I randomly chose to stay at this hotel because it was connected to the castle spa. I planned a spa day for a family member who is having a birthday. I drove in from Houston so did not know the area very well. I wish I had read the reviews on this hotel but I was in a hurry and took my chances. The first night in the hotel was disappointing. Air-conditioner does not work well, it was humid and turning it down to 60 finally made the room comfortable. The drain in the bath tub was stuck. Today we are testing the spa services and I will decide whether I couldn't take one more night in the hotel. Will update review tomorrow to let people know whether they should come here or not!! Nothing special except you get a discount on the spa admission if you stay at the hotel, it's $30/person it includes the day you check in and the next day when you check out. The room has a modern feel, small refrigerator in room and a community microwave down the hall. I didn't get a confirmation email after I booked the room but thankfully I printed out the confirmation number. I don't think the room is worth the price. read more

We love the hotel is connected to the Spa Castle - makes it really convenient. The 2 story loft is fun and affordable. That's where it ends - I stayed there twice during December (girls night and anniversary). Girls night 12/18-19 the coffee machine didn't work in the room, when I asked the front desk she said " none of the coffee machines work in any of the rooms... I guess the management just wants you to purchase coffee from all of the places around the hotel." No resolution. I also asked for an Apple charger to borrow and she said " we don't have any, but there's a Walmart down the road and you can just buy it for yourself." Never would that happen at any Hilton brand. Anniversary 12/30 - we arrived at 2:51 PM... Went to check in and the desk clerk said "check-in is not until 3 o'clock. You'll need to wait nine more minutes." Ha! Really? Shoulda listened to the reviews, Amber!!! For the price I paid, I'd at least like the girls working the front counter to say hello. I walked in and said, "Good afternoon, I'd like to check in".. and was ignored for a solid three minutes. She didn't say hello, hi, f*** you, nothing... just ignored me. Didn't even look up at me. Meanwhile, three other girls are behind her popping gum like they don't want to be there! Finally, she looks up and says, "name"? After checking in, I got a note on my door that their hot water would be down for a few hours that night... annoying, but ok. We went out to watch the fight and got back in a little after midnight... lone guy working the front desk. NOTHING! Not even a head nod as we walked in! The following day, my key was inactivated... so I go to the front desk and wait THIRTY minutes for a new key. There was one girl working the hotel part of the desk, while five other folks sat around doing nothing!!! But chit chatting and being unprofessional. Service here was horrible. The room was alright, but the amount of windows facing west really made the building so so hot. Tinting them might be a good idea! 0/10, would not come back. Friendly people, happy employees, is what makes up a huge part of your business. Maybe it's time to consider some customer service training. read more

We stayed in the hotel because we were celebrating our anniversary. When we walked in we didn't get greeted. The receptionist didn't explain anything to us about the hotel or Spa Castle. The lobby was nice. We got two room keys, one for the door and the other was for the lights. The staff didn't tell us that you had to leave the card in the slot for your lights to stay on. Got to the room. The room was huge. Had plenty of storage space. Had a huge shower, with a huge tub in a glass bathroom. The toilet was was separate in glass. The tub temperature knob was broke and you could only have hot water. The bed was very very soft. They have a mystic bar on the top floor, but it's only for events now, so that was a bummer. We enjoyed our stay here. A few complains were the tub had hairs on it, the floor was dirty and we only had one wash cloth when we stated 2 people in the reservation. Oh and the process of getting checked in was horrible along with standing in line to get your band every time you want to enter the spa. Lines were long. I enjoyed my stay here on 2/20/2023. I wish I knew the names of all the front desk staff. They were all so helpful and accommodating to all of my parties needs. We had 3 rooms total including the executive suite. I do hope that the issue with the room safes gets resolved. 2 of our 3 didn't work and there was nothing that could be done, but that's not the end of the world. I will definitely be back again when I need a reset. read more

