fast and we got out in like 20m after that - because who wants to sit around and be ignored anymore. Not a great experience. Food was fine. Walking in is the typical look however this one looks newer. Parking lot was pretty packed. The hostess was not very clear when I asked where in the bar can I sit. The girl at the bar was very nice and attentive. Lots of sports on tv. Wings were good. However if you order extra crispy you might get to crisp. Visited after dinner hours for some appetizers. Our group had the fried pickles, mozzarella sticks and appetizer sampler. All were good portion sizes. Also tried one of the chicken dogs. It is basically a boneless chicken wing on a hot dog bun with different toppings. I tried a single but it didn't fill the bun out. I highly recommend getting the two tender choice. BWW made my order pretty fast after I had ordered it online. Apparently BWW is directly behind the hotel I stayed at. Serving size was excellent, food wasn't really hot, surprisingly, aaaand IDK how this happened, but I had several unfried fries with my fried fries. This location does not honor US Military Veterans everyday. I've been a BWWS Rewards members for many years and our visit was off putting. All the food was okay and so were the drinks. We had a party of seven with a bill of $120 not including tip. This location charged me 52 cents for half a shot glass of beer when I asked for a taste of a beer I hadn't had before. When I asked for the BWWS Military discount I was told that it was only offered on Monday and Tuesday. We were there on a Saturday September 3rd. Every other locations have offered it any day of the week. We asked to speak to a manager but he was busy cooking as two servers and two cooks walked out in them the day we visited. There was no signage anywhere about honoring Veterans only on Monday and Tuesday. I did call the national BWWS guest service number. We love BWWS but we won't visit this location again. read more
