They charged $100 and refused to waive it since they neglected to send the initial notification of the reminder. I walked in to the office and they immediately start talking about money. Basically wanting me to sign something about TMS treatment out of pocket costs when I didn't even know if TMS would be a good fit. I told the office manager I wasn't comfortable signing anything bc the out of pocket is very high, even with good insurance. I said I was only there to discuss treatment options at that time so the office manager went to talk to the doctor. I was told that they could do a consultation about the spravato treatment but if I I decided not to proceed after the consultation, that the cost for the consultation would be $500. Umm what? So I make any appointment to learn about the treatment options available but if I decide after learning more about them that they may not be a good fit for me, I get charged an exorbitant fee? Nope. Also, you need someone to drive you home after the ketamine treatment and I was asked about how I feel about getting an uber? What the heck? You're giving people mind altering drugs and you think it's ok for them to uber home? After all those sexual assaults that uber is being sued for? Not a chance. Beware! The only reason I gave them any stars at all is bc of the fabulous office dog.