My boyfriend and I flew into Dallas for my birthday and we stayed in a deluxe room. It was absolutely incredible and spotless. I have an obsession with big bathrooms and the bathroom took up nearly half the room! It was amazing - rain forest shower head, huge tub, beautiful flooring, and glass walls/door. The bed was firm (which I prefer), pillows, and blankets were all so comfortable. You can control the lighting from your bedside (this little touch screen). The flat screen TV had cable/satellite and we spent many hours relaxing and watching TV in our room. The room also has a table with chairs - we had takeout the first night since our flight was late. This was probably my favorite hotel I've stayed at in the states. Tip: The shampoo gel in the shower doubles as a bath gel (we were a little confused that they didn't include soap in the shower till we read the label) Blvgari bath products Since this hotel is attached to spa castle, they have "Staycation" packages for the spa + hotel. My boyfriend purchased one for our first night which included hotel, admission for 2 to spa castle (24 hours admission with in and privileges), and a couple's massage. Be aware of the fine print on the package. The couple's massage was only valid Sun-Thurs. We did not know this till Friday and we were flying back home Sunday morning. It was non-refundable/transferable so we didn't get to use it. I think they should inform the guests of this when the purchase was made but I guess it was our fault too for not reading the back. I stayed here for two days this past week. I would not recommend nor would I return. I had a late arrival and the 3 front desk staffed appeared unorganized and unfriendly. The room was bizarre to say the least. The layout is unlike any other hotel room I've stayed. Everything echos in the room because of the open format and tile floor. The room felt eerie since it opens up into the bathroom. The AC unit was extremely loud. No continental breakfast was offered. No free WiFi. Stayed at the hotel last Wednesday when I had the day off work. The hotel as usual is beautiful & the rooms as always clean and spacious. The mattress is a little soft but others may love that. My biggest issue with the hotel is that your spa admission isn't included. At the price of the room it should include spa entry. We would visit more as a staycation if that was the case. I'm not going to lie. I was a little concerned a hotel inside a spa wouldn't be great. But my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. We had a spacious room, a beautiful large tub (this was my biggest complaint against the Gaylord), a very comfortable bed, and friendly staff. After being contacted by the manager for a complimentary stay, my boyfriend and I returned for another night this weekend. This visit was much better, but there are still improvements to be made. The hall ways are hot! Apparently they don't have AC in the hallway to the room. That's an upgrade that needs to be changed, especially when you have to stand there waiting for the elevator. Our AC unit in the room was leaking, not nearly as bad as the last, but noticeable. The sparkling wine and rose petals were a nice touch, but probably not worth paying extra for. It was obvious that they were treating us well considering our last stay. However, I don't think we should have had a bad experience to be treated the way we were. They need to treat guests with respect all the time, not after they were treated poorly. This visit was definitely way better, but it makes me question the integrity of this business. Our room was EXTREMELY small, the entire floor was tile, I think the only good part about the room was the big bathtub. The A/C unit sucks, it was hot all night. My husband and I stayed here and there was BLOOD in our sheets!!! That I laid I before I realized it was there. Management is HORRIBLE!! They did not even want to Comp our room. Manager Jeff Choi stated he could not do anything because the manager last night changed our room and we didn't say anything until 11:09 and he didn't think his cleaning service would do anything lIke that. I asked him how would he feel if he was laying in something like that? All he could do was say was sorry. I got the number to corporate but that is a BS number because no one answers. I finally got from "corporate" and they said that is not a corporate number, only the number to the spa in New York. When I went back to talk to Jeff Choi he said the pics were sketchy and he didn't know if the stains were there before we got there. Really?? The One hotel and its front desk staff and management are The One thing that will truly ruin your Spa Castle experience. The staff is unfriendly, uncaring and completely unprofessional. We were there to do a photoshoot for my friend, who had prepaid for a nice room and a day of spa relaxation but the hotel staff turned it into stress and agony for her. They gave us a hard time at check in with a credit card authorization issue that literally took 3 hours of our time. When we finally get to the room, it was humid, nasty and dark. A/C did not work properly, not all of the ceiling lights worked, and we had to get a lamp replaced twice. There was no water initally when we turned on the sink, tub and shower- then it was cold for a long time before we had hot water. The tub stopper was stuck and we couldn't budge it to drain out the water, we called the desk but no one came to fix it. We left that very night. The room and experience is Definitely not worth the Price...I've stayed at 2star hotels with better service and included amenities and a clean decent room where everything works and you dont feel like your inconveniencing the staff just for being there and expecting quality. Go for the Spa..stay all day, spend your money on other spa services but Do Not Waste your money at this hotel!! the Courtyard Marriott is down the street cheaper, nicer room and better service. I booked a loft room for my boyfriends birthday. We checked in a little after 3pm to our first room. Got settled in downstairs and went upstairs only to realize that the ac didn't work properly and the fan didn't work either. After calling down to the front desk, a lady came up and tried fixing it, we asked if there was another room open and she told us that they were at full capacity for the night then walked away and came back and said they had one other room open. We went to check that room out and it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. We went down to talk to the manager and she offered us nothing more than a bottle of febreeze. We settled for the smelly room and sprayed it. A while later while sitting downstairs we found a shot glass with cigarette ash in it. Went to take a bath and the water wouldn't get hot at all. We finally got fed up with everything and went downstairs to get a refund and leave. The manager was insistent on not giving a full refund since she wouldn't be able to rebook the room for the night. Both rooms had something wrong with them so they couldn't be resold anyways. After a good while of back and forth arguing she finally agreed to give us 2 free vouchers for the spa and a 50% refund. Very disappointed with the whole experience and will not be returning. read more

