I've used The One Stop Locksmith twice and have been very pleased with the experience. Both times it was an afterhours call and they didn't charge me extra. They are quick to respond to messages through Yelp and promptly sent out a someone to service my home. The locksmith was very professional, prompt, and quick. When he was running behind because of an accident he texted me to let me know why he was taking so long. (It hadn't even been that long!) I will say that what they quote you isn't exactly what you pay. I was quoted $95 but then paid $185 for the service. The same thing happened the first time I used them. I was quoted less and was charged more at the time of service. I realize that it's probably because they had to use more parts than expected but I really wish they could give you a more accurate estimate prior to asking them to come out and repair the locks. Hopefully this is my last time having to use a locksmith for a long time but I would certainly use them again! read more
