Julie does a great job in making sure details are perfect and the printing is done well; I still send an annual Christmas Letter (to my far-flung friends and relatives) and it's tricky getting the color right. My products are susceptible to heat so I try to mitigate it's time waiting in hot areas as much as possible which is why I chose to drop it off in store.