I stayed here recently for a anniversary staycation. Firstly, there was a lot of confusion with our reservation and none of the staff seemed to know what was going on. Maybe something wasn't previously communicated. Once we were finally checked in to our loft room (a 2 level room) on the third floor we then turned around and took the stairs back down (because the elevator button on the 3rd floor didn't work) and checked in to the Spa Castle, which is a separate entity. Your check in to the spa is good for 24 hours, and as a hotel guest that is nice because there is a gym located inside of the spa. Our room itself was nice. It was very spacious with 1 1/2 baths, a queen bed upstairs with a comfy mattress, and a canopy lounge downstairs. Our tub was massive and could easily and comfortably seat 4 adults, and there may have been sand in it. There is a small non-alcoholic mini bar, large closet and a TV upstairs. They even brought us wine glasses when we called an asked the front desk if there were any. Our room had decent airflow and the a/c worked fine, but the whole place smelled strongly of the chlorine of the adjacent spa (it's the same complex). The cleanliness of the room wasn't that great. There was still trash from the previous guests as well as spots of sticky dried liquid on the floor and maybe dried juice or punch on the counter upstairs. There was no sheet in-between the duvet and the mattress which for me was very uncomfortable to think about. I really wish there was another sheet for separation and cleanliness. We both slept fine through the night, though. I wasn't too impressed, especially for the price. I could sense they were trying but the execution just was not there. read more

