Dirty, outdated salon. I walked in, was told they could take me for a pedicure. I was brought to the pedicure chair, sat down, and waited for a half hour before I gave up and walked out. I was not attended to at all, they didn't even fill the water while I waited or apologize for the long wait. I walked out, and no one said anything. read more

I've been looking for a new salon for awhile. My last one I wasn't too pleased with. Kept leaving not fully satisfied with my nails. I love design and they always made it seem like a problem to do them. Yesterday was my first time in The One Nail Salon. They were pleasant, polite and made me feel like they knew me. Even listening to other conversations amongst the staff and costumers you can tell they value everyone. I LOVE my nails !!!! Absolutely LOVE this place ! Came in for the first time. And the people were so POLITE. Love this amazing staff. Very attentive and they listen to what you really want. They even offer back massage while drying your nails. I got $10 off just for paying in cash instead of card. And left with coupons. :) highly HIGHLY recommend. Literal liars. Told us 10 minutes for 2 pedis, started one of us 20 minutes later and got a rushed pedicure because she was trying to get both of us done. They lie about the cash discount, there isn't one. Payed $40 for a $35 pedicure with what was supposed to be 10% off and a coupon that I had for $5 off of $20. Still not understand how they charged me $40. Terrible service. They lie to get you deep enough where you won't leave. We wound up getting the one pedicure done and leaving to give somewhere actually deserving of the money. 0/5 stars, don't go unless you just want to waste your time read more

Not everyone there can do crazy designs but they will switch to someone who can to make sure your nails look the way you want them to. So happy I found The One nail salon over a year ago! I would seriously not go anywhere else. Grace does THE BEST powder gel manicure I have ever gotten. Seriously they last me 4 weeks. The salon is very clean and they use a new file/buffer set for every client every time you come in. They sanitize every station in front of your eyes before you sit down. This nail salon is by far the best in the area. It is extremely clean and the nail technicians are excellent. This salon far exceeds all of the nail salons in the area that I have been to in cleanliness and professionalism, and the manicures last a very long time. And, the staff is extremely polite which is not the case at any other nail salons in the area. In my experience at other nail salons, they are extremely rude. Not the case at THE ONE NAIL SALON. Would never go back. I had an appointment with Grace for manicure and pedicure. I should have reported them to the department of health like my colleagues suggested but I didn't get around to it soon enough. When I walked in they never took my full name, address, or phone number regarding COVID. They never checked my temperature. Their tools were not sanitized. Grace took the clippers out of a plastic tray that was sitting on a stand in a corner. Then a client came in and instead of putting the client in one of the (approx 14) chairs 6 ft away from me she put her in the chair right next to me) Then....While she was working on me she dropped the cuticle cutter and gave it a shake in the water that my feet were in and continued to use it. I should have left then as she gave me the worst manicure.....then it occurred to me why the rush. That lady next to me had an appointment with her as well. She doubled booked us!! read more

I went in this evening for a pedi with my boyfriend, their color options are really limited much more powder options than polish but whatever idc I'm not that picky or petty, I pick a color we both go sit in our chairs, they begin our pedis, I picked the calus spa pedicure because times and feet get rough I'm in the service industry people lol, soo the gentleman doing my pedicure clearly appears to be lost, he was getting frustrated with the toe nail clippers (my toe nails never need to be clipped just filed) so he begins to file them, puts the calus liquid on my feet, applies it only to the soles of my feet (not at all where it's needed) wraps them for 2 minutes no lie, takes off the plastic & begins to ever so gently scrub my feet with the scrubby tickly stick, he's holding my foot very tight & keeps letting the scrubby stick slip.. he basically gives up, finishes the pedi after a short massage & puts me to dry, while I'm drying my man went & & got his mani since his pedi ended before mine, the girl takes him to the chair, doesn't clean under his nails, poorly clips his nails, doesn't clean them up, & didn't buff his nails, while doing his mani she starts talking about her relationship issues, saying her man keeps leaving her home while he goes on vacations & she needs a real boyfriend and where does she find one she also asked him if we were married and then why aren't we married among other things.. anyway I get up begin to put my shoes back on a guy comes over offers to take the tissue & little flops for me to throw away & says be careful if you mess up the toes we charge to fix .. $80 later + tip between the two of us & we left looking like we never came in the first place, minus a color change on my toes. read more
