I found a new client scalp treatment deal for this location and I decided to make the journey north today for my appointment. First, just some logistics advice, the space is in building 2 of the cluster of buildings. And, even though at first it doesn't look like there is available parking, if you keep driving you will find a spot. The buildings are definitely older but I try not to judge a book by its cover. The location/space itself is for sure older. The bathroom is clean but very dated and the experience rooms are also clean but feel slightly cluttered. The waiting room is nicely appointed but it is also where some clients are receiving teeth whitening treatments so that is a bit strange. Check in is easy and streamlined. The desk staff are welcoming and friendly. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45 but I didn't get pulled back into my treatment room until closer to 1pm. I wish the service appointment reminders would have asked for me to come without earrings or necklaces, I would have taken them off and left that at home before going to the clinic, but instead I had to spend a good deal of time taking these all off before my appointment started. My treatment was very thorough and I truly did enjoy it. Although, at check in, I did indicate I wanted to have a quiet and relaxing appointment, because it was an intro session I got a full on interactive appointment explaining everything that was happening at every step of the way. While not my preference, I was still able to relax and enjoy the scalp treatment. The treatment itself was very thorough with many different steps and stages - all felt luxurious and not rushed. I definitely think that this space and the service provider are gems and if you can find a treatment on special, even better. It is quite far north of Austin (almost to cedar park) so if you're in the south like me just be ready for a drive to get there. read more

The One clinic was such a zen experience and environment that I'm still reeling from my initial new client facial experience and how I'm already ready to go back! My coworker, ThaiCo, is a loyal member of the one clinic and told me this was very close to my house and she has the amazingest skin that glows and radiates and now I know her secret, the Asian love and care of all the ladies who keep her skin hydrated and well cared for! I stopped in Friday evening for the new client special which was 2 hours of pure bliss, the skin consult was out of this world cool and definitely everything I knew about what my skin concerns were, oily, aging, sagging and large pores and they were very much great at communicating what my treatment would be each time I went in. Starting with the yoni steam and healing elixir, this was a very interesting experience but totally loved all the care I got to do for my whole body, from there, the most pleasant facial experience of massage, peel and guashua and more! Followed by acupuncture, lights and too many other things to name, I spent the 2 hours with Hiromi as my esthetician and Christine as my acupuncturist, both of which were absolutely brilliant and kind to this newbie of a mid 30's year old woman who is now a mom and has neglected her skin care and needs to devote some self care back! I also appreciate that everything they used was very Asian skin care product and knowledgeable focused, as I am obsessed and my arsenal of skin care products surround my Asian skin care needs. I feel the staff is 1000% amazing and trust their service, and finally going to previous facial places in my 20's always felt the folks checking me out were always pushing products like crazy, but nothing of the sorts here! I came in for a complimentary skin analysis I was greeted to a beautifully decorated spa/clinic. It is owned by Korean twins: Hyesu and Suji. Hyesu is a licensed aesthetician and Suji is a licensed acupuncturist. Suji offered me some tea while I waited on the couch for my appointment to begin. Once Hyesu was ready for me, she took my facial scans and explained to me my skin health. She suggested some products and treatments that would be beneficial to me, but she was not pushy, which I appreciated. She emailed me my results so I could review it at home and decide later if I want to schedule a treatment. This was the best experience in Austin. I did the new client special which is $250. It included a skin analysis, teas, yoni steam, facial, gua shua, acupuncture, and a whole lot of relaxation. The skin analysis is so helpful because not only can you tell the workers your skin concerns, you can discuss it at a detailed level. My skin feels so smooth and fresh. This was my first time doing acupuncture on my face but it wasn't bad! I fell asleep a couple times through the whole experience. It took about 2 hours to complete. This was only my second facial I've ever gotten and it was a great experience! I did the premium facial (new client special) and it was money well spent! Lilu was my esthetician and she was so knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. I really appreciated the skin analysis she completed for me as well as the service itself. Hiromi (am I spelling it right?) gave me an honest assessment of my skin. I needed that! Her products and techniques were rejuvenating, also exactly what I needed. The Buccal (Buccol?) interior mouth massage I had inadvertently signed up for without knowing it, operator error with their tablet -- best new experience I could have. I wanted to come back on here after the team at one clinic went out of their way to make things right and hear out my concern after the last review. They went out of their way to make sure I had an amazing experience and got everything I came for! The owner herself did my first time client redo and she was so knowledgeable and phenomenal! Explained to me ingredients and items that could help improve me skin, and explained some reasons on why it acts the way it does. Definitely felt leaving so much fresher/relaxed than before! I look forward to my facials here. The aestheticians are experienced and explain product usage so well. I use some of their products in my night time routine. I really see a difference in getting acupuncture on my face and a chemical peel. I don't know how other women do it but it hurts like a mofo, i can't make it to the third layer and there are others who do! It's been 4 days and i am still peeling but i see this gorgeous skin underneath. It's a process that's worth it! I've come in for treatment for a swollen ankle from a sprain and not only did i get acupuncture, she put electrodes that REALLY reduced the swelling. It's so serene here. This is new to me, but the skin analysis was super helpful in helping me understand what I need to focus on and provided me a color palette of complimentary colors to my skin tone. LOVE that. I have been looking for alternatives to botox since becoming a Mama and breastfeeding my babies and oh my goodness I am so happy to have come to tHE ONE Clinic! I found them on Instagram and entered a giveaway completely on a whim. Lucky for me....my first and only giveaway I had ever won! My entire experience was 5 star experience from the way I was greeted and accommodated for being a wheelchair user. I had the scalp treatment and Ultimate Onederful accu facial. I was super hesitant about acupuncture in my face but the staff was very communicative in where the placement would be and making sure I was comfortable. Leslie did my facial and talked me through every product that was being placed on my face and the benefits that come with it. I have been going to this place for over a year. Had a membership and went monthly. Every time I went, the estheticians would recommend me to BUY different new products EVERY TIME. I got tricked into buying 10 products and none of them worked for my face. They are only about money here. Recently, the front desk receptionist called me and told me that I had credits to redeem for a facial that I have not used yet. So I came in for my facial, and when I was finished with my facial, they told me that it was a mistake on their end and that I had to pay for my facial. When I had already paid for a facial there 2 weeks prior. So basically they made me pay for 2 facials within 1 month. It was THEIR mistake and they did absolutely nothing to make it right besides a sorry ass apology. DO NOT COME HERE! I have experienced other places that will compensate you in some way for their behalf of the mistake. But this place will NOT. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR MONEY! read more

If I could give these ladies 10 stars I would. This was, by far, the best facial I have ever had. My skin looks and feels sensational. The clinic is very clean and these ladies truly are experts. I cannot recommend them highly enough. This isn't a place where you go to have some nice smelling lotions/creams rubbed on your face and you are sent on your way. This is effective treatment. While the products they use DO smell nice, each step in your customized facial is explained.
