Had a delicious lunch with the kids here. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside on their patio. There is lots of seating so no feeling cramped! We even had some birds hang out with us which was delightful! We started out with wings which I think were cooked very well. Very moist , nice ratio of meat on the bones not dry at all. We like the Honey bee stink flavor the best- quite a unique but delicious flavor and not very spicy at all. I had the Cheech which had a very lovely tomato jam and was very juicy- yum! My daughter got the Steakhouse and said that she really liked the flavors. My son got the club but unfortunately wasn't satisfied with the meat and cheese ratio - he thought it was laid on too thick. So he stuck with his BBQ wings which he had no complaints about! Our server brought us a tray of desserts to choose from which was a great idea since they all looked so good. I settled on the Raspberry Cheesecake cake which I truly enjoyed as my sweet treat. And my daughter opted for the traditional cheesecake which also tasted great! Was really hoping for a local burger. The burger, fries and kids meal weren't great. Used alot of plastic and styrofoam. They use the neighboring space and that isn't really decorated like the main restaurant. The outside patio looked nice! The staff were super friendly tho! read more

I love the vibe of this place. You walk into a colorful wall that is just, happy. It's a good feel. We were greeted promptly by our server. She was training someone, they took our drink orders and brought them right back to the table. We placed our orders. The kitchen was very busy. They were very apologetic. Once the food did arrive, it was great. The fish sandwich was great. The fish platter was as well. The fries were crisp and well seasoned. This is why we will definitely be back. read more

I feel like I was expecting a lot more from this place. Nevertheless, it was still really good. The wings were absolutely delicious.

This was just what Maysville needed. A good hamburger joint. The outside tables were all taken, so I sat inside. Everything was clean and the staff very friendly. The Cheech and Chong burger was outstanding with tomato jam, bacon aioli, crispy bacon and pepper jack cheese. The onion rings were good and a big portion. I have been to Hippie Burger twice now for lunch and greatly enjoyed both visits! For the first visit, we sat outside, which was comfortable but the malfunctioning speaker was annoying. Rather than try to force it to work, they should have just turned it off. During this visit, I got the black bean burger and fries. I found it quite tasty and the fries were done perfectly. On our next visit, we tried to sit inside but the AC was out, so we went outside again. No annoying speaker this time, but it was rather windy that day and we would've preferred inside. Regardless, this visit I tried their salad with turkey for something light. Everything was fresh and I greatly enjoyed it. I am not a burger person, but I enjoy their other products whenever I come here. All my coworkers do enjoy their burgers so I would still recommend them. Only thing I would complain about is the comfort of the place. Hopefully the next time we go all the previous issues will be resolved. read more

It was 87 degrees outside but cool and comfortable inside Hippie Burger. I had fried mushrooms for an appetizer they were excellent. Evenly done, crispy exterior perfectly cooked mushroom inside. Served with a mild cocktail sauce I wish had a bit more bite. the Cheech burger was unreservedly delicious. The slight sweetness of the tomato jam working with the bacon and pepper jack cheese perfectly framed the tender delicious beef. I must mention the fresh crispy French fies topped with flaky salt. So good. The lemonade was cool and refreshing. Our server greeted us on arrival and explained the special of the day. Good food,service ,and atmosphere . read more