Been a little while since I've written a review but after a stay at this hotel (which single handedly managed to ruin my weekend), its seems like an appropriate time to yelp out my experience! So here we go folks, welcome to The One Boutique hotel! Enjoy your stay!!!! Before we get started let me just give a quick reasoning as to our stay, which I imagine is the reasoning for most stays here, and that is because we drove 3 hours to visit this Spa which looked amazing online. Im not gonna delve to much into that review since this one is just about the hotel but I will summarize by saying, don't go to this spa, its filthy, the pools are nasty, the food sucks, the only thing worth going for is the sauna's, which are awesome. Thats where it begins and ends. Back to the hotel.... So at check in, I can see the whole ordeal was pretty confusing, the girls working at the desk seemed as confused as I was, I don't know maybe they were stoned? I was not, but I can't speak for other people. They managed to get me into the hotel room, getting me into the spa was a whole other mess, again, we will skip that one. Upon entering my room, my initial reaction was that it was different, it was clean, the layout was a little odd but seemed fun. Giant bath tub that my fiancé and I were looking forward to using. Also it looked like there were some really cool LED lights around the bed, maybe something write of 1985 but we decided to go with the flo and make the best of it.... Until we noticed this god awful racket coming out of the Air Conditioner. Knowing well enough that nobody in their right mind would be able to sleep next to the noisy Air Conditioner I immediately started turning dials and trying to make adjustments to quiet it down, to no avail. It was proper fucked, and I accepted that maybe this really was built in 1985? Maybe the cool LED bed lights worked? I decided to try and flip them on, nope they were broken as well. Makes sense, $190.00 for a hotel room with busted amenities, I should just deal with it right? Fuck no. #1 this is Texas so clearly we need A/C. #2 we drove 3 hours to be here so Id like to enjoy cool bed lights! So I made the executive decision that we should switch rooms. I walked out into the hall and conveniently enough the front desk girl was there while house cleaning prepared another room. I explained the situation and she offered up this new room for me, and said I could check it out before deciding. Walked into the new room... noisy A/C, broken bed lights. Okay so this is every room I guess. Realizing now that it was pointless to switch rooms we decided to get comfortable before heading down to the spa. Laying down on the bed I grabbed the remote to watch the tv, wait, was this TV mounted to the wall crooked? Yup, it sure was, the One Hotel Boutique actually paid some jack ass to wall mount an LCD flat screen TV to a wall, crooked! Doesn't take a low voltage expert to realize you need to use a fuckin' level when you mount these things. So here I was on a bed that was about as comfortable as laying on a pile of hay, watching a crooked TV, next to rattling air conditioner, in a room straight out of 1985. I hope this paints a good picture for you. Later that night we spent about 6 agonizing hours in the spa where as I said before the only highlight of the whole ordeal were the sauna's which were excellent and relaxing. That was the only relaxing thing about this entire fucking trip!!!!! After the spa we figured we at least go back to our room and take advantage of the giant bathtub, have a relaxing time, wash off and then doze off to some crooked wall mounted tv. Low and behold!! To our dismay, there was no soap in the shower. Fan-fucking-tastic. So we attempted to draw a bath while we waited for a trip down to the front desk for soap, and LOW AND BEHOLD the bathtub stopper was broken! Its now 9pm, and we are regretting this whole trip. I finally managed to rig the bathtub stopper in enough to hold water and we were able to get some soap from the front desk but I gotta admit, at this point between the travesty that is castle spa, and all the busted amenities in this room, the mood was kind of killed. We made the best of what we had and after an exhausting, barely relaxing day at a SPA we decided to lay down for bed. And thats when the real fun began!!! The most uncomfortable nights sleep Ive had in probably a year. Listen hotel beds, are what they are, you cant expect them all to be like sleeping on clouds. But nobody should have to bed down next a rackety air conditioner like that by your head. Certainly not for a god damn $190.00 a night. Ive had better stays at La Quinta's and even Motel 6's. If you are thinking about staying at One Hotel Boutique, please, PLEASE, I am begging you to contact me first on yelp, because for $190.00 I would be more than happy to stand by your bedside smacking pots and pans together for 6 hours. Haven't written a review in a bit---- necessary for the greater good: I had a 4 day reservation.... checking out in less than 10 hours. Air conditioner is ineffective as well as so loud I couldn't sleep. Checked in half past 10p - left to grab a bite to eat, took a bath and finally went to sleep at 1am. Room never cooled off. Air conditioning system is clearly broken. Tossed and turned all night. Front desk... literally the most unconcerned, argumentative person I've seen in a customer service role. To make matters worse... the bed is short sheeted. Made with only a comforter. So, it's a comforter or nothing but a mattress protector with a flat sheet over it. I originally made my reservation online so... I should have been prudent and checked reviews first. This place is beleaguered with bad experiences. They are professional at being sub standard. Personally hate leaving bad reviews but it is deserved AND disappointing. The facility looks amazing... you wouldn't expect the second rate front desk fiascos or the faulty equipment or the poor housekeeping. So unless you like being 'carrot and sticked' don't book here. I don't like writing bad reviews, but this hotel needs A LOT of work. The rates were overpriced, the pictures look deceiving, and the rooms are not well maintained. My boyfriend booked us a Loft Suite for our anniversary. It was $250/night (more than Vegas hotel) so I was thinking this was going to be top notch, top of the line, all gold everythang (not really jk). After checking in at 3:30 PM, we got to our room to find housekeeping still in the process of cleaning the previous guests' mess. It was filthy with food everywhere. Oookay let me just ignore what I just saw.....Front desk was very nice and helpful, apologized, and informed us it would take 10-15 minutes to clean. It was actually 30 minutes. Finalllllly arrived to our room, we found light bulbs were out in almost every area of the room and the device which controlled all the lights and functionality of the room was broken. This was really annoying because we couldn't figure out how to turn off half of the lights! Yes, it's that complicated. Oh and if like your room chilly, you can just forget about that thought. The AC control was difficult to use and didn't seem to go under 77 degrees. Texas heat and humidity? Yikes! Although the front desk did what they could to replace some bulbs, everything else left a sour taste in my mouth, and I did not enjoy my stay. The only perk was having in and out access to Spa Castle for 24 hours. That's it. +1 star Overall, the concept was cool. Two story room, somewhat modern, and it looked alright. Execution was VERY poor. You can tell hotel management isn't doing anything on their part to maintain these rooms and uphold their name. Hotel room was filthy, despite the fact we had to wait beyond the 3pm check-in time so the staff could clean it. There were dead bugs on the floor, coffee rings on the desk, a random (produce?) sticker in the sink, and the window is violently leaking water which makes me very concerned about mold! The process of going back and forth to the spa is a total headache as well. Not a good experience, especially for the price. They charge you $130 "security deposit" up front, yet you are forced to pay for services or products each time you leave. We won't be back to the hotel! read more

