This venue is exceptional…read more As the mother of the groom, I was able to be involved in some of the planning as well as the event itself. This venue is absolutely beautiful. The space is perfect for your needs and the get ready area for the bride is exceptional. The venue holds regular meet and greets with vendors which really allows you to meet with them in a relaxed way and then meet more formally if needed. The day of the event could not have gone better. We had no issues at all and all of our vendors were excellent. The venue and teams worked so well together that I could not even think of anything that was not point. Even with some rain on its way, everything was planned out and replanned if needed. Truthfully we never really saw the staff, because they moved so flawlessly with everything. This is a must visit to see if it fits your needs, but know that you will have the best service imaginable and the venue is beautiful using the indoor space and the outdoor space! Would highly recommend this venue for any event that you need.

The rooms are huge, but are severe need of an update! The bathroom had cracked tiles and the vent was hanging from the ceiling. The closet had minimal places to hang clothes and were attached to the rod as if the owners are afraid of people stealing hangers. The kitchenette area was filthy! The fridge had thus rusted, the dishwasher was dirty, and the had minimal utensils, plates, and cups (which I would not use). The utility room had the door missing and the light in this room was bare (which I believe is a violation). Lights in the bathroom were brunt out. The kitchen had no paper towels or cleaning cloths. The linens in the bathroom were bare threads. NO housekeeping services. I had to walk down to the front desk to obtain clean linens; then bag my old lines and place outside the door. The pool should be condemned! Mold, ceiling falling in, and just filthy. This place could be a very nice Mom and Pop Hotel in Brown County if the owner fixed the place up a bit.

The spot is a renovated old pub now turned craft/music/hang out room geared toward events for the community. As we walked it the hallway opened up to the big room with various crafts happening at each table. The walls are a really fun brick with various unusual Decour and light atmosphere. It has the vibe of a very cool coffee shop or funky music venue. There is a Bar area where they often have snacks and Echo Effect items for sale Like T-shirts etc. We had reserved a space through Facebook Messenger ahead of time and thus went straight to the painting area. The event was relatively priced for the fun atmosphere and painting class we received. The teacher Dawn Adams did an amazing job taking her time to interact with everyone and giving us multiple options for each step. It was really relaxed so we were able to get up and get snacks go to the bathroom and come in and out during the training. They had stain glass, jewelry making, quilting and other things going on at different tables which was fun to check out as well. It was a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon and we will definitely return. The best way to check out options is to go to their Facebook page and look at upcoming events.
