Almost all sites are pull through with lots of lush green grass and SPACE between them. The WiFi was a $3 add on and worked extremely well! We checked in after hours and everything was very very simple and organized. Would definitely stay again! PS bee sure to grab some local honey in the park office when you check in/out!!

After I arrived, however, I was told the price was $700 per month. There was no written lease or rental agreement explaining the difference. I paid the $700 for the first month. The following month I was charged another $700. Then I received a bill for $738 with no itemization explaining the additional $38. When I questioned the difference between the advertised $500 rate and the $700 I was being charged, management refused to correct the website price. I was also told that what I was paying was a "subscription" rather than rent, which I found very strange. For comparison, I eventually moved to another RV park. They charge $450 per month plus electric, exactly as advertised, and I received a clear receipt showing what I paid and what the deposit was for. My issue isn't simply that Camp Mi Casa charges $700. A business can charge whatever it wants. My problem is advertising one price and then charging a different price after the customer arrives, without a written agreement or clear itemized billing. I would strongly recommend getting the exact monthly price, all fees, and the terms in writing before committing to a stay at Camp Mi Casa. My experience was enough that I chose to take my business elsewhere.

It has a covered gazebo with a sectional sofa, dinning table and two more chairs to lounge on. They also have a large gas grill in excellent condition. It was so nice because we did not have to take anything out, which made departure day a lot smoother. At your request they will bring you margaritas after 5:00 PM. The resort sits in a lake which makes it convenient for those who have boats. We were going to stay two nights, but ended up staying three nights. They do have two restaurants and bar you can enjoy if you don't feel like cooking. Hours vary, but the packet you receive has all the information you need. It is gated which makes it feel safe. Will definitely be back.

Our server was so nice and helpful. She shared what her favorite dishes were and brought out fresh bread after it was finished. And that bread was next level. We got like a half loaf of Parmesan garlic sourdough! Fresh baked! I absolutely loved my shrimp & grits too. So flavorful. Great portions. It's a bit pricier, especially for Grove, but quality makes it worth it. I will definitely be back to try more entrees. Delicious. And the RV park is beautiful too.

If the cabin I stayed in is any indication of the level of their plans, you will have an amazing time there! The cabin was comfortable and very clean. The kitchenette was also very clean. The cooking utensils were sparkling! You can tell the pride in ownership by the care and maintenance of the campground. They have pull through and back in sites with 30 and 50 amps sites with full hookups! The views from the platform and boat dock areas are not to be missed. The views from your jet ski and boats are definitely not to be missed! Beaver Lake is large, beautiful, and very clear while refreshing to have a swim! You may even see a bald eagle or two checking out the area! The tent area is on the lower grounds closer to the lake! A major plus is not having a mosquito problem anywhere! Especially close to the lake! The pool is clear and offers a place for the family to enjoy and relax after your day around the area. The general store is always well stocked for anything you may have left behind that you need or want. They are Veteran friendly! If you need anything special, don't hesitate to ask for it. They've been there for over two years now and the park doesn't seem to care that they are permanent there. They still treat them like crap. They also have a separate swing set which is nice for older kids to sit on and listen to something. In the same area they have a pavilion which has chess, checkers, a grill, and several picnic tables. The chess board can occupy people for a while. Second of all, the staff is nice and friendly. I went in to get a cup of ice and they went and got a cup of ice. Next, they have two separate pools. One that has a game room and is twenty-one and over. The other one was family friendly and was next to the playground. It also had a small splash pad. The showers were clean. Most of them had hooks except for shower one. Also, the park had two areas. One for the long term RVers and one for the people who were only going to stay a few nights. The cabins and treehouses from what I could see were nice. In addition, it is not far from the town but not inside it which gives a sense of peace. If you are a mountain biker or hiker it is not far from the hill/mountain. Finally, the staff were very accommodating. We needed two extra nights and they were so nice and let us have those nights. When we left without our things on the table, they called and asked if we forgot them. And when we were confused they said that we were supposed to leave that morning. We said we needed another night, then they were able to accommodate the change. Overall, an amazing place and experience.
