I spoke with Jose, who was opening the store, and asked if someone could check the back for my package. Instead of simply checking, he immediately got irritated and started arguing that there were "too many boxes" to go through. I explained that since it hadn't been scanned yet, it had to still be there and I needed to correct the address. After huffing and acting like it was a huge inconvenience, he finally went to look -- and found it almost instantly. For context: he opened the doors at 8:29 AM, and we were out by 8:36 AM. No other customers were waiting. There was no reason for the attitude. What bothered me even more was what I saw while he and another employee were searching. They weren't moving boxes carefully -- they were literally throwing them. Not sliding, not setting down... tossing them across the back room. So if you've ever wondered why your packages arrive damaged, I can tell you exactly why. I've spent a lot of money at this location over the years, but if they can't handle packages with care or speak to customers respectfully, I'll happily take my business somewhere else.

He had to make a special trip to retrieve the power supply and then they charged him again to ship that to me, and several days later (it was supposed to be delivered yesterday) it's still not arrived. I'm not sure if it's UPS or their fault, but given their previous incompetence with packing and shipping I'm inclined to believe it's on them for shipping it late. If you need something shipped correctly and on time, I would strongly suggest using another location and shipper.