Terrible business! Going down service facilities. For your safety, please avoid this place for dining and lodging. Last night I checked in Room 310, which is supposed to be the best room in this place, and then found out they sprayed too much chemical to disguise some bad smell. No front explained except a janitorial lady who told me that the hotel rooms had too much water leaks, so they had to spray the chemical to cover up. They offered the next room (Room #311)which is not my choice. Still bad smell. I was trying to stay in that room if they have any kind of discount for this inconvenience. NOPE, LEAVE IN 30 MINUTES IF YOU DON'T WANT TONPAY FULL FEE. It was the rude answer from the RUDE/INEXPERIENCED STAFF, Nicole. I have been a long time customer stayed near 30 time. Lots of times, lots of bad experiences. Last year my daughter had a smoothie and later vomited. She told me later that the smoothie was not cold enough like should be.... Lots of leaks on ceilings and too many times broken elevator. Some undisclosed reason of a closed banquet room! Maybe another reason of safety or legal issue? A follow up on my last review which was negative. I was contacted by a manager and offered a complimentary stay at the hotel in apology for the poor first experience. I have to say they made up for the previous bad experience. The room was clean and nothing was broken. While smaller than the room rented previously, I actually liked it better. The only bad things that happened was the hotel banquet room was on the floor above me and there was a wedding reception until midnight which didn't quiet down at midnight at all. The hotel had to go ask the DJ to stop playing music as it was keeping up the guests. Then after having that keep me up like a bad neighbor, the fire alarm went off at 2am. However, neither of these things could be helped and the hotel did their best to deal with both situations. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. I am really happy to have had a good follow up experience with the One Boutique Hotel and my fiancee and I are planning to rent a room on my Birthday in September. read more

Had the loft room which was great. Massive jacuzzi style tub. We had issues with our room and couldn't get a manager for 2 days. Issue remains unresolved. The hotel is pretty outdated and could use some upgrades. Some furniture had stains and so did the carpet. In the hall, I'm sure I saw mold. Seriously stay away. This is disgusting. To make a bed with no fitted sheet and no barrier between the NEVER WASHED covered in PUBES comforter and my body is a disgrace. Pillow cases missing on all but one pillow. Hair everywhere. When you first walk in your like damn this is nice... Then you start noticing all the defects. Broken this stained that dirty here nasty there. I went to the desk and asked for a fresh clean room or a refund I want to given a refund. I had made it clear we were not done with the spa and wanted reentry. This was nearly ignored I had to demand to be heard and. Go here for the saunas but I really wish I could say the same for the rooms! To start, just so you know they are apparently a energy conserving type of hotel. Great! But it would be very helpful to know via sign on the wall or when you check in that in order to have ANY power in your wall or have lighting turn on you have to enter a hotel key into this slot in the wall. Why would you think you have to do that without being told? this is not normal. So that is how my stay started, thinking my lights weren't working. Fine, so I tried to call the front desk, that wouldn't get me to anybody the button wasn't working. So I had to walk down after a long day. Told them my lights were flickering (I did enter the key in after seeing the slot but didn't realize it had to stay in) nobody even asked if I knew how to use the lights they just said ok we will switch you rooms. So I switched. Same thing in the new room, I still had no idea I was using the wall key for my lights so again in a NEW room adjacent to the old the phone would not ring the front desk. So I go downstairs and they they send up a maintenance guy. Finally he explains! I mean you cant even plug in your phone to the wall to charge unless this key is inserted into the wall. If you are going to be new age please put a simple sign up! Next up I go to get a facial and it was just hands down terrible. The lady slapped my face over and over with two hands and furiously scrubbed my face. To end the facial she put one of those sheet masks on my face and...walked out of the room without saying anything ! For about 5-10 minutes. I could have been doing this in my own room! I do go to a spa monthly and it is not this HUGE spa like spa castle so I had higher hopes than my normal place. When they give me facials they massage your hands, arms while it is setting. I justt expected a lot more for the $55 price tag for 30 minutes. the lady literally walked in to me up and about in the room with my mask on, I was about to take it off my face and leave I was so confused! Lastly, after hours of being in the saunas and hot tubs (they were great) I got my room for bed. The AC was super loud so I opted to turn it off, and there was a LOUDDD whooshing alien nose that was on repeat every 10 seconds. I went to call the front desk, what do you know AGAIN I cant get connected. It is now 12:45pm. I have to call out from my cell and of course there is a loop that I get put on before I can get a human. They came up and realized it was incredibly loud and crazy sounding so they upgraded me. Thank god, but I mean wtf was it. It sounded like my room was about to blast off into outer space and the floor was trembling. with the AC on so loud it was completely covered. (turns out the mens locker room fans are right above that room I learned) My new room was beautiful and the beds are comfy, but I woke up to try and make some coffee and all they had was DECAF! then on top of that I wanted to work in my room and of course the internet wasnt working, I had to call and by the time I left still not working. I really wanted to love this place but they didnt acknowledge my 1am move when I left and when I told them about the facial they just said sorry. Not good read more

