The service was good, but the food items we ordered were just okay. Good: The strawberry raspado was too sweet. Even my daughter couldn't finish it. Mangonada was just okay. Nothing out of this world. For Tostilocos the biggest complain is that the pig skin was soggy. I prefer the firm crunchy kind. Maybe I'll give them another try sometime. read more

The owner had expired hand sanitizer for people to use to which I used it and my hands immediately had a reaction and began stinging. I showed the owner and asked her if I could wash my hands. She said no. As for the food I ordered a birria maruchan item and the birria was days old and reheated. Definitely not coming back here. Don't recommend it. read more

I love the real fruit pieces in them. It definitely cooled me down. We also got esquites. One with hot cheetos and one without. You get plenty in a serving. Great little juice and smoothie shop located in Pomona. My friend and I came here after a light dinner a few blocks away for a refreshing and fruity drink. What stood out to me about Freezzone compared to the other raspados shops in Pomona is their non-dairy milk alternatives and large variety of drink/smoothie flavors! The parking lot is shared with other businesses and can get full; luckily both my friend and I got the last two open spots. Walking in, we were greeted by a very friendly woman who patiently helped my friend navigate the menu and choose a smoothie :) My friend ordered the Mango smoothie with regular milk and it was suuuuper thick, creamy, and refreshing. I ordered the Mamey licuados with coconut milk and it came topped with a generous sprinkling of cinnamon. My drink was $5 for a large (only one size) and had a light mamey flavor (not as strong as mamey paletas or ice cream), a light coconut taste from the milk, and a hint of cinnamon. I mixed the cinnamon in slowly as I drank my licuados so that I got the cinnamon flavor in each sip :) They also sell snack items like bionicos and tostilocos if you are looking for a solid food snack. I would definitely come back to Freezzone to try their other flavors. The smoothies are much better than Jamba Juice and have a much better price! The lady that had helped up asked us how we liked our drinks and thanked us on our way out. I love smaller businesses that make you feel welcomed! read more

I fully support this small business. The food here is delicious and the employees are so kind! It's also family owned We orders two esquites, one vanilla raspado and one Chamango. While me and my friend were eating they would even check on us to see if everything was good. For the esquites, the cheeto crumbs, they use the regular Hot Cheeto bag. I liked it so much but I wanted it spicier, so I asked if they are able to use the XXTRA Hot Cheeto (the black bag) and they said "yes" I will most definitely be coming back here! read more
