We tasted 3 different bourbons. Each one aged different lengths and with different mash fills. There was a chance to pull the bung out of each barrel. The distillery itself offers a bar with bourbon drinks or flights. All in all the bourbon was excellent. Well worth a stop.

We arrived a little early and ordered old fashions while they finished preparing our experience. Kevin was absolutely phenomenal and knowledgeable. Before we got started, he shared the history of the distillery and their goals for the future. The blending experience itself was super fun. We were given four pours and after tasting them were told to make different blends to see which one we liked. It gives you a chance to be your own "master blender" and if you blend the perfect concoction that you just love, they can recreate and bottle it for you to take home so your experience can last a little longer. All four Bourbons were high proofs, so if you are not a big bourbon drinker, a lightweight or simply have a lot to do later in the day, I would recommend scheduling this near the end of your day so you can sip, sample and create without worry that it will effect the plans you have afterwards. We will definitely be back and look forward to another blending experience!

Hung out with these folks for a conference on their grounds, which are amazing btw, and got to taste their bourbon selections and even blend our own custom blends which I shared with my friends. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Me not being a huge bourbon guy, more of a Scottish and Irish Whisky guy, I had to rely on their knowledge and expertise when it came to everything bourbon. I am glad I did. I usually find this is the good route. You can see from the pictures how amazing this place is. I wish I would've taken pictures of the bar itself and the outside grounds too. Amazing property to say the least. You have to go here and hear their amazing story. And for the bourbon of course.

It's in an industrial area and compared to Buffalo, it was a small operation! However, we were pleasantly surprised.