My husband and I stayed there for a local honeymoon and we were fairly pleased. Other than being unable to reach the front desk (or any other extension) with the phone to get the mini bar restocked or order this fantastic room service we'd heard about... a front desk employee who almost charged my husband full price for a spa castle entrance (he fixed once I suggested the correct price) and some scary long stars to Tonic - it was all right. In their defense, it took a few hours but the front desk did call up to ask if we received our waters and then proceeded to send them up. All in all it was a pleasant experience; when we strolled into Tonic (Fri/Sat nights only, guys) it was empty save for the bartender, lights and music - He had no problem filling my shirley temple order (and didn't charge us---though FYI, the spa castle swim up bar *will* charge :-) I hope to go again soon and see what more there is to offer. Reasonably priced, clean and attached to a spa -- How can you go wrong? read more

This place is a dump and extremely overpriced. For $250 a night, no cups of any kind in the room, the shower didn't drain properly, many of the electric outlets were not working, blinds wouldn't shut all the way. Very basic, not many amenities and no special access to spa area. Will not stay here again. read more

I've stayed at the One Boutique several times. This time I clearly noticed the improvements they have made. Mike made sure me and my birthday guest were taken care of and the rooms were adequate for us. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were of course amazing clean and the temp was nice. All is all my guests made several comments of we should do this again. Love the staycation getaway and will be coming back again for sure plus the discount tickets for the spa was always a plus. My husband and I spent a day here for his birthday. Michael, the manager, was fantastic. He welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The room was very modern and the tub was fantastic! The bathroom is the focus of the room, and should be! We also spent a great deal of time at the Korean spa, and it was equally impressive! Not everything was perfect, (we had to ask for a few things I thought should have been prepared for us prior to arrival) but they took care of everything with genuine concern for our comfort. We came to relax, unwind, and celebrate. Michael and the hotel made sure all was right so that we truly enjoyed ourselves. read more

This place is the worst hotel we have ever experienced. The main thing is that there is no ventilation in the rooms or hallways and no windows. It is stifling. No centralized heating or air. There are in room cooling and heating units but they recirculate the same air throughout the unit so you are rebreathing the same air. No air ducts to bring in fresh air. No electrical outlets where you would expect them (behind the coffee maker or underneath the desk). No soap. What is clear to me is that the owners wanted to cut corners during the construction phase of the building. The staff are EXTREMELY rude. The only place I have ever stayed where they would pick a fight with hotel guests. The elevator broke down during our stay and we had to drag our luggage downstairs. The kicker was that you had to purchase spa access to have gym privileges. It is attached to Spa Castle - which is the ONLY reason why anyone would consider this. But for $279 a night I would expect one shouldn't have to suffocate at night. I question whether this is a safe place to stay. How did this pass building code???? read more

Jeff is awesome. My hubby and I have stayed at the hotel for work. Jeff always made sure we were always taken care of. The guy at the night shift is so amazing as well. They are both so friendly and nice. Always a warm and friendly atmosphere with these two. We have stayed for a total of three months in last few years. Jeff really has made a difference for us. My husband had a billing problem from Hotels.com and the spa. Jeff worked it out so quickly for us and totally made us feel like we had a friend helping us through to a solution. Got here today 20 minute before check in was told checking in was at 3pm and we could not check in until then. Was told to go get something to eat and come back. Once we got back our keys would be ready and they was not. The room is clean but only one sheet on the bed. Coffee stain on the table need a little touch up paint on the couch and table. This is anniversary stay for myself and husband celebrate 8 years of marriage. Don't know if I will ever come back to stay. Spa was great. read more
