What a cool little spot! We dined at Oasis with the Growlers Gulch Trail group and it definitely didn't disappoint! Working on biking trails give you a reason to carb load too. Terrifically friendly servers, extensive menu, lively atmosphere and tasty food. We shared the fried raviolis with marinara = really good. Mr. Wonderful had the black and blue burger with fries and enjoyed it. I ordered the Monte Cristo (gasp). Generous portions, I could only eat half. Mr. Wonderful enjoyed a Pilsner, I enjoyed a pineapple cider = delicious!

Simple starts, the (city) water doesn't taste bad! They've got some rather tasty sounding beverages: non-alcoholic & alcoholic. I ordered the Reuben sandwich with toasted marble bread rather than grilled - tasty! The sauce, or perhaps it was liquid from the sauerkraut became a bit runny- thank goodness for the tabletop napkin dispenser :) But then, by the time I got around to eating the 2nd half of my Reuben, the bottom was a tad bit soggy; regardless - it was good. The potato salad was EXCELLENT! The potatoes were smaller pieces, making the salad easier to eat, & they were cooked to just the right texture- not mushy nor crunchy. The flavor was amazingly rich & creamy! And not a whole lot of onion either, which can easily overwhelm the amazing creamy flavors. I could also taste hard boiled egg within - numO! When I return, the potato salad is going to be a must have along with a sandwich or burger or just because . The staff was prompt, friendly & stayed very busy. This restaurant & adjoining small bar is definitely recommended! I would give 4.5 stars if possible!!

For a bar with food, this place is great!!! Super friendly, busy, HUGE menu, and delicious! My cider was grand. His IPA was tasty. My salad was fresh and crunchy! His fish tacos were nice. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was yummy. Great prices. Friendly. Clean. Not just a bar with food!

Well ROBIN! You've done it. You found a way to turn this place into a GEM! We initially stopped in Castle Rock to get sandwiches and gas (driving from Seattle to Portland) and we got redirected to the Oasis Bar as the sandwich place was closed due to Covid. We met Robin who was BEYOND hospitable and passionate about what she does. I am not sure if and when we will ever be back in Castle Rock, but you better believe if we are... we will be stopping into see Robin and the Oasis. PS. The food was outstanding, and the margarita to-go was excellent.

Yummo! Stopped off in Castle Rock for something different but decided to try the oasis. I am so glad we did. My husband had the halibut fish and chip special and I had the steak dinner special. Very generous portions, great prices and fantastic food. My steak cut like a stick of butter. The halibut was hand dipped on site. The sauces were also delicious, but the food stood on its own. I also tried the lavender honey cider and was pleasantly surprised. Light, yet flavorful. Save room for desert! Friendly service, we will be back

I lived in Castle Rock for a few years once upon a time and honestly never had a desire to go to the Oasis Tavern. Heard it was a dive bar, kinda sketchy, not real clean, etc. so when a friend ate there a week ago and RAVED about it, I decided it was time to check it out. Yes, it's under new ownership within the past year and yes they've cleaned it up, brightened it up, and expanded but it's the food that steals the show! I'm honestly not sure I've ever had a burger that good. Maybe it was the bacon jam but I'm telling you at first bite, the flavors just exploded in my mouth. In addition they have these little "pillows" of awesomeness called Stuffed Tater Kegs that you simply must experience. Nice little back yard area, a really great staff that made us feel like family and took excellent care of us and all at a reasonable price. We just may have a new favorite spot to gather!

First time eating here. Ordered the steak bite dinner. Super tender steak, loaded baked potato, roll and a salad all for $19.99. Washed it all down with an amazing Bahama mama. Will defiantly be back.

PLEASE COMPLY WITH PHASE 3...that is 50% capacity which was not the case last week when I was a masked customer to your maskless employees.

Top number one bar in Castle Rock. But also great family restaurant! My favorite biscuit and gravy place! And fish is always good!

Nice and chill spot with a huge menu. Kid friendly in the restaurant area! We ordered the crispy onion chicken sandwich, chicken bacon ranch wrap, the pulled pork sandwich, and mandarin ginger chicken rice bowl. The chicken sandwich had a little bit of buffalo sauce and we agreed it was super good! 4.8/5! The chicken bacon ranch wrap was pretty good, not the best I've ever had but still a solid wrap! Lots of food and was able to take half of it home. 3.5/5. The pulled pork was pretty solid, 4/5. The least favorite was the rice bowl, not bad but also wasn't all that great, 2.5/5. We tried the huckleberry and raspberry lemonades. Both were decent but nothing to write home about. If I had to guess I would say it was Minute Maid lemonade with bar syrups. 3.5/5 Overall, definitely a sold spot for classic bar food! The people were nice and there was a decent amount of seating with lots of tables for more than 4 people. The menu was huge so I would be interested in stopping by again to try something else out!

While I understand being the only person there to serve and what not, a prompt warning that the only flavor of pie was most definitely over a week old, soggy as could be, and full of undercooked, under mixed raw flour would have been human decency. To say this is the last time I will stop here is an understatement. Not to mention they charged me $16.75 for two slices on this paper plate and wrap. Thank you for ruining my 3 year olds excitement with what he described as "the saddest pie ever." Hopefully the food is better, but I won't be giving my money to these folks again. Best of luck

For a moment, I thought I had somehow took a wrong turn and had driven into rural Ireland. I was curious. I knew I had to check it out on our return drive home later in the day. Unfortunately, the hours posted to Yelp and Google were incorrect; either that, or the proprietors had closed early that Sunday night. Either way, they were gracious enough to let us poke about a bit before leaving, and I have to say, we will likely be making a special trip to revisit this place in the near future. The interior is warm, dimly lit, and filled with the heartwarming aroma of wood smoke from the black iron furnace, and Irish stew simmering in the kitchen. Lots of love and personal touches have been included in the interior decor: vintage artwork, framed and loose pictures, posters and newspaper clippings, antiques, tchotchkies, your standard neon bar signs, and hard wood furniture. It looks and feels lived in: a living history museum of the region, which apparently has more history than one would ascertain from driving through this tiny hamlet. Looking forward to knocking back a few drinks and enjoying a hearty meal here someday soon.
