I've been a regular customer at this place for many years. As the price per gallon has increased, I continued patronizing to support the local business owner. However, I went in today to get 4 gallons for a 5 gallon bottle that already had a gallon in it, and gave the lady $2.00, and should've received $.60 cent back $.35/gallon. The lady unilaterally decides to give me $.50 back, without an explanation. When I asked about the difference and whether she was overcharging me, she just said "no" and sat down. I would've settled for "hey, it looks like your bottle (that I bought there also) has less than a full gallon, and you may use more than 4 gallons." No problem, but to not offer any reasoning, and to just say "no", shows a lack of respect imho. I understand that we are just talking about $.10, but it is the way she chose to dismiss me. I understand that times are tough, and businesses need to make money too, but respecting your customers, whoever they are is the key to continued relations. I don't care about paying a little extra, but I do care about respect and consideration. For this reason, she may have lost a customer. read more

I have been a regular customer for 6 years. But I just found down this place is now under new management. The store is clean, spacious and nice. I came during rush hour but was able to get in and out fast. The new owner is super nice and helpful. read more

Went to this place today for some water. The lady working at this place when I went to pay for the water was cutting her toe nails and had all the cutted nails on the countertop. I payed her and she proceeded to received the money and give me chance back work out washing her nails. She also removed all the toe nails clippings from the countertop. How unsanitary and dirty. Public Health needs to get a call to remedy the pro read more

I walked in asking the lady (Ann) if she knew what the levels of her alkaline water were. She said no but she can test it for me and she did it was above 8.9 ph I really like this new spot I will be coming her 1.25 a gallon read more
